Horrible customer service or bad day? Don’t know and don’t care. I walked in willing to pay for a service and did not receive what I wanted. When I addressed the situation I was told«I don’t have time for that». To go even further, I was charged for the service prior to me stopping midway between mani and pedi. I would never visit this place again. I highly recommend not going here.

I have given this place about 3 chances. Too pricey and the quality of the work is shabby. Save money & aggravation. The last time I got a fill in, the wrap completely popped off in 1 week. Other places? 3+ weeks and the wrap doesn’t come off. They must use cheap materials. No wonder the place is always empty! Seems like no one comes back!

I called on Weds to make a pedicure appointment with Rachel who had did my pedicure 3 wks before. The appointment was for Thursday at 9:30 am. I walked in, said I have an appointment with Rachel, they said oh no, Rachel not here anymore, for 2 weeks. I was MAD! They assured me they had someone who would do a great job, and it was horrible. I have given this place more then one chance and today was my last.

I quite like this place. It reminds me of the nail salon I went to in New Orleans. They’re open on Saturdays which from what I’ve seen is its busiest time and when they have the most people working. The atmosphere is relaxing. There aren’t too many people here when I’ve gone(4pm on a Monday). The manicurist who did my nails has always done a good job and has always been very nice. I’ve not gotten a pedicure here before, but manicures have always been good and they give massages at the end of them. When my ankle isn’t injured, I“ll be back and see how they do with pedicures. Use cash so you can tip.

Since I live in Montville, I tried this place out one day when I did not have a lot of time to go to my usual place in West Paterson. The acrylic manicure was decent but it was expensive! I can get my fill in with gel polish at my usual place for $ 25 and here it was about $ 35. Not impressed for the price.

I went in yesterday(Wed.) around 4pm. Was a little surprised that it was so empty. Asked for a pedi, and was seated right away. Much to my surprise, I had the most relaxing pedicuring in a long time. My manicurist was Nabah.

I went here to relax but my day turned worse after I left the salon. The person who did my nails I guess was having a hormonal issue or something. She wasn’t smiling at all. She keeps whispering in her native tongue the whole time which freaks me out a little bit. Sometime the murmuring is getting louder and seems like she’s taking out her anger on my hands and nails. Her procedure in doing my manicure was different base from the first time I had it done here which was performed by another person. She done it poorly. She sprayed something on my hand with no care at all and some of the liquids went to my face. Later she said that she is not happy today which I know obviously. She said she is fighting her self not to cry. The other customer notice her, too and found her actions inappropriate. The customer before me keep staring at me while I was waiting for my turn which I find weird at first but after she did my nails I understand what that stares meant. I guess she was warning me to go away. She also went out not happy. I still gave her a nice amount of tip, though. Wishing that at least would make her smile. But after receiving my payment she just say a short«thank you and bye! bye!» as if waving me to go away because I am done. There’s no quality on her customer service, nothing at all. If you were me I know you are thinking I should have complaint in front of her face. Yes! I was thinking of doing that to but I’m trying to stop my self hard in doing that enough not to embarrass her. But after reading this review I hope this would help you whether you will still come here or not. And if you do, I hope you will not end up with her.
