Fairfield Inn & Suites Columbus East

Disappointed. Thin walls, thin Windows. Very noisy room. Struggled with noise from the highway all night. Resorted to turning the TV on loud to cover it. I’m making the mental note not to stay here again.

My fiancé and I stayed here at the last minute the Sunday after Christmas. The price was reasonable and it was very clean and the beds were very comfortable for us. We requested two double beds (we were both sick and wanted to stay separate) which were available and also an early check in (about 11:30am) which also worked out so we appreciated that. The bathroom was clean, the shower head had good water pressure, but I could do without the really loud, scary toilet flusher. I jumped out of my skin the first time I flushed it and it was so loud when someone else is trying to sleep. It’s a good location next to a ton of restaurants, Walmart, and down the road from a movie theater, grocery store, etc. I also appreciated the noon checkout time. I’d stay here again for sure.

Stayed here for a wedding at a wedding rate. It is located in a shopping district kind of area. There is a Buffalo Wild Wings nearby. A Best Buy. Taylor Square Shopping Center.
This was an acceptable stay for the price. Nothing felt dirty and the hotel seemed orderly. Cleanliness is probably the most important attribute for a hotel and this location passes. Wifi is easy access that is linked to your room reservation. The room can get a bit chilly as the AC setting is not very forgiving. Minor, but I did notice this.
Complimentary breakfast is in the lobby area. Basic needs.

Nice, clean and very friendly! Convenient to restaurants and shopping and the best part it’s at of all the busy of Columbus!

We stayed at this hotel last night and everything was quite fine. Firstly, all of the staff (the two front desk people when we arrived a little after 3:00 a.m., the front desk person when we checked out and the woman in charge of the breakfast room) were all exceptionally pleasant. Secondly, our room was *spotless* and the entire hotel also appeared to be spotless. The mattress was comfortable (although I think we could have slept standing on the subway at that point, given our exhaustion) and the breakfast was better than most at such places (certainly carb-​heavy, but they also had fruit cups [the grapefruit was very good & fresh] and the coffee was very good).
