I absolutely love the energy in this Starbucks! From the moment you walk in the door, you can feel the ‘inviting-ness’. Every member of the staff was pleasant — even int their «fully-engaged-in-my-work» demeanor. Clean store. Ample parking. Quick service. Shoot, what more can you ask for?
I have literally been to over 400 different Starbucks across the country and THIS one is definitely one of my favorites! I am so glad that it is near my house.

(Drive-thru review)
This is the worst Starbucks i’ve been to. I started trying this one out three days ago instead of the one on railroad, and they have not made my drink correct a single time. Peppermint mocha frapp, it cant be that difficult to make. First time they completely forgot it, when they remade it, they made it hot instead of cold, which is understandable maybe some misunderstanding at the window. Second day, they made it hot again, when i informed them they offered to remake my drink and gave me the hot one which i thought was very polite, and the only reason i gave a two star, but today, they finally made it cold, but instead of a grande they made it venti, no whipped cream, double shot of espresso, and no chocolate syrup. All i ordered was a grande peppermint mocha and venti passion tea.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks every week for the last 9 weeks. This is where my clinical group meets from 10am-3pm before we do health education at Stoneman Elementary School (down the street). There’s plenty of tables/space for us to do our work, the coffee is always good and made quickly, and the staff is amazeballs! They’re super friendly and a few remember our names since we’re here every week :) They always offer recommendations when we want to try a new food/drink and sometimes they come around and offer samples.
Definitely one of my favorite Starbucks, all-around!

Walked in at 9:01 pm on a Saturday night and I was almost to the register and they told me they had just closed. No sign posted giving hours.
Needless to say I was very disappointed in Starbucks. If someone is in the building, they should be waited on. Period.
I can get a frappé at McDonalds for a lot less money. Starbucks shouldn’t pi$$ off customers. I won’t be going there again.

I used to be able to stop at this location on the way to work for years… The last few months when I show up at the drive thru around 530 – 540, no one is there to take an order. I used to stop by between 5:15 — 5:30 without problems,
Although they make great drinks, if you need early you will need to stop elsewhere like I do

These people are awesome and super fast! Best starbucks I’ve ever been to!
They make an effort to remember you.
Even if the line is long they beast mode through it!
And They have never gotten my order wrong here or my name! Lol

Terrible service at this one, here’s just one story.
I bought a mocha frappacino in the drive thru, I waited at the window for around 10 minutes!
Paid for it got it, took off, got on the main road and stuck my straw in and tasted it… It wasn’t mocha, it was some weird butter toffee thing… So, high traffic times. I went through all the trouble of turning around in traffic, took me about 15 minutes to get back, told the girl what happened, very nicely, and she had a bad attitude! She threw the messed up drink in the garbage all rude, then took another 10 minutes to make me a new one… And this is my fault here, but I took off before tasting it again. So again, on the road, put my straw in, and … Nasty, just nasty. So I just drive home and threw it away, never went back after that time.
