Poor service, cold food, incorrect orders. Avoid if you can. Took forever for the food to come out despite a very light crowd.

I have no idea why this place only has 3 stars… we ate there twice during our short weekend there!!! It was nice to find a place in Pigeon Forge that wasn’t a chain or a pancake house, and wasn’t heavy. We saw it sitting off to the side and pulled right in. We got the mozzarella sticks, which were crispy and had a really interesting flavor that we loved, and I ordered a speedster burger, which came with mushrooms and sautéed onions. It was so delicious, and the fries were fresh and yummy as well! The second time we went we got the cheesyburger, which was awesome. The servers are so nice, and the food isn’t greasy like some diner food. I can’t wait to go back and go again!!!

We had a great experience on December 31^st. We got immediately seated, our food came quickly, and the servers and servers were friendly and helpful. I ordered some wings and they were perfectly in between two hot and mild. Overall the restaurant was very good and I highly recommend it if you have time.

Bad service, rude inattentive wait staff, kitchen not syncing with wait staff and very greasy food which you could tell was not made there but from a frozen bag. I’d never come here again.

We didn’t eat any of the food so this review pertains solely to the milkshakes. Anyone going to the Comedy Barn can get a 10% off discount and bring food from here into the show.
You can add flavors to milkshakes here! I wanted a hot fudge one mixed with strawberry but they didn’t have it so they gave me a strawberry one with hot fudge added in. I loooooved it. Hubby loved his though I liked mine way more. Still the add ins help personalize the shakes and make it more fun.

Food was OK, not great but a cut above the fast food burger joints. The fries were hot and fresh and drinks were cold. The prices were a high but then again you are in Pigeon Forge. Basically your paying for a theme. Next time get yourself a nice steak at the Chop House or go down to Gatlinburg and have a nice Italian Dinner at Best Italian.

I forgot to take a picture. The jethros extreme dawg was great. This was more of sausage size hotdog. Really good. I see what others are saying and can see how the reviews are low. It’s the not the kitchen being backed up with orders which is usually the problem in many restaurants. The hostess served me and seemed the most experienced for high speed high volume diners. This place gets packed quick.
I would bring in more busers and two expeditors. But I’m looking on the outside in. They’ve got something special in Pigeon Forge. And people line up what seems like all day.
Loved it will try something else on the menu tomorrow.

I eat the worst cheeseburger I ever eat in my life there yesterday and on national cheeseburger day. It was over cooked with a tomato you could see through and it used to be so good there however the service was great

Waited waited and waited and after 25 minutes the server came over. Food was below average and expensive. Poorly run, heard yelling in kitchen, I wish I walked out before the food came

McDonald’s would’ve been better. Save your money and don’t get sucked into this touristy trap of a restaurant. This place feels dirty, the food is mostly fried and just not worth it…

Great American place to eat great service. Kind of pricy but really enjoyed it very friendly staff sweet people clean and I love happy days. All kinds of stuff on the walls very interesting we will return. Keep in mind prices are a little above what, in my opinion was a little high but worth a visit.

If I could leave zero stars, then I would. I’ve never been to a restaurant where the server has told a group of people that it would be better for us just to leave, because of how busy they were. There were at least half a dozen empty booths that just needed to be cleared off, and the server said they wouldn’t even be cleaned for at least 20 minutes. These happy days are certainly not yours or mine at this diner.

I don’t know where to start. The one star is for great service. The food is horrible. My wife ordered the open face roast beef with corn. It was worse than leather. The corn was more them just dumping a can, water and all into a bowl and heating. My club was average at best and my fries were cool and had been sitting a while. Stay clear!

Very good Hamburgers, Flavored Fountain Sodas & Shakes! Will definitely return & would highly recommend. Staff very friendly & knowledgeable

If I could give this place 0 stars I would waited for 30 min to be seated for table after table to be seated before my party the party that came in behind me with 4 kids was seated before 2 handicap people I will never return and will tell anyone not to go there ever

This place has the best burger you will find around. I had them add chili to mine, it was awesome. Had the Reuben the next time I went it was also great. This place has good food and good service. If you are looking for a diner look no farther, I prefer this one over Mel’s.

Your typical American diner. I recommend you venture past the chain restaurants and go here.
–Taste of the food was spot on, delicious. Not greasy.
–Portions were perfect.
–Time to receive the order, was great. We didn’t expect it so fast.
–Staff/​waitress was exceptional. Our waitress was friendly and very knowledgable about the area and very willing to take the time to provide answers to all our questions.
–Price was great, giving all the above, the price can’t be beat. About $ 7-​$ 8 per adult.
–Restrooms were very clean.

–Overall, great experience, a Pigeon Forge must.

The restaurant is very narrows, small to the point that I could barely gets through to the table that the waitress took us to because I am in wheelchair so if any of you who are in wheelchair then I wish you the best luck of trying to get through to the table your waitress taking you to. The restaurant looks like it is a classic restaurant with checkered pattern everywhere from the floor to the wall which it can be a bit of overwhelming.
Their foods is average for me, I had much better than their foods that they served although I have only ordered hamburgers which is a-​ok but Wendy’s hamburgers is much better, just that their hamburger is acceptable but not best hamburgers out there. Their french fries is a bit of greasy that caused me a bit of heartburn problem and I am very picky when it comes to foods but their french fries aren’t my exactly favorite. But it was eatable, especially if I had no choice but to because of everyone in the group wanting to try out the restaurant so I was outvoted.

Awesome bacon cheeseburger and fries. Our waitress was friendly and we took advantage of a 10% discount we received at the comedy barn. If you want a good burger for a good price… this is the place!
