The breakfast is disgusting, the hallway smells bad, our bathtub caulk hasb stains on it, the fire sprinkler in our room is covered in rust. Only three floors have ice machines & our wasn’t one of them. One of the floors machine didn’t work so two ice machines for the whole place. Apparently they don’t have king beds, so we were told. This place SUCKS…

Booked this hotel on line so got it cheap! Well worth the money, they are remodeling and we received a remodeled room on the top floor with a jacuzzi tub, room was big and clean. The hotel sits far enough off the strip to be quiet, but close enough to walk down to the strip. Well worth the money!

Wow !!! What an A__Hole. My experience with this hotel started with Kevin(front desk/reservations) who was very friendly and nice when taken my reservation, also helpful accommodating My girlfriend, my son and I into what we thought was going to be a jr. Suite with a King size bed and a sleeper sofa, we proceeded to take my information and my credit card and told me that everything was set for us just to show up, we also request an early check in which he reply that we had to make the reservation for 2 nights in order to do that due to occupancy and i agree to that, we show up at the hotel where to begin we had to wait for about 8 minutes before Mr. Tony Northern show up at the desk and in a very un-polite manner ask me «yes, how can i help you» so i told him that we had a reservation which he then told me that there was no record of such reservation and he ask me were did i make the reservation so i proceed to call the number where i made the reservation and«his» phone start ringing ?? he said hello? and i said over the phone and standing in front of him«this exact number» and he reply«well there is no information of the call or reservation, so i ask him if somebody else could have answer the phone and he Lied and told me NO, so i asked to talk to a manager and he said, in a very rude tone of voice, almost yelling, that would not help me because there was no reservation anyway …

Paid $ 89 for a room with 2 queens on a Monday night. It was nice that the rooms had balconies, but the view is just okay.(You get a mountain view but also a very big parking lot view). Breakfast was the worst here in all the hotels we stayed at in the last 14 days. Rubbery eggs, yogurt was the super sugary kids kind(Trix i think). There was not nearly enough seating in the breakfast area, even with people sitting on the sofa in the lobby we still had to eat in our room. Not the worst if all you want is a clean room with a decent bed.

Wow! Thanks to Unilocal,I found this place in Pigeon Forge. I needed a cheap room to crash with the family for one night… at $ 59 with two Queen Beds and Living Room… it was a great deal. The evening clerk was ready for us when we walked in and had ou keys ready. This is pretty impressive considering they had NOVACANCY for the night. The sixth floor spacious room had two comfortable Queens with clean sheets and pillows and plenty of clean bathroom linens. We enjoyed the extra room provided by having a Living Room area with a pull out couch and desk. The room was stocked with a fridge, microwave, and a flat screen TV. The hotel is in good shape despite its age and included a fitness center, indoor pool and indoor hot tub, and vending machines stocked with normal fare and microwave popcorn. The pool area could have been warmer as could the pool. The hot tub was plenty hot. The towels provided in the pool area were useful. Breakfast was over at 9 and we all missed the meal time, but they were more than helpful offering us juices, fruit, and coffee. More importantly, despite being a full house for the night, we had no distractions when the late night guests returned and none in the morning while we slept in. For the money… I don’t think there was a better deal so close to all the action of PF.

I stayed here last year while visiting Dollywood. The last time I stayed in Pigeon Forge, I found a really good deal online for something line $ 45 a night at what looked to be a new hotel. and part of it was but not the part they put me in. So I learned my lesson for the next time to look for a reputable chain. The thing about this hotel is that it is pretty new and sits on the fringe of Pigeon Forge right next to Sevierville. It’s a nice place, tall building with decent views and small balconies in each room. The place was a bit noisy. The breakfast was horrible — rehydrated scrambled eggs that tasted like rubber. I ended up going down the street to McDonald’s anyway which I will know better for next time. But yes, this was a decent place to stay with decent restaurants within walking distance. The price is affordable. Actually I thought it was a bargain. I would probably stay here again unless I find something better.
