Torrid

The staff at this store really stand out. The styles are very current, sizes are inclusive, and the atmosphere is welcoming. What more could you want?
I have to share a personal story: I went there recently as I often do in the last hour of open hours. I often find myself driving home from another event or a friend’s place late and think I’ll just pop in for a minute and see if there’s anything I can’t live without. Lol
Although I arrived within 30 minutes of closing which I often do, the staff was friendly and perky with no undertone of «hurry up chick and get yo shoppin done – we’re closin!» There was absolutely nothing but great attitude and friendliness as always.
I was so surprised when I went to the fitting room. An employee had started me a room and when I went back to try things on, my name was already written on it. She remembered my name – even though it had probably been at least 3 weeks since I had last visited. Of course I had to inquire her name: it was Lori. She’s always so real and cool – but I definitely would never have thought she would remember my name.
The clothes are fun at Torrid. It focuses on larger sizes but these are not your gramma’s plus sizes!
As a matter of fact, I had seen a cute Valentine’s set on torrid’s Instagram earlier the night I stopped in. I inquired about it and Lori brought me the right size in the exact thing i had seen on their IG. I walked out with the cute red set in my little black torrid bag that night.
This store runs great clearance sales and really moves new things through quickly.
I enjoy a visit to Torrid even if I don’t walk buying anything… but somehow I always seem to find something. ;-)

Melina was super helpful and is a real Dynamo running around the store helping everyone and putting clothes away at the same time. Nice clean store good selection and a huge clearance section. My wife was very happy and so I highly recommend.

Every time I shop at this location I recieve the BEST customer service! They are always friendly and knowledgeable, I never feel like they are just trying to sell me something. Even when nothing quite works I leave feeling happy just because of the amazing service.
Also it is nice to finely have a fashion forward clothing store for plus sized gals. The clothes are fun and fresh and on trend!
