McDonald’s

First time at this Mickey Dee’s. Drove by on the way home. The wife was thirsty so we stopped to get a drink and use the restrooms. Holy SMOKE! the men’s restroom was a filthy beyond words. I don’t know who to blame the most, the COCHINOS who used it and pissed all over the toilet seats and left the toilets UN-​flushed and trash all over the floor or the staff who forgot to clean. Well, I think i’ll blame the MARRANOS (That means PIGS, for you cats who don’t habla) since they should all know to pick up and clean after themselves. There was one guy sweeping the restaurant. That was a mess also. One suggestion for the customers who I saw eating at the restaurant, COME ON FAMILIA, NO SEAN MARRANOS and use the trash cans for thrash, not the floor or the tables. O’kay now that I’m done ranting about the filth, the fries and apple pies were oh so good…

BEWARE: card information stolen by some fat white guy working the drive thru lane. bought two apple pies one evening… the guy took fffoorreeevvveeerr to process my card… he looked so creepy too… weird eye contact as he thanked me slowly. next day my card was maxed out between two gasoline station purchases in illinois somewhere. they filled up tanks of gas and bought cigarettes and snacks and all sorts of weird shit. luckily my american express covered the faulty charges and i didnt lose a thing but mcdonalds wouldnt cooperate and give me the employee’s information to press charges. its all good! what comes around goes around. apparently im not the only one experiencing fraudulent card charges after buying food here… shady pico rivera

I live close to the McDonald’s in Downey on Lakewood and Gallatin. BUT I come to this one.
I have never had a problem with my order or team members. The one in Downey should take some pointers from this McDonald’s

I never really eat McDonald’s but once in awhile I crave their french fries. I specifically went through the drive thru tonight for some fries annnd as I dig in the bag and anticipate the salty goodness, I take a bite and the freakin fries are old! I’m crushed. I wonder how often they’re required to change out the fries? Needless to say I got a bad batch.

Check your receipts!!! I went in through the drive-​thru on Monday morning around 3am. I just wanted something to hold me down for the drive home so I ordered a double cheeseburger for myself and one for my friend. I didn’t bother checking the receipt but the cashier said $ 3.39 and I paid with my debit card. So the next day I’m checking my bank statement online and I see a charge of $ 13.39! So obviously the cashier pocketed the $ 10. I lost my receipt, otherwise I’d go in and make a complaint! Never going here again.

It’s like any generic McDonald’s. The environment is kid friendly. There is ample seating.
Personal pet peeve, there are no baby changing stations. The women’s restroom nor men’s restroom has one.
Where am I supplied to change my baby when my baby needs changing? Step up your game, McDonald’s!

Worst place to go to! I’m never coming back. If you go there it’s to buy food so why not get my food! I ordered a burger and 2 apple pies. I get the bag from the cashier and I didn’t check my bag until I got home because I didn’t think they would rip you off. But the results are there was only expert boxes in it. You damn thieves! You take my money but don’t give what I ask for. You people are horrible!

Very incompetent employees. Unhelpful and rude. The manager is especially horrible. McDonald’s should be quick and simple. This one is not.

So, what was meant to be a quick meal on the way home turned into a huge fiasco! I ordered 2 ranch snack wraps and 4 hamburgers… THAT’S IT… I was told to wait in the «Reserve 1» spot because my hamburgers weren’t ready yet. ok… after almost 20 minutes I was about to get out to see if they forgot about me when a girl comes out with my bag. She apologized for the wait and gave me a «free sandwich» coupon… ya ok. thanks (I’m just hungry and have people waiting at home to eat). I get home to find 1 of the snack wraps is not in the bag (of course because that’s what I wanted to eat!!) So I check the receipt and sure enough I was charged for 2 (like I ordered) so I call the number on the receipt and tell them it was missing they said they’ll have it waiting for me and took my name… I go back and the girl at the counter didn’t know what I was there for so she called over the «manager» (girl in a blue shirt) who was on the phone… she gives me the back and muttered «sorry about that» and continued her conversation on the phone… SO RUDE!!! If you can’t give customers the time of day to even properly apologize for a mistake YOU made you shouldn’t be working with the public… not only did I wait 20 minutes to begin with, I waited 20 minutes to have to come all the way back only to be brushed off and silenced by a «free sandwich» coupon… no… terrible customer service and poor management. Not going back!

Everything was a good a expected to be. Come on it’s McDonald’s. A freeken Clown to make you a meal like for real? Alright alright alright. So we get chicken sandwiches I’m thing some all fancy? The to find out it the dollar menu. XD idk what I was thinking. Then I eat my meal an feel like shit. I could have eaten to fast but still. It did not go down. My body was trying to tell me no to digest this produce, but I did let’s see how I’m doing in the morning. If I die before I wake, just help us be happy an make the Rich poor, It’s to you that we call. Just take this evil away. I don’t eat MCDonald’s but I did today.

Going through the drive-​through is not always the best option. Sometimes you get cool fries. Sometimes you wait A long time. And sometimes it’s just not with it. But once in a while you get good food and you don’t wait that long, i’m still waiting for that last one!
But when it comes to bringing your kids, it’s a good place. My children enjoy the play area. And I enjoy the cleanness that has inside. The people are friendly… When you’re able to get their attention. It’s always a good place to beat the heat.

Been here early in the mornings, on my way to work since I do need that little picker-​upper (caffeine). I decided to give their McGriddles a try, well, the buns were way hard. I mean, the only buns I want hard are mine! Ha. Anyhow, wouldn’t surprise me if they reheat their food… seriously, what do I expect from a fast food joint? hence I rarely order any food at Mc. Donald’s… regardless, I still love their coffee.
Thumbs up for their 24hr drive thru and their pretty fast service.

Been to this one a couple times and always pretty clean inside. Drive thru is always pretty speedy as well. As for the food, well, its Mcdonalds… Same taste anywhere you go…

i only come here cause my grandkids love this place but its like all other mc donalds dirty and reeks of piss

This McDonald’s location is a ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ as to whether or not they will bring out your order correctly on the first try. At their slow times of the day, count on stale nuggets.
ALWAYS order your fries without salt, and order your sandwiches without mayo.
They use way to much of both.

4 stars only because sometimes the bathroom isn’t always what it should be. Other than that the service is pretty good.

Pink Slime grilled to perfection. Sugary fries (not as good as Wing Stop Though) fried to a crispy brown and a big soda that puts two kidney stones into your system for the win! Its McPuke, what is there to say about it other than it is damn good if you have $ 7 and 2 minutes to eat!

Average MC’ds. I like the fact that it’s 24 hours but the place gets busy so the lines can be long.

Years ago this McDonald’s continuosly made me sick, beware the Big Mac
