I’ve been going to wawa since I was a kid growing up in VA and was so excited that this chain has moved down to Florida for us to enjoy! This place is always busy but for good reasoning. Always have the lowest gas prices, they have amazing coffee– the hazelnut is my fav, and pretty good food for it being a gas station. I love the little quick on the go packs of food taunting you in the face when you are standing in line to pay. I always end up getting the spicy chicken nuggets. Those things are the bomb! They also have a pretty decent beer cooler in the back with a selection of both domestic beer, craft beers, and wine coolers. Love Wawa!

Love the WAWA back from my NJ days. Always clean, extensive selection of drinks and snacks and kind, professional staff. Also the ATMs have no fees and gas prices always competitive. Restrooms also always clean. I have heard their fresh sandwiches are also quite good.

Never in a million years did i think i would be writing a review on wawa! Im a Jersey girl that really loves. supports and frequents wawa. Anytime of the day or night… they have you covered with a quick sandwich. soup. or salad. Friendly staff too… Im so happy to have a wawa close by!

A clean Wawa, but once again, this wawa didn’t have their pumps taped for security. This makes me fidgity in today’s day and age. I don’t understand why they don’t offer this implied step to their patrons.
They did offer the cheapest gas at $ 1.99 in the area, the others around being $ 2.09 and $ 2.03. The pump was neat and the window cleaning station was half empty of towels as well as cleaning solution. Over all it’s not the best impression.

I stop here frequently for coffee. It is always a very pleasant experience. iThe stores is always very neat and clean and always open. I must say even get good service on the overnight shift and that’s a find. The store is always busy so the food is always refresh and good. Great job at the store

The Wawa chain is a very nice and welcome addition to our area.
They run a well-​organized «ship» here, fast, efficient, and the store is always very clean.
The touch pad screens are a great way to order. Less confusion! I’ve been here over a dozen times now and my orders have always been 100% correct.
Both their hot and cold subs are really great, especially for the price! They do not skimp on meat or toppings whatsoever. Honestly, these subs are overflowing with great stuff and I often am forced to enjoy some with a fork before I can even pick it up to bite into it.
And their awesome «HoagieFest» Summer specials? Wow! They put that formerly-​Jared associated sub joint to shame with both price and quality. Just try one sub and you will likely agree.
I did run into one minor problem. I was offered a 99-​cent mac ‘n cheese with my sub order. I only noticed upon arriving home that I was charged full price for this hot side item.
I pointed this out to the Wawa staff on my next visit and was promptly given a free $ 10 gift card for their error. In this day and age, that is amazing customer service!
My only request would be to make your unique «TRIPLETA» sub a regular offering. It is a ham/​pulled pork/​cheesesteak beef, magical combo of a hot sub. A bargain for the size, my friend and I had to share one and we were both left happy and stuffed!
So please consider giving Wawa a try. The subs are great, but that Tripleta is MAGIC!

Their sandwiches (prepackaged or fresh) are great, fancy soda machines, great pretzels, cheap cigarettes, and free air machine. The staff is 99% of the time very friendly. I can’t say going to wawa has ever been a bad experience.

Great Wawa, I don’t have a lot experience at Wawa but I can say this location is the best to date. I stopped in at 9:00 AM and wow, it was super clean, organized and the service was spot on. The restroom was extremely clean as they promised, theres not much to not like about this place I’d said they are a great example of what Wawa was originally advertised to be.

Just recently started going to this Wawa since we moved to the area. Friendly service from all the employees I’ve come into contact with so far. They have a nice walk in beer cooler. Store is clean and organized.
And then you get to the other side of the store where you can order food 24 hours. What?! They have plenty of touch pad screens to order from. Customize your order, get your ticket number/​receipt, pick up food and hand receipt to the convenience store side cashier to pay. Nice flow!
Ordered an Italian for the hubby, he said it was pretty good. They also have great shakes. Coffee is decent too. I tried the dark roast and I didn’t make my normal «eww what is this» face when I grab a gas station coffee from other places. Also noticed fruit and other prepared food items that looked good. And there is a pastry display– donuts, muffins, etc. I had a coffee cake muffin that was good.
This place can get pretty busy. I’m not sure how fast ordering food is at peak times as I’ve only ordered late at night so far. I get the hype now though! Glad this place is near me.

It is a gas station people. It is a gas station.
It is a gas station deli. As far as gas station deli’s go, it is good. But this is when I am on an 8 hour drive and it is 11:42pm. If I can go get real food I will.
The prices are cheap for gas which is nice.
The facilities are clean and well kept.
Again, this is a gas station. Good as far as gas stations go.

Blown away by the deli! I love that I can create my sandwich order on a touch screen. They’ve got lots of veggies to choose from. I loaded that stuff on! You can choose your dressings and whether you want just a little, a lot, or standard amount. The 6 inch was under $ 5 which is a steal of a deal! While human interaction has been completely removed from the process, the benefit is efficiency. I haven’t had a good sub in awhile and their Italian totally hit the spot. I wish I got a larger one.
4 stars because the beer selection could have been better. It is nice they have a walk in cooler and a decent variety considering the space. Even some ciders. Well I guess I’m contradicting myself now… 4.5 stars.

