Horrible service, I had a messed up order but sadly the recipe doesn’t have it written on it and they give will say that’s what you order.

Every time we order the cherry brioche French toast to go, they never include all components. Even when at the counter telling them it’s incomplete, they throw in some but do not come back with all. Make sure dishes are complete, especially on take out!

Wow! What a horrible place. The bathrooms are extremely bad, dirty, smelly. Food was hard, cold and wrong. My wife got someone else’s food. They scraped off what was not hers and put what was hers on the same plate. We both had the Broasted Chicken and it was horrible. They need to monitor how long items sit in the warmer before service. Save yourself a trip and do not stop. I wish Bob Evans had a survey so we can give corporate some feedback.

NO STARS! I am leaving the restaurant now, and forever. I do not like eating out of dirty dishes. But Bob Evans in Pickerington does not care, because that is what you will get. I was given two dirty glasses and the manager gave some crazy explanation about the glasses using recycled water and some sort of crap on them. No more for me. I do not eat from dirty dishes. Too bad managment does not care if their customers do.

I can only assume that this Bob Evan’s restaurant (1780 Hill Rd) has determined that the best way to obtain business is to provide extremely poor service and mediocre food. Our last carry out was about one year ago and was excellent, as were the ones before.
The on-​line ordering was not available for this store, so we followed the instructions to call. Our order was to be ready in about twenty-​five minutes. My wife drove to pick it up, arriving on time. While the restaurant was not busy (go figure). She had to wait ten to fifteen minutes while the one working girl did everything and the others stood around gabbing.
In short our order was cold, stale, and not worth going back again.

First, let me say I order breakfast carry out 2 times per week. I called in to place my usual country biscuit breakfast, the girl knew who I was and said hi and it would be 10 minutes, I always have my little puppy with me so they bring my order out.
When I got home I noticed there was no biscuit, I live just far enough away that I wasn’t going back to fix it. I called and ask the manager how could anyone forget to add the biscuit in a country «biscuit» breakfast?
His reply was we were making more biscuits which were not ready yet so we added some more home fries to make up for it. «WHAT»?!? Are you kidding me!
That was the last time I went there…

If possible I would rate this place ½ a star. This was by far the worst Bob Evans ever. The place was not busy, Saturday evening 7:00. The biscuits I ordered first was the last thing I got. I even specifically requested them early. My bacon came at the end of my dinner, only after constant reminders. My sweet tea was refilled with unsweet tea, the root beer was all carbonation with no flavor. I honestly thought about approaching the manager to see if he was aware of the rating his restaurant had, however while checking out we were held up by an individual who was in the wrong line for takeout and had apparently been standing there for some time. I paid, and never was asked about my service. Avoid this place unless you feel like posting a negative rating on Unilocal

They team members are out of this world very pleasant and helpful. Food was good, but the 5 cheese grilled cheese sounded awesome but was very bland.

Worst Bob Evans we have ever been to. The restaurant was not busy and the food took 1 hour and 10 mins to arrive and then the biscuits were not served and arrived 15 minutes later. Restaurant dirty. Dirty bathrooms. Obviously needs new management or new hires in the kitchen. Wow, that was beyond bad.

I am not going back here until they change management. My last take out order was half the size I get when eating there and didn’t resemble the dish I’ve ordered several times. The potatoes were BURNT! Awful!

Food was fair. Nothing special. Portions are small. Saw management verbally disciplining a young employee. I was embarrassed for the employee. Not a comfortable environment.

Comfort food takeout. Folks were complaining about service as we were picking up food.

Went last night because it’s always been a favorite of the two kids and that’s what they wanted and proceeded to get the worst service of our lives. Save yourself some aggravation and way more time than the less than mediocre food is worth and keep driving.

Yuck, yuck, yuck and yuck.
Grease out of. Unhealthy food dressed in cheap prices.
The seating making me feel like I am lined up like cattle.
Mooing out of this place.

I went on thanksgiving. They were very busy with takeout. I sat at the bar and the employees were very disrespectful to each other. One made a rude comment to me and so I said something back and it escalated from there. Ridiculous that waiters act this way. Be happy it’s thanksgiving. Be thankful for the people coming in so you can make a living. I make ends meet to go out to dinner. I don’t go out much but when I do I want service. I am not as wealth as whites but I still do like a nice meal every once in a while.

Went to this Bob Evans in Pickerington for a Sunday brunch this past weekend. Their breakfast food is consistently good, but nothing to rave about. The service is usually pretty good. The wait time on a Sunday morning can be pretty horrible, especially when all the churchgoing crowd arrive around 11am. I was appalled however by the coffee here. I really considered giving them 2 stars, just based on how horrible the coffee was. It was really watered down, and the flavor was a mixture of cigarette water and formaldehyde. I think they forgot to add new coffee grinds to their coffee maker and made a new batch with used coffee grinds…

Went for my birthday. Waitress was nice. Ordered Farm Burger W/​swiss, spinach, portobello mushrooms. Came with fries, Cole slaw. Daughter had chocolate chip pancakes and hash browns. Food was served in a timely manner. Manager was nice. Meal was delicious. Was a little disappointed with no desert for bday offered. Chairs were wobbly so we had to move to a booth. Overall, good visit and I plan to eat there again.

This is one of my «go to» places when I am dining out. They have great iced tea, excellent service as a rule and are reasonably priced for families.
On my last visit food was excellent and we had a wonderful server, however, there was another waitress who was annoying. She was so rude to the other staff and complained so much about being pregnant it was annoying the entire dining room.

Good service but the building is too small to handle the area. The wait can be pretty long sometimes.

This was one of our first meals when we moved to Ohio, I just never thought to review it.
Looking up where to eat that looked unique and something I hadn’t heard of Bob Evans popped up and we gave it a try.
We weren’t used to Homestyle cooking, and not having the guts to step foot in waffle house or the like (just not my thing) this turned out to be a great lunch.
I had the wildfire chicken salad and the man had the bacon and cheese farmburger.
He loved his burger and the homefries, I loved the salad and even better that the salad comes with all the rolls, breads or in my case muffins you want.
I don’t know why one would want sweetbreads or muffins with salad or soup, but it was an excellent dessert for me.
Service was very nice, fast, the prices are more than fair, great chain!
