The room was ok. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. The breakfast never changed from day to day — the only meat was sausage(no links). Children ran crazy in the pool area every evening — they were even in the hot tub(using it as a pool). Given a choice I wouldn’t stay there again.

The room seemed clean. The pool was very nice. My only complaints was we didn’t have hot water to take a shower the morning we checked out. Also the fold out couch was terrible. The pool was excellent for my 4 year old.

This was a great relaxing stay here. Our room was very comfortable with CLEAN linens and nice fluffy towels. Breakfast was good but would’ve been better with a «meat»(bacon, ham or sausage) choice. The«DIY» waffles were always a good choice. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. Easy check in and easy check out. We will deffintily consider staying here when we are back in Pigeon Forge.

When it comes to the rooms we were pretty happy with them. They were clean and big. We loved the jacuzzi tub and the fact that it was close to Dollywood. However, the staff was unsatisfactory. Upon checking in an employee offered to switch charges from one card to another. She did not inform us that the original card had already been charged. This left us with having both the old and new card with the room cost. Once we noticed the error we returned to the office. We were treated well but, she was unknowledgeable about solutions to the situation. A total of three employees gave me three different sets of instructions to get my money refunded. We had to wait until the next day and checkout without the issue resolved.

Adequate hotel. Clean. No bed bugs. Small but who cares since you obviously don’t stay here for«the resort feel and stay.» It’s a place to sleep while passing through whether one day or more. Lots of stuff to do and places to eat all within walking distance. I wasn’t crazy about the back parking lot-it was secluded and dark. I like that there’s a micro and fridge. We just stayed 3 nights in KY at the Ramada in Shelbyville@ I-64 for $ 70 a night an it was rather disappointing. See that review.

very comfortable rooms, hotel is very clean, and the beds are rather comfortable. they have several vending rooms on each floor, and there is a guest laundry with dual washers and dryers available for 2.00. The suites have a nice whirlpool tubs, and a fireplace for those romantic get a ways. they have a nice hot continental breakfast daily in the lobby, and they offer free wifi, although it tends to run a little on the slow side. the hotel is located on the Pigeon Forge strip which is loaded with tons of stuff to do and see, and Dollywood is just 5 minutes away. had a few questions, however the housekeeping staff was able to answer them immediately. no problems whatsoever with this hotel, and I would gladly stay again on future trips.

We have stayed here several times now over the years, mostly in November. The rooms have been refreshed, and are very pleasant, beds are comfortable(even those new«small’ pillows, which we liked). Road noise is not a problem for most rooms as it is set back a ways from the pavement. If it is a busy night, plan on forgetting the free breakfast — the seating room simply is too tiny for the crowd. You can carry things back to your room, however. Otherwise, it is a good feature with the usual offerings for this chain. What was odd, this trip, was that we requested an «accessible» room, which we got, but it was on the second floor, about as far from the elevator as possible! If it was the first floor equivalent, it would be great — handicapped parking right outside the door. As it was, it could be, and was, a real pain to get to for someone with a cane.

Wow! After reading all the other reviews, I wondered if we were talking about the same hotel? Apparently our room has been remodeled, because we found it very nice, updated, & clean. Some complained about a small bathroom… it’s was plenty big for what it was needed for! There was am extra sink on the outside of the bath room. Our room was king w/a sofa bed, mini fridge, microwave, flat 32″ TV, hair dryer, & iron. True, the parkway noise was kind of loud, but we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the cars/people walking by. McAlister’s Deli, Deny’s, Texas Roadhouse, & Pizza Hut are all next door, w/several other restaurants within walking distance. The staff was very nice, & the rates were good. I will stay here again.

The Quality Inn is an adequate place to stay when in Pigeon Forge but there are ways to make your stay better… and not doing so will make your stay much worse. The rooms are remodeled(and some are still being remodeled) and are fairly nice but it still is an older hotel. The bathroom is small. The breakfast is pretty standard for Quality Inn. Waffles, eggs, some pastries, yogurt, juice… etc. But no bacon for some reason even though the picture IN the breakfast area shows«Quality Inn Breakfasts» with bacon. The hotel is right near the main road that goes to Dollywood and isn’t too far from Gatlinburg. To make your stay better: 1. The hotel is an «L» shape with part of the hotel rooms facing the highway. The highway is noisy so ask for a room NOT facing the road. 2. Top floor. The top floor is much quieter than lower levels. Plus if it rains you will HATE the hotel on the first floor. The rain drips down some gutters and makes quite a racket at the bottom. We originally had a room at the bottom and moved because of this. Service was good.

My wife & I went to a seminar in Pigeon Forge recently and found this location with great rates — read the ‘FYI’ below and you’ll understand why. Pros: Free wifi Hot continental breakfast Quick check in Adequate accommodations Cons: Coffee watery No light at entryway to room — we had to walk into the sleeping area to turn on one of the vanity lights. Loud traffic noise — the hotel faces a busy highway, TN441. FYI — be aware that the Dollywood/Pigeon Forge area observes it’s winter season through late March — this means that most restaurants close fairly early.

The staff at the hotel were all very friendly. They made up for the fact that the place is aging, and it showed. Our bathroom was tiny and decrepit; the fan was incredibly loud and would turn itself on randomly. The room itself was also cramped. Still, for the price it was bearable considering the location – across from the Dixie Stampede and a few miles from Dollywood. We were also able to use the indoor pool of a hotel across the parking lot.
