Not worth the price! It’s 32.99 per person with crab legs, and 22.99 per person without. Plus drinks and a tip. Obviously I wouldnt mind paying this price if it was actaully worth it. It’s NOT. They had a decent selection of food, but several items on the buffet line were cold. I literally had 3 different waitresses and none of them spoke good english. One even spilt water on my husband. I know accidents happen, but I guess I’m just mad about the whole experience. Oh also, the place is very outdated, and looks like it was previously a strip club on the inside. Don’t waste your money.

If you want all you can eat crab legs then it’s ok but don’t go if you are expecting a wide variety of seafood. Battered fried shrimp that may have been bought from a local grocery store, crab cakes that were lacking in taste, fried clam strips, oysters, fried flounder, a few other items but not worth the $ 32. The first few crab legs were over cooked but the next batch were good. Save your money and go to the lumberjack show or something else.

Food was good, service was good but the price without crab legs was a little high. 32.99 with crab legs. 22.99 without. Good selection of food and desserts. Also serves beer and liquor. Would recommend

So not good. We will not be back here. So overpriced & the quality of the food is not very good. My husband & I were so upset we spent money here on this food. Would not recommend eating here.

Not worth the cost. Decent sea food, but not worth 22.99 per person. I would like to say that we didn’t try the crab legs so I can’t be a judge of them. However, I doubt they would be worth the extra 10.00 per person for them. Very disappointing!

I cannot recommend Captain Jim. Everything was frozen. Which isn’t a problem except for them charging like it was fresh. In no way was this worth $ 32.99 for dinner. Especially when there are several other options(Paula Deen’s, Margaritaville, Long John Silver’s, etc.) The crab legs were what you’d find at a Chinese buffet. Their only saving grace were the frozen crawfish. If their price point was around $ 16 it would have been better revived. And the selection of «seafood» was minimal at best. Not to mention all the bread was dry and hard as a rock. Stay away from Jim and his buffet. Go to Joe’s Crab Shack, Red Lobster, or Long John Silver’s instead.

This place was disgusting and the food looked like it had been sitting out all day. We honestly wondered if we would end up with food poisoning. Price was outrageous. One adult and two children and it cost me $ 91.00! Please don’t make the same mistake we did. Do Not Eat Here!!!

My family and I stopped in while on vacation in Pigeon Forge. We had a coupon for 10% off so we figured we’d give it a try. I should’ve know walking up that this place wasn’t going to be good. The décor was dated and the inside looked like a club instead of a restaurant. The food was arranged in a messy and unorganized way. Bottom line, this place is way overpriced for what they’re serving. I couldn’t find a single dish that delivered even a mildly satisfying taste for $ 33 per person. Avoid this place or just throw your money out the window. The staff were pretty nice and they did have $ 5 Margarita’s, but they were premixed and weak.

Great place for all you can eat snow crab legs. They are fresh and decently big. They aren’t cooked salty and it’s not juicy to where it makes a big mess. The fried oysters was pretty good as well. The clam chowder was alittle on the salty side. The dessert included some good cheese. Cake. They prolly should add an ice cream yogurt machine. This place costs $ 30 with crab legs and $ 20 without(adults). I think the place would of been even better if it had prime rib/steak as well. And for the price, they should include a beverage as well. I would come back when I am in town just for the crab legs. I think the price should drop down to around $ 22.99-$ 24.99 with crab legs tho. Selection isn’t much for the buffet bar. (4÷27÷16) Price increases to $ 32.99 with crab legs and $ 22.99 without. And the price does not increase drinks. Price for 2 people came out to be $ 73.00. The tax on food is super high in this time. After tip and tax, total amount was approximately $ 85. I would say it’s definitely not worth it. Somebody in the area needs to open up a seafood buffet to compete with this place. The European hostess is never friendly here.

Crab legs were good size and plentiful. They were kept well-stocked on the bar. If you are willing to pay $ 32.99 for all you can eat crab legs, then I consider it a good deal. There were other items on the bar that were so-so. But, we were there for the crab legs and satisfied.

Well this is my rant after I should have checked reviews before eating here. One word– horrible. Paid $ 32.99 a piece just so we could get the crab legs which weren’t stocked(had to keep asking for them to bring more) and they were brown so we were hesitant to eat them and the crab was soggy tasting. The other items weren’t good either or cold. I told the lady as we were paying the bill when she asked how was everything that I was very disappointed and felt the food was not worth the price. Her response was o sorry about that as she took my money. Save your money do not go here.

I went here for dinner because I found a 10% off coupon. The crab legs were OK. Some were warm, some were cold, most were lukewarm. The calamari was not warm. The fried shrimp were good. When the crab legs got low, they did not replenish them although I would’ve liked another cluster or two. However, to be fair, I didn’t ask that they replenish them and it was slow. The waitresses were very friendly.

This place is a joke. It’s called a seafood buffet but it’s more like a hard fried food buffet. The fried shrimp was the only thing that tasted ok. Avoid this place!!!

Don’t waste your money!!! I wanted to leave when I looked at the buffet but my husband was already fixing his plate. He thought we should give it a try. The food not only didn’t look appetizing, it tasted worse! We didn’t eat much and then had to pay $ 50. If you still decide to eat there after this review, just remember you were warned.

Yuck. Save your money. Dirty, low value seafood. Dinner for 2 with no crab legs AND they charge you for a drink 56.00 less tip… You decide!

Don’t waste your money. Food selection very slim. We went for the crab legs and was disappointed. Definitely not worth the money. I would give them a negative rating if possible.

We almost did not go there due to the bad reviews. Someone wrote that they would not let them look at the buffet but when I told them I had a picky kid, they suggested I look at it. There was every kind of seafood you would exp%ect; crab legs, oysters, shrimp, clams, mussels, crab cakes, fish prepared several ways and more. As soon as they ran out of something, it was refilled. The rolls were amazing and the dessert selection was fine. I gave it 4 stars because the bathroom needed a bit of attention and we went to a seafood buffet once in Myrtle Beach that was slightly better(but more expensive). This was good value for $ 29. We will come back next trip here.

If you want crab legs this is the place. The buffet was never empty and they were easy to crack.
