Bad experience start to finish. Started with reserving the largest truck they had only to get a call the night before and told that truck not available, had to pay more to get 2 trucks. Finally get my father in law moved from Cali to Idaho and it is time to drop off.
I go to scheduled drop off they no longer do Uhaul, call Uhaul and sit on hold for 45 minutes, get told to go to another location, go to that location just to be told they do not except drop offs. Directed to another location and yah they take their crap.
Bottom line do not use Uhal
