Let’s get real folks who goes to a place like this and expects authentic Japanese food??? It’s an American fast food joint. It’s fast, service good and tastes decent. I like it!

This is mall-food quality, meaning frozen pre-cooked food heated up on the griddle and dumped over rice. There’s no reason to drive to this location just for that.

Thought we would try this new restaurant. I had the Tofu. Worst Tofu I have ever eaten. Dry and bland. I threw away most of my meal. My friend and I both said we would never go back there again.

The Bento Box is the best deal — sushi, spring rolls, chicken dumplings, the hibachi of your choice, rice and mixed vegetables for under $ 10. It’s also extremely delicious!

Finally. I have lived and worked in this immediate area my whole life and I’ve been dying for a quick Japanese food fix. Is it the healthiest? Probably not. Is it totally authentic Japanese? No. But! It’s good, it’s fast, and the price is right. I like most of what I’ve tried, but I have a soft spot for the chicken bento box. It’s worth the money.

I gave this place a try shortly after it opened. I got a steak and chicken bento box. It was okay, in the sense that it was perfectly edible, but(unsurprisingly for a place geared towards high turnover) very toned down in terms of spice and authenticity so as to avoid scaring off anyone who’s unfamiliar with Japanese cuisine. If you’re intimidated by new things and want an Americanized version as a means of dipping your toe in the water, then by all means come here. If you like spice, I suggest you look elsewhere.

The food was extremely bland and sloppily prepared. They didn’t even bother chopping the vegetable into bite sized pieces. The fried rice was just white rice and some oil. There was no seasoning or added ingredients. There was the least amount of effort possible expended in the food preparation. If I want fast, take-out Americanized Hibachi, I’ll take the trip to Pei Wei instead.

The food was tasty and did not take long to be prepared. They have a small sushi selection, may try it next time. They have a reward program that gives you a free dish after buying some. The dining room was clean with a variety of seating arrangements. I would definitely come back.

Quick tasty and not too expensive! Spicy crab and shrimp roll not at all spicy– but still fresh and tasty, just added more wasabi! Grilled tofu, noodles, and mixed veggies(mostly cabbage with bits of broccoli, onion, carrot) were tasty and just a hint sweet from teriyaki sauce. Definitely ask for extra sauce! Lots of food too. Only quibble– no hot tea– every Asian place should serve hot tea! And iced tea machine tasted hose-watery– hopefully that’s fixed! Atmosphere is sparse industrial fast — casual, think Chiptole. They really should spruce it up a bit! But for quick healthy tasty lunch or dinner– 4 stars!

Not bad. It is similar to mall food court habachi. The portions are large and service was average speed. If you are looking for something different for carryout I would recommend this place. The food was not as flavourful as I would have liked it but it is very new and I think it will get better with time.

The place just opened. The people are friendly and the service is unbelievably fast. The food was also very good. Judging by this first visit, I’ll definitely be back with friends!
