The best brownies I’ve ever had! And homemade marshmallows. I’m so happy to have found this place. It might look a little sparse inside but everything’s amazing. And all quality ingredients. Just what a bakery should be!

What a great shop with an amazing selection of creative baked goods. Using the best and cleanest ingredients they can find this bakery bakes all sorts of cookies, breads and treats that are delicious and different, and many are gluten free and dairy free for those with allergies. They are always changing their flavors and options so going back weekly is like going into an entirely new store sometimes. I usually fill a small box and bring friends treats, especially those with food allergies who typically can’t enjoy a muffin or a cookie so easily. Everything I have tasted has been wonderful and it is clear in speaking with the owners that their passion is making the best baked goods possible. Go grab a box of treats and you’ll be sold.

This bakery is a tiny treasure nestled in the industrial city of Pittsfield. As a non-gluten consumer myself, I’d like to say to any of you fellow celiacs or those looking to be more conscious of your diet YOUMUSTGOHERE! Don’t be deceived by the sound of «lentils» but their homemade lentil stew is not only the perfect amount of soupy, but it’s as entertaining as a party in your mouth. This amazing baking couple has really hit gluten free eating on the head with their caramelized local mulled Apple muffin and sweet lemon butter cookie! I went here on the day they came back from break and was told that they’re trying to build up their gluten free options. Needless to say, I’ll definitely be going back here to try what they have come up with next! Also, this baker couple has top-notch customer service(especially when I needed some warming up from the cold with the lentil soup) and I hope they’re around so I can come back and enjoy their gluten-free delights! Overall: A+ experience!

This is a bakery with a distinct profile. Both halves of the couple that bake and serve here are friendly and welcoming, but don’t come in for brightly iced cupcakes, a multilayer chocolate cake or other overtly sugary standards of the current culinary scene. Consider instead perhaps a Spelt Muffin, of maple toasted walnut, buttermilk, certified organic whole grain spelt flour and nutmeg, or perhaps a slice(cut from the round original still sitting in the cast iron pan in which it was baked) of gluten-free(much of what they offer is gluten-free), dairy-free, Unsweetened Yellow Cornbread, made from whole corn, chipolte, cumin, certified organic yellow cornmeal and eggs. They also offer coffee and a small made-to-order breakfast menu, which you may consume at tables in their sunny downtown storefront. Day-old goods are lovingly wrapped and labeled and offered at reduced prices. We thoroughly enjoyed the items we sampled, but nonetheless particularly recommend them to those genuinely concerned about where their food comes from and who savor subtle tastes.
