At first the host were not that friendly, but when we sat down the waiter, Erin, made up for it. She was so nice and very helpful. The food was delicious and the prices were very good. I recommend this location a lot.

Stopped in for a late night bite. We were promptly seated and our waiter was very prompt and friendly. Our food came out fast, my omelette was fantastic and the hash browns had a buttery flavor which made them extra yummy. Our waiter kept our drinks full. What more is there to ask for?

Once you’ve been to an IHOP you’ve pretty much been to them all. No difference in the atmosphere or food. I like this particular IHOP because it’s close to home and it’s rarely super busy like others I’ve gone to. Went in on 12÷30÷15 and had the stuffed french toast with vanilla and strawberries, eggs and sausage — DELICIOUS! I’ve never had stuffed french toast before, I usually just get their pancakes, which are delicious as well. My waiter was… meh, not impressive but she was kind enough to get a 15% tip.

I enjoyed my stack of double blueberry pancakes. Very tasty! Rumor has it that the service here is slow and terrible, but I had a different experience. Cheryl, our waitress, was knowledgeable and efficient. She had a great disposition, and even though we dined in at 10am on a Sunday,(very busy!) She was quick. My only complaint was that my pancakes were not as piping hot as I like them!

Hostess wiped our table as she was seating us, wiping all the crumbs from the previous customer onto our seat. Service terribly slow, food took forever to come out. Waitress asked if steak tips were ok cooked medium, they came out cooked beyond well done, dry and unseasoned. I guess the pancakes were worth one star, the rest was pretty bad though this trip. With two waffle houses and a Teejays on Brice, why bother going one exit further for this?

I will NEVER eat there again. I ordered the watermelon lemonade and there was a 12 inch chunk of hairball in my drink and I think it was stuck in the watermelon. I am not exaggerating about the size of the hair. My waiter literally almost vomited. …

Stopped for late-ish bite to eat. There was a couple ahead of us when we walked in and we heard staff tell hostess to put people in ___’s section because they only had one table, seating hostess slowly walked couple over to that section then took us to the other side that was already full. After waiting for our waitress a large family walked in and sure enough hostess put them right next to us even though other side now only had two tables full. Now our waitress was extra busy which of course slowed service. Especially since she appeared to also be clearing her tables. Manager was waking around with sunglasses on but not actually assisting staff. Other than terribly managed. It’s a typical IHOP menu and specials.

First of all… when we walked up it seemed as if they were closed. Then me and my boyfriend waited at the front counter for 15 minutes. When the waitress did come I asked were you about to close then she replies“no” with an attitude. We follow her to our table and she says nothing and our menus are just thrown on the table… no your server will be with you shortly or anything!!! Then he comes by and says what would you like to drink. .water? Who just ASSUMES you want water… and also… what worker wears sunglasses while they are working… On to our meal… the boyfriends steak tips were sweet and tough… not tender at all. Then who doesn’t at least get toast with their meal… This place has changed since when I used to come here… DISAPPOINTED

It’s ihop. Fluffy pancakes, ok eggs, greasy bacon. No matter what it holds a special place in my heart. The menu keeps changing, I still miss rutti tutti fresh and fruity — can still get it all, but servers don’t remember it.

My husband is a trucker and dinner for us could be at 11:00pm. We go to our favorite late night resturant IHOP. We have a favorite server Kim. We get great service, and food. We even feel safe on Friday nights when they have an officer there to keep everyone safe.

service suck. we waited for 10MN for the server to come and greet us. She took our beverage order and took her another 10 mn to come back. She took our order and when the food was delivered it was cold .We didn’t have silverware so she went to grab them she start talking to another server and we waited for 5mn to get the silverware. I didn’t get refill on my water and she was a terrible server. The manager is not even paying attention to his employees. never coming back and very disappointing

Five words: All-You-Can-Eat-Pancakes. My biggest complaint about other restaurants is that their pancakes are not fluffy, but dense. Now I know that there may be people out there that like dense pancakes, but I don’t…so IHOP is the place I go when I want pancakes out. I guess they should have almost perfect pancakes considering it has it in the original name… for those of you that didn’t grow up in the 70s or 80s it was International House of Pancakes. :D Bacon was okay, for me it could have been a smokier or more maplier(I think I made up a new word).

I stopped here right before the Sunday rush at about 10:30am. Service was good except for the waiter not hearing that I wanted to take my over $ 2 coffee with me. The raspberry pancakes were the bomb, but I would pass next time on the pumpkin cheesecake(far too spongy and fake tasting). They substitute turkey bacon at no extra charge so that made me a happy girl!

Ate here this morning. I had the chicken and waffles. My waffle was warm, fluffy and delicious. My chicken was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. Our server, Jodi(who’s nametag amusingly misspells her name«JEDI») was very punctual, professional and nice. We never once had to ask for anything, as she was always there to take care of us. I will definitely be returning to this location. Be warned, however, if you plan on going here on a Sunday, prepare to wait in a very long line. It’s packed.

Fried chicken was too delicious After a night of hard drinking a friend and I stumbled into IHOP for some food to soak up our adult beverages. I went with the fried chicken dinner and had a waffle on the side. IT seemed like the food came out instantaneously(maybe due to the tequila in my system) and everything was nice and hot. I went for the chicken first, It was shockingly good. The skin was well seasoned and crispy, not burned. The meat was tender, moist, and also seasoned. Some of the best fried chicken I have had in all of Columbus(yes, I stick by that statement). The waffle was also light and tasty. A great sweet and salty meal to end the night. I will have to try this again during the day to see if this is consistently this great of a meal because I was blown away by this Chain restaurant’s offering.

Although the service is usually good, they cannot make my omelet correctly, they have never been able to here. The food itself is OK. We usually drive the extra half hour and go to Denny’s

The place was packed but we got a table fairly quickly. The OJ is not from concentrate! Awesome. The servers were friendly and the food was brought out quickly. The bacon was perfect: crispy and greasy! Yummy crepes for me and a pancake combo for the hubby, and we were both super pleased. AND it was inexpensive! We wondered why we don’t come here more often…

First time at this location. The service was average and the food was typical IHOP food; nothing fancy, tastes good, and reminds you of many a drunken college Saturday night after the clubs closed but you were too wired to sleep… My beef with this place is the smell. The carpet is overwhelmingly mildewy. Strong enough to make us immediately box our meal and bounce. I’m hoping the roof just leaked or it is a recent thing that is quickly resolved. I will go again in a few months. If this place still smells like rot, I will update.

Since the Ihop has opened the last few years we have gone there when family has come from out of town. When first opened you could see three managers in the dining room caring coordinating. Now go in at 11 am on a Sunday and you be lucky to see one. Would see a 18 year old trying to do all that by herself. Manager strolls in at noon when our food finally comes out. The last three times it has taken a long time for our food. The quality is always good but service is a fail. Bob Evans has no worries here.

Really friendly service every time, but inconsistent food quality makes this place 5 starts some days and 2 starts others. Standard IHOP. They all look a like around here. Reasonable clean. Bathrooms could use some extra attention. Like I said, service is always great, but food is hit and miss. I know because I order the same thing every time. The first time, my omelette was over cooked, the next time, my omelette had too much pancake batter in it and tasted mushy, but the pancakes were outstanding. I assume it’s just the product of young, inexperienced line cooks who really don’t care. And really, it’s IHOP, I get it. However, I have had excellent Country omelettes in Lakewood and that is what I have come to expect so, maybe they should all ride up to CLE and take a class from those guys. They know how to make the IHOP food sing.
