Round Table Pizza

Pizza is good as always. Didn’t have the salad bar but it looked fresh, clean and well stocked. Staff is adequate behind the counter. No one in sight bussing tables. I cleaned my own table before sitting down. Dining area is moderately clean. Dined in and it took forever to get our pizzas. Kids play area is fun for the kiddos (under 4ft which isn’t enforced). But it’s poorly ventilated and completely chaotic. I wouldn’t let your toddler go in. They’ll get trampled on. The fact that there are kids running around the restaurant in their socks grosses me out for some reason. There are a few video games to distract the older kids. Nice sized meeting room that will keep your ears protected from the kids’ screams. I wish it’d been empty because I would have had my pizza there without all the noise. I’d give it 2.5 stars, really.

Terrible terrible terrible terrible service!!! Called last night before I went to work to order my kids pizza for dinner I pacifically asked the girl on the phone do I need to leave the credit card there that way I can pay for the pizza she said oh no someone just needs to sign for it!!! So I left on my way to work a half an hour later the pizza gets there in the pizza man will not leave the pizza!!! So then I called the manager and explain the situation to her she did nothing to help me and just said she’ll train her cashier better! I explained to her that my kids dad did not have a car and that was the only way they’re going to be able to eat dinner she still did not care and said those are their policies!!! This is very terrible and rude! I will never order pizza from them again ever! Now if I didn’t ask the girl on the phone about leaving the credit card then I would understand it would be my fault but they pacifically said that it was OK and that someone just need to sign … I will take my business to the other round tables in the area!!!

I am beyond disgusted by this place. Ordered a pizza, and wings to go on Friday night 04/​15/​2016 and to my dismay I had hair in my pizza. How unsanitary. The hair was logged in the pizza which means it fell in when the pizza was being prepared then baked. When I called and informed the assistant manager she didn’t seemed phased or apologetic, she said «well we can make you another pizza as or we will offer you a credit to get it another time», as if I would ever order food from here, ever again. When I requested a requested a full refund she said I would have to bring the pizza back to the restaurant. Waste of my time, and my gas. I returned their hair pizza and to top it off the refund was not immediate she said it will take 3 – 5 business for the money to reflect on my account. It takes them seconds to charge your card but days to reimburse you. I will never eat from round table ever again. Obviously proper hygienic food preparation is not a priority.

I’m a fan of the pizza ONLY. The staff there except for a couple of people seem very disengaged. I usually order for delivery with the occasional dine-​in. I am always placed on hold when I call and sometimes forgotten about. By the time my pizza arrives, it’s semi-​cold and I normally have to pop it in the oven again for a 5 – 10 minutes. I’m not too crazy about the hoops I have to jump to get my pizza but I will say that the pizza is consistently good. It’s my favorite pizza place hands down, minus the customer service!

Love round table, i’ve never had a bad pizza from there. My boyfriend used to work at a round table so I know that they make their dough every day and it’s always fresh!

Horrible front counter service. Ordered boneless chicken wings and had to remind them twice where’s my order. After waiting 45 minutes it finally arrives at our table, cold, and look more like chicken nuggets than wings. Will never come back to this location again. I would rather order from the one across from the casino, orders are always hot and ready to pick up when I arrive.

I’m a fan of round table pizzas everywhere. this one is big and has a play place for the kiddos and I like that even though I don’t have kids. big salad bar and all the ingredients were fresh and I like that too.

Sorry to say but twice we got a pizza that was awful. First one was they baked the basil on the top of the pizza. actually it was burnt. 2^nd the sausage pizza was delivered cold.

I ordered and payed for a pizza online for pick-​up. When I went there, my order was ready but they refused to acknowledge that my food was already paid for so I had to hand over my card at the register. Of course, my account was charged twice. I tried to contact the manager but she was «too busy» to speak with me. Ridiculous.

Not the cleanest dining area I’ve come across in comparison to other Round Table Pizza (RTP) locations, but one of the most friendliness. The busser on duty has gone above and beyond. She willingly volunteered in providing us utensils, condiments, etc. If this the norm and expected of bussers, I definitely never experienced this at other RTPs. Great service just makes the food taste better.
This RTP in particular shares the parking lot with In-​N-​Out Burgers. Ample parking available, but the drive thru line stretched long which can be a bit discouraging. It’s also a convenient location as it is easily accessible to the freeway.

These idiots CANNOT get an order right. I ordered a pizza they had on special, minus ONE INGREDIENT (to which I am allergic), and they couldn’t even get that right. Fifty minutes later, the pizza arrives, completely inedible from my perspective, so straight in the trash it goes. I need to leave for a meeting well before they could deliver a correct order, so no lunch for me today.
(My online order clearly reflects my request, so it was not «user error.»)
Pizza tastes good (when I can eat it), but it is very expensive, and the management is TOTALLY INCOMPETENT!

