The entire staff was welcoming and helpful. We were traveling with a large group of rowers from McLean, VA and Steven made the entire experience seemless for us! Check in of 51 rowers and 10 chaperones was incredibly easy and quick. The rooms were spotless and had everything we needed. The woman who prepares breakfast even came in a little earlier than normal to help us feed our kids before heading off to the racecourse early. We will definitely use the hotel again and recommend it to people traveling in OH!

No internet connection in room. Called front desk and they said«it’s working fine down here.» WTF

Another plus for the Hampton Inn. The pool is clean with many towels available. The room is clean and you have the option of clean towels every day or less. Got 2 extra blankets with no problem. Free wifi that you need to sign in every 24 hours with room number and name. PC in front foyer for anyone to use. The managers on each shift are kind, considerate and fun to talk with. My daughter loves the wrapped mints and cookies on weekdays. Thanks for another successful week.

Below average for a Hampton Inn. We needed a place to break our journey on I-70. I picked this based on price. Pros: price, friendly staff, location near interstate, good charging station on bedside table. Cons: the hotel feels cramped overall. Hallways are narrow. The fitness center has only one treadmill and some exercise balls. The breakfast room was inadequate for the crowd. Our room had two queen beds. It was adequate. But the air conditioner was squeaky, and the room smelled a little musty. The bathroom was clean but on the small side.

This is a good option. When we stayed, it offered the best Hampton pricing in the Columbus area. As noted in other reviews, the location immediately off of I-70 was helpful … not exactly immediately off 70, but close enough. It is an older Hampton, but seems to be well maintained. Decent wifi speeds. My kids availed themselves of the pool, and liked it. Breakfast was on par with other Hamptons. Fairly sizable shopping district at this freeway exit.

Located right off 70, this was an easy choice for us to stop on our way through Ohio. I’ve been in nicer places, but the front desk was welcoming and they met our accommodation request for a crib in the room. This definitely isn’t the largest or most modern hotel, but the bed is comfortable and the price was right. It was unusual to find a post-it note on the headboard informing us that the duvet and sheets were cleaned for our arrival. I hope I can safely assume that of every hotel I stay in. The bathroom and tub were clean and the bed sheets did pass the inspection of my better half. The light switch in the bathroom is damaged but functional. The shower head — though it claims to have multiple spray options — is so difficult to turn you just get what it’s set on. There wasn’t a hint of smoke in the room or hallways. WiFi is free — just use your room number and last name to log in. You may also pick up a free AT&T hotspot from who knows where. I was glad that they made hot chocolate available in addition to tea and coffee. It’s amazing how often that isn’t the case. It would be nice if there were ice & vending machines on the upper floors, but it’s easy to see that there is no real space for them. Free breakfast in the morning is one of the main reasons we keep staying at Hampton Inns. It’s available 6am — 10am and there is a decent selection of options. We tend to go for the waffles, however they seemed to stop filling the batter after 9am. Overall I would recommend staying here. Sure there are fancier places, but for the money you’ll be comfortable here. Management should replace the shower head and light switch in the bathroom in room 332.

I’m allergic to cigarets so we chose the non smoking room, it smelled like smoke so bad. The room had a scented spray machine in the corner that kept spraying but it didn’t help. Hotels should smell good with out a scent thing in the corner. The air conditioning was so loud we kept joking it was going to take off on its own out the window. There was trash in our trash can already because we didn’t have McDonald’s. The bathtub dirty. You can visibly see dirt at the bottom of the tub. The lotion in the bathroom was already open and used. I DOGIVE2STARS, because the bed was soft, breakfast was great, and the front desk and other staff was very welcoming.

We stayed for 2 nights and they were great! The staff was nice, the room was clean, everything was in working condition and we had even been upgraded to a room with a Jacuzzi. I highly recommend them.

As far as Hampton inn goes, this one is pretty decent. My room was clean save for a few hairs that were strewn about the bathroom. The main reason I stay at a Hampton Inn is their super comfy bed with clean fresh linens and I wasn’t disappointed there. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. There’s a plethora of restaurants and target, walmart etc right nearby and a cracker barrel that’s just 20 yards from the front door, which is a big plus for me. The neighborhood was seemingly pretty nice. I paid $ 99 for a Friday night so I thought it was a fair price, but I definitely wouldn’t pay any more than that. Overall I was torn between 3 and 4 stars but I would stay here again so I’ll go with the 4.

It’s a bit out of the way, but they have nice amenities and the staff is nice and helpful. It’s a small, quiet, clean hotel. They were renovating some rooms when I was there. Free breakfast and wifi are great pluses. If you don’t have a car, you probably wouldn’t stay here, but in my case a family emergency made my friends leave me here all alone. A taxi to the airport ended up costing about 33 bucks. Cracker barrel, arbys, kfc are close walking distance. I went a bit further and walked to steak n shake. There’s also a movie theater nearby if you’re looking for something to do. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this hotel if you’re looking for some shut eye.
