Big selection but rude clerks.
No greeting or offer to help at any point, and when we asked a few questions about what «bold’ and ‘demi’ meant in the women’s sizes we got no real answers. No one in charge of the fitting rooms, and when I came out there was a clerk at the door who actually turned his back on me! Not that I was going to waste his time with any more stupid questions. but not even any eye contact or concern about how many garments we’d brought in.

Rude, and unprofessional.
The manager there was so rude to an heavy set customer who was trying to ask a simple question! Also they were late opening up, they were 20 minutes late, when I made a comment, she said shit happens. My I say go online you get better deals don’t have to deal with angry, unpleasant staff.

Super friendly and customer service oriented staff! Store is organized and welcoming. Kudos to the staff in the store for taking the time to find me to return my sunglasses left in the fitting room! I recommend this store!

Amazing customer service.
I was greeted at the door, but not because it was a reflex… but because the employees wanted me to feel welcome, I could see what a difference the latter makes.
I was approached after a few moments by a helpful associate (Myron) who gave me the promotions for the day and said if I needed anything, he could help. The man at the register (Billie) was also very pleasant and fun.
The store was very well thought out, it didn’t feel like an outlet, but more upscale do to the attentive service and layout. I would have liked to find more accessories. (Bags in particular) but they do have a huge assortment of belts to choose from.

I was shopping for a gift blindly in here, and on a time restraint, and a young man helped me out tremendously! When I returned a week later with my fiancé due to items not fitting him, the same young man and another helped out without hesitation again. Helping select items we’d like based on what my fiancé was wearing, etc. What I commend them on is excellent customer service! Something that is unfortunately rare these days. They didn’t make me feel like an annoyance, but rather they were happy to help. Great job!