We ordered the King Arthur pizza. I really enjoyed it. Hot fresh and delicious. They also have a fresh salad bar. This place is also great if you have kids. They have a jungle gym and a small arcade. There’s lots of seating available. Great place to eat pizza and have your kids play.

If I could give less I would spent 80 $ on pizza for the family didn’t get what I ordered I even ordered online so there was no mistaking what I asked for they gave me mushrooms and a lot of other crap I didn’t ask for in my pizza so I call they say come back tomorrow I said I can’t cause I work lame

I got the best customer service ever BUT pizza was horrible and when we told the manager we wanted a refund that b* had an attitude talk to us like if we were stupid turned over the pizza and claimed it was cooked and 15 min after eating everyone’s stomach starts hurting … NEVER AGAIN

We used to come here all the time with the family salad and pizza coupon. They don’t honor the coupon price if you don’t have the coupon with you, we called in to pick up once, and the bill ended up with over $ 50 for 2 pizzas, since we forgot the coupon at home, the cashier said they have to charge the full price.

In regards to ordering online, it’s very easy and clear to use. The website lets you know right away if delivery is available and gives an approximate time of when the order will be ready.
Service: I have never had any problems with the staff. They’ve always been helpful and efficient.
Food: Really good. My family gets the Italian gourmet pizza, twists, and wings. The pizza is very good. Tastes better than Pizza Hut or extreme pizza. Twists are usually very good but I’m knocking half a star because sometimes they are soft and cheesy, on others, they are overcooked. The wings are as good as you’re going to get when you order wings at a pizza place.
I’m also going to take half a star because all three of the round tables within a 2.5 mile radius of my home do not deliver to my area.

I have eaten at this Round Table many times and I am usually satisfied when dining at the restaurant. I have ordered pizza to be delivered several times and it is usually pretty good and is delivered fairly quickly.
I had a bad eperience with the delivered pizza over the last Memorial Day three-​day weekend and I suppose maybe it was due to fact that they were busier than usual due to the holiday but that’s really not a valid excuse.
I phoned at 5 pm for an extra large pizza ($ 31 — a bit high to begin with) and was told it would be delivere in an hour. Delivery time to my house is usually 45 min but this evening it was and hour and ten minutes. The pizza was nowhere near hot but rather kinda warm — way below the temp it should have been. The thing had cooled off so much that the edges were hard and barely chewable. It was just plain low-​quality. It was worse than the $ 5 pizza I have had up the street at Little Caesar’s.
We had ordered half veggie and half Maui Zowie which is usually prepared with a pretty recognizable line between the two halves but this was so poorly thrown together that the four pieces along the half-​pie line were littlered with all the ingredientes. Not a cruicial problem but when the rest of the pizza was so bad it just added to the list of problems.
I may have rated this experience with a three-​star rating but when I thought about having paid $ 31 for it (and that was with a $ 3-​off coupon) it made it easy to rate it with one star less.
Too bad — I will likely eat here again (I like their lunch specials a lot) but I will not likely order anything to be delivered on a weekend or holiday — it’s just too risky.

There’s quite a few Round Table locations near me but this is my favorite for dining in. The location is one of the biggest and busiest, conveniently located across from Target and next door to In-​N-​Out. Parking can be somewhat of an issue as the In-​N-​Out drive through is next door.
The Round Table menu is the same across all locations except for seasonal pizzas, my favorite being the Artisan pie. On this recent visit, I was especially excited in trying the Farmer’s Market pizza. The pie is in season and offered at $ 15 for a Large or in flat bread variation for $ 6. The diner also has a salad bar for those interested; however, I decided to pick up.
The pizza was ready in fifteen minutes and looked great when I got it home. My only concern was a black glaze on top of the pizza that resembled BBQ sauce. I took a taste and was relieved it wasn’t BBQ sauce, but a tangy balsamic glaze. As I took in a few slices, I loved the fresh ingredient taste. The pie consisted of heirloom tomatoes, primo pepperoni, a three-​cheese blend, a delicious marinara sauce, and fresh basil. The combination of fresh ingredients gave it a real gourmet taste. The ripe tomatoes, crusty pepperoni, cheese blend, tasty marinara, and thick crust gave for one delicious pie. My only advice is to opt out of the balsamic glaze.
Lastly, for those dining in with kids, this location has a kids play area and now offers free WIFI. The staff tends to always be friendly and engaging with their regulars. All in all, a great atmosphere and laid back diner to enjoy a pie and a pitcher of brew.
