Maybe an isolated experience but feel that paying more for a hotel over the weekends one would expect a bit of leniency on the breakfast hour policy. Observed that the service staff and management were unacoomodating to other paying guests when confronted regarding the regimented breakfast time parameters. (Made a big deal giving folks an extra 5 minutes…)
Of note, Martha, front desk, was GREAT. manager, not so much.
Overall experience at the hotel was good though with food places very close by (Applebee’s, IHOP, etc), especially nice as close as it is to Dollywood. Still consider this a recommended waypoint for this area.

Perfect. Clean. Friendly staff. Affordable. Updated. Good breakfast. Pets allowed. This place felt like home.

No indoor pool.
Crazy cable system with 2 remotes, very confusing.
Very helpful front desk staff.
Good location. Easy walking to several restaurants.

Great value. The rooms where really clean and we’ll put together. Really good breakfast as well. Will be back next time I’m in town!!!
