Bad customer service. Place was dusty and the drinks taste like water and soap. Ordered a chicken fillet sandwich and when I got my order the chicken which has a chicken tender texture was replaced with the chicken from the regular spicy chicken sandwich! Like are you freaking serious, replacing foods with others. Will not be coming here ever again.

The food is usually good, the staff is absolutely terrible. They never take your order correctly because there always too busy messing around. It’s always ghetto trashy women.

I love Carl’s Jr… but this place was the exception.
I went through drive thru last night and ordered their Charbroiled Chicken Club Sandwich (Charbroiled Chicken Breast, Two Strips of Bacon, Melted Swiss Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato and Mayonnaise on a Honey Wheat Bun)… the sandwich was all over the place. The buns along with the tomatoes were soggy. The bacon strips looked like they were not cooked properly. It was a hot mess. and the sweet potato fries were also soggy. I did eat my meal just for the simple fact that I was hungry and nearly cost me $ 10.00.
I doubt I’ll be coming back to this Carl’s JR any time soon.

Every time I come here, either the (female) staff is really rude or the food sucks. 9 out of 10 times I come here I feel like I get crappy service and crappy food. One time I got my famous star with a JALAPEÑO on the bun. I feel like it was put there intentionally for some reason because it was a huge piece. Pretty hard to miss. Tonight, I passed by the drive thru at 10:18 PM and saw the menu and drive thru lights completely off so I decided to call and check if it was open. They said they close at 11. I couldn’t even see the menu or anything but I ordered and decided to write a review only to find out I’m not the only one with a bad experience!

Horrible customer service! It was 10:36 pm when I went to the drive thru. I went because the neon sign facing slauson said drive-​thru open. But as i drove up to order, the menu light was pitch dark. Lady asked what I wanted but my bf and I said we could hardly see the menu because it was way too dark. Lady didn’t reply and paused for a few secs and said again, can I take your order. We contemplated leaving but there was a car in front of us so we’d have to wait till they got their food anyway so we pretty much just ordered by meal numbers. As we drove up to pay I asked the lady what time they closed and she said 11:00 but they menu lights automatically turn off 15mins before closing and she has no control over it. I looked at the time and it wasn’t even 10:45 yet. No apology or anything, just felt like a rushed transaction. Sounds to me like the employees are trying to chase customers away before closing time so they can leave early. Won’t be returning to this location again!

Worst Carls jr ever!!! Was beyond disappointed with my order… so don’t come here unless you really want cold nasty food that taste like it’s been sitting out for days ;(

Worst Carl’s Jr. I’ve ever been too. They had me park while they made my drive thru order. 5 cars go by before I go inside and ask to speak with manager. Young woman goes back to let manager know what is going on. Manager yells at the young woman and refuses to speak with me even though she is looking straight at me. It was completely bizarre. Didn’t get an type of apology. On the contrary, they offered to give me corporate’s number so I could complain directly. So condescending. Second time I get terrible service and leave upset. I know, I know my fault going the second time! I won’t be back but they obviously could care less.

I ordered a 3 piece chicken strip meal. When they brought it, it was barely warm, like it had been sitting around a while. I tracked down a gentleman who I presumed to be the manager or owner. He assured me he would take care of it. About 5 minutes later, a girl returned with what was obviously the same fries & chicken, dumped into the fryer. I took one bite of the chicken and nearly threw up. It was fatty with an awful texture and even worse taste. I dumped the whole meal in the trash, uneaten. I have never done that in my life. Fast food sucks in general, I know, but this was my worst experience ever at a fast food place.

This place is so close to the 605 freeway, the service is usually good all day, the food is fresh and the people are freindly.
This is also a green Burrito/Carl’s jr so you can get tacos, empanadas, with your burgers and fries. I love thier Western Bacon cheese burgers, criss cut fries, orange shake, they also have many chicken sandwiches and salads. they have a good variety of deserts from cupcakes to ice cream malts.
We always get our food in a freindly and timely manner. There is always parking, quick drive thru and they will keep you informed if your meal may take a bit longer.
