McDonald’s

I ordered a drink at the drive thru and they were standing around talking not giving me the drink I have paid for. I waited for over 10 mins. Seriously. Doesn’t take that long to hand me a drink. This isn’t the first time I have had an issue at this location. I ordered food and the lady handed me the food but didn’t give me a drink. When she came back to the window she says can I help you and I said, you didn’t give me my drink and all she said was you didn’t get charged a drink (without looking at my receipt mind you) and I showed it to her and she had it sitting there like she wasn’t going to give it to me or anything. The lady looked like the manager wearing all black. I’m assuming she was.

this place is gross! i had hair and pieces of BRILLO pad in my fries! i confronted the staff and the shift manager at the time to complain about the unsanitary products in the food & requested a full refund… didnt the staff and manager had audacity to look me up and down like i commited a crime! never eat there!!!