Ohhhh! Okay, I get it now, WaWa devotees. I, like most people in Tampa Bay, had never heard of WaWa until they revealed their intention to conquer the local gas station/​convenience store market last year sometime. You can now count me as a WaWa convert.
Prior to my conversion I purchased most of my gas at Hess stations. They always had cheap gas and clean, well-​lit premises. However, for those times when I felt like getting a bite to eat, I found that their food selection was less than palatable. Grease, grease and more grease… with a little sodium thrown in for good measure.
That’s where WaWa trumps Hess and every other gas station/​convenience store. They have cheap gas (reason enough to go) AND real food. Yes, I said real food! So far I’ve tried various chicken and turkey wraps (don’t eat red meat) and found them to be delicious and exceedingly fresh. I’ve also had one of their green apple and caramel fruit cups and enjoyed it very much. It was obvious that the apples were very freshly cut, and as such, very juicy. Loved it.
WaWa also provides fresh made sandwiches 24 hours a day. Awesome for us night owls! The sandwich counter is laid out much like at Subway, although that’s where the similarity ends. You order on touchpads by clicking on the image of the ingredients you want. I’ll confess that I have yet to order a sandwich here but have heard all the rave reviews from friends and coworkers. Apparently you can actually taste the meat (hear that Subway!) and the bread doesn’t go limp like an old man’s…never mind!
You’ll also find the usual assortment of snacks, drinks and coffee as at other gas stations/​convenience stores. I’m not a coffee drinker but I keep hearing from those that do that WaWa’s coffee is supposed to be really good. Take that for what it’s worth.
I can see my «relationship» with WaWa being a long-​lasting one indeed.

This is another WaWa that I get my gas and sandwiches from. I love this place and it’s location. Right after I get off the bridge, on my way to work.

Wawa’s is certainly consistent across the locations, and what I like is that applies to the customer service as well. There was a short line of 4 and the guy opened another register.
I love the crushed ice and its free where other places charge 50 cents, at this location it doesn’t have a slight funny barely noticeable taste like the one on 34^th and 62^nd Ave N.
The location is convenient because it is right there as you exit I275.
Roomy gas station so with all the space you are not cramped in the place as you exit and enter.
So many healthy food options too, boiled eggs, cheese, fresh fruits and veggies… it’s like a mini grocery store made for people on the go. And besides the foods they prepare on the spot and cleanliness everywhere that is why Wawa’s is so successful and popular… popping up in so many different locations at a rapid rate. If I was a driver for occupation, this place would be a relief.

It’s a gas station, so it should be difficult to get too pumped (that’s some gas station humor right there) about it. However, WaWa is a different gas station experience. Having lived in Florida most of my life, this location is my first and only experience with WaWa’s. That being said, if they’re all this good, the other gas stations better watch out.
Their gas is typically the cheapest around, and who doesn’t like saving a few dineros? If you decide you want to walk inside, you’ll be impressed with the cleanliness and sleek design of the store. There are a plethora of touch screens where you can order and customize your food. I tried one of their breakfast burritos, and for a gas station, I gotta say, it was not too shabby. They also have an assortment of deli sandwiches and subs that you can order. I’m not a coffee drinker, but the selection of coffee appears quite impressive.
I’m pretty sure these are the gas stations of the future, at least until someone comes out with something better. Maybe a gas station that offers massages? Until then, I have to give this place a 5, because it is the best gas station experience you can have.

WaWa gets 5 stars for a gas station ! Is there such thing as an upscale gas station? Because that is what WaWa reminds me of. The inside is nice and clean and well lit and I recently learned that they have no charge for using the ATM.
Plus they have a lot of healthy food selections instead of that nasty gas station food like the suspect hot dogs that have been rolling around all day. They have fresh subs, a sit down area, good coffee, fruit, yogurt, soups and a good chicken Cesar salad. Its the only gas station that I will actually get food from.
NOW lets talk about what really matters which is the gas… the gas is always the cheapest in town from what I’ve seen. I really don’t have to go out of my way to drive to Sams Club anymore because the prices are about the same. I love WaWa!

Convenient! Delicious! So many options! Service with a smile! Inexpensive!
When my coworker first took me there, I wasn’t impressed, but I hadn’t had the coffee yet. I have been a Starbuck junkie for years. Then I walked into WaWa, and my life is changed.
You walk up to the coffee bar full of fresh coffee and are faced with so many choices. They usually have at least six options to include flavored, and seasonal. Once you have your sm/​med/​lg/​xlg, you then go to the flavor/​creamer bar. Plenty of space and all kinds of options to pair with your drink. Everything from the seasonal pumpkin or hazelnut, to the oldies of french vanilla or plain, and for the health conscious-​skim. All kinds of sweeteners available as well as multi types of lids.
The large coffee is only $ 1.55, and the Xlg is 1.67. Fraction of the price at Starbucks and I find the pumpkin spice to be better and less calories.

I was a wawa virgin. But no more. Cheap cheerful and clean are the way to describe this gas station sandwich shop. Hard to get excited over a sandwich that you can make yourself, but it definitely is a great alternative to the multitude of fast food places that I haven’t been to in years. Much better than subways and way more efficient. Love ordering via touchscreen.
I wouldn’t call it a destination dining but a good place to grab and go when on the road.

Does Publix finally have competition in the realm of deli sandwiches?
No, that would be blasphemy. But after finally making a trip to try Wawa, I’m definitely believing the hype. I had the Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak, which comes with pepper jack, buffalo sauce and jalapenos. The chicken was surprisingly good, the sauce had a kick but was not overpowering, and the jalapenos provided those few spicy bites that really pushed it over the edge. GF had an italian sub, I’m not a fan of ham but it was not too shabby. Everything tasted fresh.
Best part of all this? Two sandwiches, some pretzels and a drink to share for less than $ 13. Kaboom.
