This Starbucks is great! Quick and my order is always on par! Even with the difficult drive thru, you get the job done. No long wait. The staff is great. I have zero complaints. Kudos to the manager and great staff!!! This is very rarely duplicated with Starbucks. Thank you! You are much appreciated!

This is the closest drive-thru Starbucks for me and since I take my dog with me everywhere, I need a drive thru. It’s right on the southeast corner of the intersection in a tight little corner so the parking there and drive thru can sometimes be frustrating. The drinks have been good and the customer service is ok(could be a lot better) which is why I had to give them 3 stars.

5 years, I’ve been hittin this Starbucks. Five years. It has a drive thru– and I get my coffee made the way I like it every time. Going into this store for a drink is fine, but the drive thru moves faster. All the employees are nice and smiley. It’s got plenty of seating, a gigantic patio and even misters. Typically full of work-from-laptop peeps and students and not any loungey type seats except for a few leatherette chairs near the pick up window. The wi-fi always works great for me on the old iPhone. It’s located on a mondo-busy corner, so you might not be cool with making a left turn onto 16th St. out of the parking lot unless you’re over-insured. The jay-walking pedestrians and volume of traffic would be difficult to avoid running into. *Pro tip– avoid between 2:45−4pm unless you want to wait in line behind 50 high school kids, and that’s down from 100 kids since Dutch Bros opened nearby.

I’d love to give this Starbucks a 6 star rating. Due to the parking situation – it’s so tight, I don’t want a door ding. The drive thru is so lllooooonnnnnggggg and backed up because it’s Starbucks. It is very dangerous waiting in line at the drive thru. The parking lot is ridiculous. Go here sometimes and you will know what I mean. I swear I’m not being a drama queen on the parking. I went thru mAnopause here one Saturday due to the drive thru wait. I won’t waste my fingers typing about the coffee and food here. It’s a Starbucks, tastes like a Starbucks, and it’s fair taste. One day I’ll bring my broom instead of having another cow about the parking and drive thru situation.

Scottie, beam me up. Wait, not just me but the entire store and transport it somewhere else because the physical location is a nightmare. Here is where you realize how many people live in the Greater Phoenix area or maybe it just seems as if everyone wanted a Starbucks fix at this location when I did. The arrangement of the interior is great, baristas can make a good tasting Starbucks drink, and I enjoyed my time, sipping my drink and reading my book here. I didn’t, however, like trying to get into the parking lot nor out. I also elected not to sit outside, but that is just me. I’d rather enjoy my drink in a quiet area, more like the 32nd and Lincoln location, rather than hear the sounds of a busy intersection.

I know this Starbucks location well and I like it. So here’s the deal with this location. It has excellent seating with plenty of outlets for getting work done, there are a variety of seating styles(benches, tables, stools, leather seats, outdoor seats, etc.), and the staff is overall very good(inside and drive thru). The place is clean, the bathroom is also clean usually, and there are always places to sit at this location. The only negative of this location is the parking situation and getting in and out of the location. It is truly awful. Good luck getting out on to 16th street north, because you’ll need it. Also, if you come off the 51 and make a left to get to the drive thru, you will have to make a u-turn in the small plaza that this Starbucks sits in, which isn’t easy. In the end, this is a location that I will frequent still. This is one of the nicer Starbucks locations in Phoenix.

Love Starbucks but this location should be closed. Whoever thought that a crowded drive through at the intersection of 26th and Bethany home was a good idea was wrong. Traffic is negatively affected by this store and the parking lot is really dangerous.

Slowest drive thru ever and the parking lot often gets congested and you cannot get in and out of the drive thru. I have also had my drink messed up more than a couple of times at this location. Not my favorite Starbucks location.

I was literally the 8th person in line, the drive thru had about 6 – 7 cars in line, and I was still out in less than 3 minutes… And my drink is not an easy fast drink to make… Love love love this location… And Tanya and Justine the manager

Nice location to go have a drink of coffee, meet-up for a chat, or complete work. I enjoy going there because of the friendly staff, great customer service, and the indoor/outdoor option for seating. Additionally, when needing to find a Starbucks that isn’t too quite but not loud as well, this location will fit your needs. I continue to go here and recommend it to anyone looking for a good cup of joe and space comfortable for what you are looking for!

The drive-thru setup is a total cluster F. Trying to get in and out in the morning is a disaster.

