Love this place. They are fast, friendly, and efficient! I can even sit in my car and answer emails, while I wait. It’s a perfect quick service place without having them push for extra services or break the bank!
Amazing experience, I will absolutely become a repeat customer!

I’m still a fan of this place for it’s service. However, one of the big reasons I don’t readily frequent garages showed up the last visit. The manager, while friendly, gave his best cheesy sales guy speech about some fuel system cleaner. I understand the need to sell more for your location. It made it a bad experience though. Perhaps it was the way I had said, «no, thank you» and the manager persisted. Polite, and good service, with some cheesy sales pitches.

I wish I didn’t have to write this review, but if I can save a customer time and frustration, I will. I had my oil changed at this Valvoline store. I found out by taking my car to another location that this Valvoline store put the wrong drain plug in my vehicle. When I was made aware of this I went back to the store and talked with the manager/owner, only to find that he denied putting this wrong plug in my vehicle. He went on to say that if he had done this deed, he would have charged me for the new incorrect plug. We were getting nowhere, so I decided to write the Better Business Bureau in Phoenix. Letters were sent to the manager/owner with no reply to the BBB over a 2 – 3 week time frame. YOU DECIDE IF WOULD GRACE THIS VALVOLINE STORE?

I generally go to the dealer for most things but you can’t beat being in and out in less than 15 minutes. Five stars just for the time they save me. They even let me leave the baby in his car seat sleeping so I wouldn’t have to wake him.
