The store is ok but they have THE MOST RACIST ASIAN GIRL that works there! After I purchased my items she accused me of lingering in the store! Sooooo I can’t keep looking if something catches my eye? Then she accused my money of being counterfeit (it clearly wasn’t)… She’s very lucky my friend kept me calm because she is beyond ignorant!

Torn over the review on this one. The store itself with the quality of lighting, the ease of shopping/​ability to find things and the way racks/​displays are set up/​organized. It all seems very scientific and makes sense to your brain. Great flow, great Feng Shui. The racks in men’s wear seem to be coded or prematched to make coordinating/​matching outfits easier; Kind of like GrrAnimals for grown ups. Four stars definitely. What knocks it down for me are the quality of materials. The prices are great but up close, some of the materials are very thin/​flimsy. I always wear tshirts under dress shirts, but if I didn’t under the white shirt I got here, you could see my nips from across the room. High fashion, high volume, low prices, less expensive materials.

I love H&M; I bought some sweaters there on my last visit that I’ve gotten so many compliments on. So I won’t review the clothing; I will however, tackle the staff. On this, my first and only visit so far, I waited about 10 minutes for someone to check me out at the back register only to find out that it wasn’t even operational. Umm… hello? Once I finally was able to make my purchases, the young lady who helped me was nice, but you really shouldn’t have «open» signs by registers that aren’t actually open.
