Waitress was fast with taking order. Food was slow to get out to table, two other table’s where sat down and received food after we had been seated. Food was of good quality and hot.

Long wait in their terrible gift shop but one we got to our table, it perked up. Our server is kind and the food is what I would expect from an IHOP. Unfortunately we thought you paid at the front and got done very ride service from the gift shop attendant regarding our bill payment at the table.

The food was delicious and the waitresses were super nice. Also I loved the variety of syrups. I loved it here, but then all four people I dined with and myself got sick within an hour of eating and stayed sick for the rest of the night. It was my first time there, and I am sad to say that I wont be back.

There are five tables that have customers. It is 9 o’clock at night. We have been here for half an hour, lots waitstaff, very few customers, I don’t understand. Still haven’t been served. We arrive to half an hour ago.

We stopped here on our way home around 10:30 AM on Sunday morning. I can understand the place being busy, but it seems that for this part of town (vacation, touristy spot) that the kitchen would be readily equipped for the high volume of business and orders. We enjoyed our food, and our order was correct, but it took about 30 minutes to get our entire order.

Typical breakfast place. Food was average and consistent with other ihops. If you are tired of hit-or-miss Pigeon Forge breakfasts then give the local ihop a chance.

Love Ihop! We eat at this location every time we come to Gatlinburg for our vacation. This location is very clean, the service is excellent and the food is always great! They also have a small gift shop in front.

We were looking to have a late breakfast (1130) so we decided to stop in at IHOP. We were promptly seated to a dirty table that you could easily see wasn’t wiped off, so we asked the waitress to clean it off. The waitress was very friendly, but service was rather slow. It took about 10 minutes before we even got coffee. What bothered me the most was the sloppiness of the cooking. We both ordered different omelettes, yet mine apparently came partly with my girlfriends ingredients, meaning that the cook didn’t separate them far enough on his grill. It’s not that big of a deal, but it’s just sloppy. I would recommend to get get breakfast elsewhere.

Stopped here on Thanksgiving morning. Glad they were open as we feared that Denny’s was the other choice we were going to have (turned out that Cracker Barrel was also open).
Ordered my standard breakfast when here; country fried steak, Scrambled eggs. Hash browns. Biscuits.
Our food was excellent. Hot and cooked to order (until half way through eating we were their only customers). Attentive service. Our server even helped us with directions to a bypass that took us past the traffic nightmare that the Parkway is (thousand thanks for that).
This IHOP honored the Veteran’s discount.
Though I am a self professed IHOP-a-holic, our meal here was great.
Note: The only IHOP in their system with a gift shop in it.
