Saw a guy backstage jizzing all over the pizza, told me I can join. Not satisfied though he told me I can only jizz once. Jk not true

Super clean and well maintained, service was great. Tried the new thin crust pizza and it was excellent. Great fun for the kids and a wonderful lunch.

The bathroom was completely disgusting. Almost every bathroom stall had pee in it or poop the toilet. If it didn’t have one of those it was filled with toilet paper and it was hanging out of the side. On one toilet the was dried pee at the top of the toilet where the lid is. Gross but dang it’s amazing that someone can even get pee there. It’s the girls restroom I would ha e to see what the boys looked like. Mean while as my neice and her friend we’re in there with me and we were talking about how disgusting the bathroom was there was a worker a tall girl that walks out the stall with her uniform didn’t even wash her hands and she was back to work behind the counter after just seeing her in the restroom not even 10 minutes before. Never going to this chucky cheese again. Brentwood chucky cheese is my go to its alot Cleaner and healthier. I’m leaving this review hoping that you can hopefully learn and correct what is going on here very unhealthy place where your kid can a kid and get sick from a unsanitary environment.

Recently visited Chuck E. Cheese’s with two friends(17&18 y/o) over winter break. It was a pretty nostalgic experience minus the noise, children, and excitement(It was a Monday afternoon). My friend knows one of the workers here, so it was a pleasant experience. Highlight is that the games here only cost a coin each and employees here are hilarious, cracking jokes about us(grown adults) squeezing into the sketchbook photo seat and spending our tickets on air heads. Downside would probably be certain machines/games not working and eating coins/tickets(but the workers here were kind enough to help us get our coin(s) back each time). The prizes are no longer exciting as they used to be compared to when we were younger(obviously) and the cotton candy are much smaller. They only had weird flavors(Watermelon and banana) which tasted really artificial. I was really looking forward to the ice cream/popsicle machine, but it was out of order during our visit. We did not order pizza or raid the salad bar this time, so I’m unable to comment on the food. Side note: Quite disappointed to find out that Chuck E. Cheese has a new animated look.(I’m a few years late) A sign to grow up and move on hahah.

They cut the amount of tickets we had in half! I had over 8,000 tickets but they said I could only redeem 4,000 of them?!

My kids really love this place. I think it’s too loud and very packed on the weekends. The bathroom is horrible but I do love their pizza.

If it was possible to give zero stars please believe I would have. The customer service here was horrific. I was there for a child’s birthday party there was no assigned hostess and the only time we saw someone was to reliever the pizza that was ordered. The Worst part of my experience was the fricken bathroom!!! I’ve never seen something so nasty in my life I take that back yes I have because I’ve seen porta potties. What was even more horrifying was that parents were letting their children go into the bathroom with out checking it out first. There was toilet paper all over the floor feces on more than one toilet. Water and god knows what else on the floor. I immediately went and told the manager she called someone to the restroom but no one arrived I know I waited for them she herself came to the restroom 10 minutes too long later. Just very gross and Un organized I will NEVER go back there! Get it together people!!!

Disgusting bathroom and attitudes! 1) Upon entering the bathroom, I noticed toilet paper and seat covers all over the floor. Upon entering the stall, I noticed feces all over the toilet and floor. The other stalls were just as disgusting. I reported it to management. She said she would send someone to clean the bathroom. 2) Went to trade our tickets for prizes. One child was being helped and there was another child and his father ahead of us. Instead of helping the child in front of us, the young lady behind the counter began helping a family that just walked up. I politely said the boy and his dad were next. She flipped out, started cussing, left the area all together and said she doesn’t get paid enough to deal with all of this. She finally came back and proceeded to ignore the child in front of us as well as my family. The father of the child ahead of us, walked over to her again and she started yelling at him and said she wasn’t going to help him at all. A manager was waking by and I made her aware of the situation. She apologized and offered me tokens and said another manager behind the counter could deal with her. At that point I decided we didn’t need any prizes. Free tokens was not an appropriate response. I don’t use foul language in front of children and Chuck E Cheese shouldn’t allow that either. 3) Then another woman stops the same manager to complain about the bathrooms that I had complained about hours ago. 4) When we finally left Chuck E Cheese because we were waiting on others, another person was complaining about the bathrooms. I guess they just don’t care and don’t believe there is a serious public health risk, especially if the staff that prepares and handles the food are forced to use these restrooms as well. I hope to never be invited to another party at Chuck E Cheese in Pinole.

Only come here when I’m visiting my moms kuz there’s not much to do with kids in Richmond. It’s a pretty big spot compared to some other locations I’ve been to that’s probably the only thing good about it. There’s a good amount of games some are broken and not all give you the right number of tickets that you«win». The staff are rude as hell they don’t greet you or even smile. The last time I was here a couple days ago The girl working in the front rudely just said«left hands out» upon arrival and didn’t even make eye contact with us. She did the same thing when we left. The dude at the prize counter clearly sees us waiting to claim prizes and shouts out«whoever is ready come here“and walks away… They seriously need training in customer service and to improve their bad attitudes.

Adults or kids this is fun. Dates are great here cause its super chill. Just don’t cuss in front of kids. I love the basketball machine games and its pretty affordable. A quarter a game. You can save all the tickets after awhile there is no expiration date and then trade in for a large gift. I like their salad bar. Pizza is decent. Kids have a lot of fun here so if you have kids bring them here. They do a stamp system to make sure no one kidnaps which is cool. There is plenty of parking in the lot outside.

For the most part I like this place… The best time to go is during the day when most of the other people aren’t around. The service is fast, the pizza is actually quite good. And the games are functioning well! Last time I was there, there was a guy putting in tokens and leaving them for kids to find– how fun!

Chuck E. Cheese is a rite of passage for parents and relatives of young children, definitely not my favorite thing to do, but my 5 year old daughter loves it. We did her 5th birthday at Chuck E. Cheese on Sunday and it was wonderful. When we walked in we were introduced to our host, Jessica. She did a wonderful job, letting us know how it would work, making sure we had everything we needed, and checking in with us frequently. The kids had a great time. There were plenty of tokens, drinks and pizza for both adults and children. And the pizza was good. They do a great job, the kids love it and the costs was very reasonable. The self contained security for the children, no one can leave without the parent they came in with, makes it very comfortable. The place is well maintained, clean and the rides and games are just right for the age ranges.
