Food was your normal pancake house style. Service and atmosphere were good. Would eat here again.

This place is a tradition for our family. We stop by every time we take a trip to Pigeon Forge. This year we went twice. We didn’t wait long to sit(a party of 9). Pancakes, sausage, biscuits, bacon all go let great reviews from my family. I enjoyed chicken & waffles both days. They were incredible. Service was great and price was about what you could expect to pay to feed a family of 9.

This town is full of pancake places. This place was within walking distance to our hotel so we decided to give it a try(without regard to reviews). It wasn’t bad, but we would not choose to come back. I had pigs in a blanket. Sausage and pancakes were average. My husband said his omelet and potatoes were good. The thing neither of us liked was the syrup. It tasted odd… We both really like syrup but just didn’t like this one. The place is very busy; it took about 15 – 20 minutes to be seated at 11am and then about 30 to get our food. Just average place.

Great service and fabulous pancakes! Pancakes rarely«wow» me, but I loved their flapjacks. They were cakey without being mushy, and the flavor was excellent. The coffee was so-so, but I appreciate how we got an entire pot for the table that was there for us to refill our own cups. The bacon wasn’t exceptionally warm. But, overall, the staff was polite, and our table was clean. The prices aren’t outrageous either. I’d definitely go back for more pancakes!

Sticky table, sticky menu, sticky coffee cup, sticky silverware. Food was ok, but definitely not using fresh ingredients. My veggie omelet had the taste of frozen veggies. Multigrain pancakes had great flavor, but they were far from healthy.

Horrible service!!! Had to wait over 15 mins for server Barbara to show up. Then took over 30 mins for Breakfast food to show up?! Food was cold. I will never eat there again. Don’t go there ever!!! If you go you will regret it.

Service was wonderful and food was great. I had the biscuit and gravy and it was the best I have had in a long time. The family loved their food as well. My girlfriend ordered the sticky bun pancakes and said they were the best she had ever had.

Let me start by saying almost left because the negative reviews. Our waitress was great. Promot, friendly, and helpful. I’ll admit when our food came out, the eggs were overdone, gravy and ham were cold. Asked for check, was going to leave. The manager, Elaine came out apologized and asked to make it right. We agreed. Food came out perfect. They were extremely accommodating. I give them 5 statrs. Hey, if you are not happy with your meal, rather than write a negative review. Ask to have it corrected. And it will be.

This place gets two stars because it was below average at best. The restaurant was cute and had a rustic feel to it which was nice. The hostess sat my party of four quickly but then the service went down hill from there. Our waitress took over 20 minutes to get four waters and four coffees. The coffee was very strong which is not a highlight for me but may be for others. I ordered a two egg breakfast with pancakes and sausage links. My eggs were supposed to be scrambled but looked like they were just placed in a fry pan and flipped. Not to mention they tasted like grease instead of eggs. The sausage links were inedible because I couldn’t even cut into them with a knife. Now on to the pancakes… with a name like flapjacks I figured they would have good pancakes. I was not impressed. I think McDonald’s has better pancakes. I also had the chance to visit the bathrooms which need to be cleaned as my feet stuck to the floor and there was a foul smell throughout. Needless to say I was under impressed and will not visit here again when we come back for vacation.

Very good and one of our favorite places for breakfast! The chicken and waffles are excellent! Staff has always been friendly when we have been there. Great place for kids too! It’s always crowded so during busy season expect to wait!

Awful! It took us almost 2 hours to eat here, only 20 minutes spent eating and we ordered our food when we were finally asked for our drink order. I was ready to walk out when they finally brought our food and it was cold! This was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. I wouldn’t recomend this place to anyone.

My breakfast was okay. The Gatlinburg location is a lil better. My grits were awful and my potatoes could have been cooked a lil longer. Cheese eggs, sausage and coffee was really good. The staff is friendly, but they seemed a lil flustered with our large table.

This very well may have been the first DECENT meal we have had in this town. Kinda hard to mess up eggs. We went in Saturday morning, we did not have to wait to be seated, the server was attentive, our drinks never ran dry, and our food came out in a timely manner and tasted good. Looking around, other patrons were enjoying their meals/experiences as well. We would recommend this place to other patrons whether local or passing through.

The service was okay. The food took a long time to arrive(over 20 minutes). This was during an off peak time for breakfat too(10:30 am). When the food finally arrived, we had to send one of the orders back. Two of us ordered the The Works omlette. One was fresh and tasty the other seemed to have been re-heated and dry. The pancakes were delicious and including the wheat pancakes that came with the egg white omlette. I have had better breakfast and better service.

Snowy morning pancakes! The server was just awesome. He was prompt friendly AND helpful. The place was packed and with the winter weather he didn’t have a lot of help.

No, my expectations of the Flapjack Pancake Cabin weren’t very high. Especially in a location where there’s a pancake house/cabin on every corner. My boys weren’t happy with the breakfast selection at our hotel, so we ended up here. I really only cared about getting some coffee in me. Service was good — food arrival a little slow. My husband got an egg white omelette and some wheat pancakes. My son got a basic breakfast with pancakes. I got French Toast — based on the description(something about our«special» and delicious batter). It was just horrible. I would have been just as happy with the continental breakfast at Holiday Inn!

Food was good, but served cold. Highlight was the skillet potatos. Service was spotty at best. Probably won’t go back considering there are about a million pancake houses in Pigeon Forge.

Great chain food. When you have 20 Pancake shops on the same road I guess you have to have good food.