The parking is a mess because the people who work here actually get to know their customers! I started my love of Starbucks by a friend who was a barista would bring me random concoctions. Ten years later I can’t shake my love. It’s more than coffee– it’s that dream where you have your own Central Perk. You are a character in your own life. People know and remember you! Zachary is my favorite window– barista because he has that way of making me relive that moment when my friend worked there… Except now I have to pay. «What can I get started for you?» He knows I’ll vary between an iced unsweetened green tea and bistro box– to a hot grande nonfat caramel macchiato and a warmed blueberry yoghurt muffin. Like how many times do I randomly get the spinach feta wrap and venti iced breve coffee? A lot. No matter what I appreciate him always asking how I am doing.

Quick and efficient. The batistas are always friendly and most importantly get my drinks made correctly. They laugh at my jokes even though my wife doesn’t find them funny so that’s always a plus. Don’t forget the valentine’s day specials they have going on. Love coming to this starbucks. Now time to get back to work.

Great attitudes, plenty of seating, and a talented group of baristas make this store an exemplary example of how a Starbucks should look and run. They listen and make your cup just the way you want it. Some big fluffy chairs, regular tables, outside seating, and stools make a satisfactory seat for every type of butt. The worst parking lot ever. The drive thru line wraps around the store and they have zero room for you to back out of parking spaces. If the drive thru line is long, you are essentially waiting in the line in order to pull out. The location has parking spots beyond the drive thru, but there are signs saying the spots are for Bethany shoppers only. I do not drink here at peak times because of the parking lot.

Great service! This store is apparently really popular — they do a great job of getting customers through the line and with the perfect drink. They also always have the pastries I like. Friendly, clean, helpful — and FAST!

This Starbucks is located inside the Target at Christown Mall. Service is usually decent. Imnot wild about the constant turnover of youngsters behind the counter but I always get my drink quickly. I keep asking them to add a shot of Jamison but no luck yet. Sometimes there is a little gabfest between the employee and one of their friends but it’s not a big deal.

This Starbucks is awesome. They’re always so good at what they do. It’s clean, they’re friendly. The bathrooms are always up to par. The partners are awesome and they’re good at what they do. Very rarely, I’ve had to send a drink back and they fix it with no complaint.

This Starbucks is awesome. The staff are attentive and fast. I’ve been going here, on and off, for almost 10 years. I never have a complaint about this store. It’s always clean and they’re really good about keeping the bathrooms clean. The food and drinks are always up to standard and if anything is wrong, the partners always are good(and polite) about fixing it.

Dam forget about going through the drive thru in the morning unless you like waiting a long time. In a word location on the corner and if you park to go in with that drive thru line you be stuck for a bit til it moves. No other complaint it’s another typical Starbucks just as good as all the other ones.

Nastiest strawberry smoothie… it tasted more like banana and barely barely could taste the strawberries a side from it being brown not pink.

Wow, I have never received such crappy service in my life. The Barista must’ve worked for the welfare office or dmv, or another city service job, cause her attitude showed. Sometimes these people forget what they do and who they work for. Avoid this location, either go to the on on camelback or 7 st.

Great staff. Super friendly. Ordered a caramel frapp. Tasted good. Kudos for spelling my name right. Location is very big and super clean inside. Outside seating area is there for those willing to melt outside. Can’t forget about the free wifi

This is the largest Starbucks I have even been into. The staff was friendly. There is even an outside area. My only problem was a parking problem.

The staff here is great and normally make my drinks perfectly. As everyone else has stated, the parking and drive through are a mess. Getting in and out requires another level of patience. But if you go during off peak hours you can typically get in and out pretty quickly. Overall it’s one of the better Starbucks I’ve been to. Skinny caramel machiatto is the best!

I truly do favor locally-owned coffee shops, but depending on where I am in town Starbucks may have to do. This location is okay — I’ve never had a problem with the service. This location has outdoor seating that faces the Bethany Home/16 St intersection. There’s a nice view of the mountains to the northeast. Some other facets of the location I am compelled to warn you about. 1. Parking — not much of it, and very tight. You risk being towed if you don’t watch where you park. Other businesses are on this corner and they’re very protective of their parking. 2. Getting in and out — on the Bethany Home side, you really need to be driving east to turn in(right). Otherwise, it needs to be 8 p.m. On the 16th St side, you really need to turn right to go north on 16th — turning left will hold up everyone behind you and you need to watch for traffic in at least 4 lanes. Again, to make a south turn on 16th St it really needs to be REALLY early in the morning or REALLY late at night. Any other time of day and you’re asking for a fender-bender. It’s an okay location; you just need to be careful how you come in and leave, and where you park.
