Staff was unfriendly almost upset that we paid half when we ordered online. Went on the blame the sites for all sorts of headaches(I have used same sites everywhere else and never had an issue) god forbid you ask to view the room. The room itself is OK I would recommend the best western twin in Gatlinburg if you want a good suite for low price.

The shower sucks. The shower curtain does NOT work at all and the bathroom will be so wet you could slip and break something. The ‘indoor pool’ has a foul odor and doesn’t go deeper that 5 feet. I wouldn’t come here again. :(

Pros: — The room was nicely renovated and comfortable. Nothing about it made it seem like a budget hotel(other than the outdoor corridors). It was just as advertised. — The breakfast was pretty good for a free breakfast(scrambled eggs — probably egg mix, sausage, biscuits, gravy, peaches in syrup, toast, waffles, cereal). It never changes, though. — The wifi was pretty decent for free hotel wifi. I was able to run Netflix without any problems. — The location is very convenient. It’s right across from the Dixie Stampede, close to Patriot Park and Dollywood, and also at the south end of the Main Street so heading to Gatlinburg seemed faster because I didn’t have to battle the traffic. Cons: — There is limited seating at the breakfast area, so be sure to go early or have a bit of luck on your side. Overall: A great hotel option for Pigeon Forge. It’s not super-fancy, but definitely comfortable.

My wife told me when I was booking hotels to book motels because she liked parking right outside the room. Done! I love motels as well so it was an easy decision to pick the best western Toni inn as best western does well in the motel department.(most of the time) When I arrived I requested a 1st floor room. They said they had none left and that my room was on the 3rd floor but it was close to the elevator and pool so it wasn’t so bad. Ok, fine… I can deal with that, but on our drive to our room we noticed a couple 1st floor rooms were available. No biggie, maybe they were getting them ready for guests that night? It was nearly 5PM so I highly doubt it, but whatever. Then I noticed that we couldn’t find our room number anywhere, but I all of a sudden remembered he said it was behind the pool. The indoor pool… crap…our room was literally in the indoor pool room. That sucked because it was hot, humid, and smelled of chlorine. I was very angry at this point, but when I walked into the room I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious… very spacious and had a very large bathroom area.(This was great for all of the kids pool stuff) The room even had a gas fireplace though it was disconnected for the summer season.(Makes sense) The breakfast was good and they had a pretty solid selection. The wifi was adequate, and actually better than a lot of other hotels I’ve been at. I think our connection may have been weaker because we were at the far back of the property. Overall I enjoyed my stay here as the rooms were very clean and my kids loved the pool. I think it is well worth the price I paid and I’d stay here again. I give the Best Western Toni Inn 3 Doubledays.
