Worst place ever! Mold, mildew, and BEDBUGS! Avoid this place. Moving to another room does not fix anything! Not American Owned.

Well we checked in only to find the ac downstairs in the main lobby didn’t work, the second floor smelled as if a dead body was rotting in the hallway. Our rooms lights didn’t work, the phone was unplugged no use in calling the desk, the bathroom light barley worked and the toilet didn’t flush. So if you wanna spend less money for nothing sleep in your car.

My son and I got rained out on a backpacking trip, so we’re just needed a cheap hotel for a night before we drove back home. Well, it was cheap. That’s for sure. It was also dirty and in disrepair. The hallways were creepy. The elevator was disgusting. The staff was very friendly, thankfully. The hairdryer quit. The furniture was broken. The TV had a weird «fisheye» effect. All of this could have been overlooked, but the one thing I needed – a good night’s rest – was impossible because the bed was unbelievably uncomfortable. Oh my goodness… it was dreadful! I think I’d been better off on my ground pad out in the parking lot. The pillow felt like laying on a bag of potatoes. I will never go back here. Ever. Ever.

I shouldn’t even give this place a 1 star. but I will for the desk girls they were nice… the room on the other hand was very outdated the jacuzzi some jets worked some didn’t the one that did work about sucked my toe in lol… the fireplace didn’t work and they didn’t tell me. The microwave were it was I couldn’t plug it in had to move it to the floor worked one night then when I turned it on the next day wouldn’t work moved it spots and worked… there was tiles missing of the jucuzzi and the light didn’t work ugh bad experience for the price… spent way to much for the poor room

Wow. I’m not sure what’s worse. The mold on the walls, the wallpaper peeling off or the dirty batman underwear that someone left on our balcony. Ew is the only word to describe this experience. I can’t comment on the comfort of the beds, because frankly I can’t bring myself to get in it. Ew. Do not come.

Worst stay ever! Staff very unfriendly no clean towels and our «non-​smoking» room wreaked of cigarettes. Televisions were from the 90’s and the beds and pillows were like sleeping on the floor. Worst part was the attitude and service we received. Will never stay here again.

Nice hotel, slightly outdated, this hotel needs an upgrade but the rooms are very big and nice alot of attractions around basically right next to everything, consider staying here on your vacation.

Great location and room was very comfortable even tho we were close to the road, place is old but wasn’t expecting the Hilton
