Stash House Az

I am in Phoenix for only a few weeks, but needed to get a gel manicure. I was intrigued by this place bc the other reviews said it had a cool vibe. It definitely does! The artwork is music-​centric and the playlist is an eclectic mix with a lot of rap and hip hop music, which I like. Summer did my manicure and she was really professional and spent a lot of time to make sure the manicure was perfect.
I would definitely recommend checking this place out, and would suggest parking on the street right behind McDowell if the small parking lot off McDowell is full.

Stash House Az is the coolest place to get nail art. They welcome everyone and aren’t snobby. The best part besides the services is the décor and music. If you don’t come here, I’m sorry to hear about that!

I’ve been a client of Stash House AZ since they opened their original shop in 2014 on 16^th St. & Indian School. Let me just say that the shop itself has such an amazing vibe that I’ve not experienced in any other nail salon. I go to Summer, the business owner, for pedicures and gel manis and always get 5-​star treatment! I always book my next appointment when I’m there for convenience, and she is always very accommodating. The other nail artists are extremely talented, as well, as I follow them on Instagram! I highly recommend this nail salon for a place that steps outside the norm and offers great service!

I cannot actually review the service because my phone call went unreturned. I left a voicemail for Adreanna last Wednesday asking for an appointment for a basic manicure for the next week. It’s Monday and I’m still waiting for a call back. I’ve been in the customer service industry for many years and the service starts before ever setting foot in the door. I hope business is going so well for this place that they can afford to turn away a potential regular.

This nail salon has recently moved to a new location on 16^th street and McDowell and it is even cooler than the previous one! I’ve been a client of Jimmy’s for 2 and ½ years, he is only one of the wildly talented nail artists at Stash House. This place is not your typical nail salon. Forget the rows of nail stations and pedicure chairs or that factory like atmosphere you may have experienced elsewhere. You won’t find that here. The salon itself is unique and eclectic in décor and music. Which is always playing! The laid back come as you are vibe is welcoming and refreshing. Their work is super high quality and they all create amazing nail art, unlike anywhere else in the Phoenix area. If you don’t try this place you’re definitely missing out.

I’ve been going here since before the move and have no plans to change. As a male, I often feel Uncomfortable when getting a manicure or pedicure other places but at the stash house not only isn’t here friendly service but the intimate environment adds a personal feel as well as Not having to sit around twenty other snotty people staring at me. And yelling over super loud music. It’s relaxing.
The conversation is always good and the service at this price point is amazing.
As for the one star review for not getting A response. Sheesh. Talk about being hard on a place. You realize you’re driving their reputation down form what may have been a small Mix up or even your fault. Give the place a chance. I’ve never had any issue contacting anyone at stash house and I always get communications returned whether by social media email or phone. I have a hard time believing the right number was called and you didn’t get a response inn’s reasonable time. further more why would you rate a place one star if you’ve never been. Are you just bored?
If you haven’t had A call returned maybe try and work it out before recklessly venting with a one star review online. It’s far too easy these days for one entitled customer to mid represent actual customer Opinion.
So maybe take it from a long time customer when I say I am Always made to feel Important even though I probably am not Exactly a cash cow for them as I am male the service in receive is pretty basic but it was excellent enough for me to send my girlfriend there who loves it and she has sent two other friends.
Every time my girlfriend comes home with a manicure or pedicure it looks amazing and one thing I noticed since she changed to Stash House — and in don’t know why this is but it is — her manicures and such seem to last a lot longer. I wish i could give you technical reasons but she isn’t complaining about chipping nails and such now. I’ll. Have her write a review too!
One thing — be reasonable About booking. Once you get in for your first appointment get used to booking the next appointment the same day. They fill up. Quickly because the service and price point are impossible to beat. Not too much of a trade off to plan ahead in my opinion.
Congrats for making it through my long review. Someone who has been here needed to set the record straight from. The unfair diminished star rating. I. Don’t write that many reviews but when I find good local small businesses in try to support them. This is a shining example.

I cannot put into words how amazing my experience was. My life is complete after visiting the Stash House. Hair dresser? Always had. But today– I found my nail artist! After living in downtown phx for almost two years, I came across the Stash House as a last-​ditch effort to have my nails done for a wedding. As a back story, with a busy schedule, I was looking for convenience and quality. What I got was above and beyond any quality of service I have ever recieved. Summer was able to fit me in at the end of the day and made me feel welcome and took her time. I cannot express how thankful I am to have a bad ass nail shop in my Arsenal now, but it awesome and I cannot wait to go back.

Adreanna has been doing my gel nails for almost 1 year. I usually see her every 2 – 3 weeks and my gel has never once peeled off or chipped. She does amazing designs and even mixes colors when the color I want isn’t available. They use great products unlike the cheap nail salons you usually find. Parking is so easy at their new location!
