The furniture you sit on in the showroom is NOT what is delivered to your home. The Sac’s (large bean bag) are extremely uncomfortable but in the showroom they were soft and cushy. The are hard, do not form to your body. I have read the instructions, did exactly as they said and still have 2 Sac’s that are uncomfortable. As for the couch, it is OK. I also bought the large pillow that sits on a rocker base. It is comfortable. As for the service at this store it was great. Too pricey for what you actually get. I wish I hadn’t bought so quickly and did my research. Disappointed.

Great help from the Ross Park Love Sac team. I bought a sofa with 3 bases, 4 sides and a special deep side in eskimo phur and they were very helpful. They checked to make sure my sactional was delivered on time and sent a follow-​up call/​card. Very professional team. This is my second sactional. First one was a chair and ottoman in black leather with three sides, 2 bases and a U-​table.

Amazing experience! Jessie and Cat were incredible! They were very knowledgeable, not pushy and talked to us for hours before we made our final purchase. This store is great! Highly recommend lovesac in Ross Park Mall to anyone looking for new furniture accompanied by a pleasant buying experience.

I purchased the monster «The Bigone» during their Halloween promotion because I could not in good conscious let saving 200 dollars pass me by. I drove all the way to Pittsburgh (3 hours 1 way) with my best friend to pick it up. We got to the mall and the staff was very friendly in asking questions. I basically told them I know what I wanted the second I walked in, I was just chilling out. They were very cool with that. «Chill away» My buddy and I sat and watched TV with the staff for about half an hour. Finally I decided to make the purchase. I informed them what I wanted and off the sales guy went to grab my prize. He came out and rang it all up. My buddy flashed his military card and asked if they do anything for this and he threw in an extra 10% off! Very cool. The total bill for this would have normally been well over 1000 dollars. Actually $ 1,069.00 to be exact. The total didn’t break 625 $, that’s a deal that no one can pass up. Next came the loading of the car. At the Time I had a Ford Focus, the salesman walked this 95lb beast packed in a bag out with us to my car, with a few good shoves and seat rearrangements, the sac fit perfectly in the backseat. Actually, after putting it in the car, I didn’t have a backseat! Got it home and promptly cleared out an entire corner of my room and unpacked the giant. Took about 2 hours of roughing it up, but after the pieces were broken up and I fell asleep, the Sac doubled in size overnight! I barely have enough space to get around it to get out of my room, but I don”t care. It’s comfortable, soft, gives the room a nice chill out feel and the cover makes it even more so. I end up falling asleep in it at the end of the night.
