I get In-N-Out almost weekly. I love the animal fries and their burgers. The meat is always crispy and fresh, unlike other fast food places’ and you can tailor your fries however you want it, just tell the cashier. It’s also very cheap and filling. The parking at this location can get a bit crowded, but you can park at the neighborhood next to it for free.

Shout out to Max for being so kind. The register got stuck and I just said to keep the change and he came up to me personally to hand me the change after a while :-) Bless up. Key 2 success is kindness

People working there are always polite. The place is pretty clean and everything is just perfect. But not my animal fries. It was the opposite of perfect it was just full of salt and eating it felt like chewing on rocks. Did I eat leftovers? 0 stars for the fries.

I am a HUGE fan of In N Out. Most importantly, I love this location. They always prepare their burgers to perfection. Juicy, yummy and tasty. The staff is always super friendly and super accommodating. I always order my cheeseburger with whole grilled onions and my fries well done. Because that’s the only way to have it. When it comes to cleanliness, they can utilize a little tip to be more on the ball. I think because they are always so busy, but shouldn’t be an excuse. I sat on ketchup once and it was gross. Tips: Parking can be a pain, especially during lunch and dinner. Also, this is the first In N Out I know that does not have a drive through. But, I really don’t mind it, especially with such great foods. Of course I had to brag about their awesome reasonable price. Cleanliness: 3⁄5 Customer Service: 5⁄5 Price: 5⁄5 Quality: 5⁄5 Quantity: 5⁄5

I am very dissatisfied with today’s outcome at in and out on Placentia and Chapman. I normally am a daily consumer of in and out whether weekly or monthly but today it had changed my mind with the Service that they have provided for me today. First they had made my order wrong in the beginning without adding what I had specifically ordered, second afterwords going to the front counter asking for another burger she questioned my judgment and then proceeded to stick her used glove into my burger and move everything around. after that she gave me the burger back with all the missing content of the burger in a paper burger bag. this is very disappointing coming from a person who loves to eat in and out. If you are reading this please be aware of this lady, she wears glasses, blondish hair, a bit short. Last time coming here.

If I could I would put 0 stars. They fucked up every thing on my order, didn’t give me a receipt then when I took it in no one would fix my order because there was no receipt witch they didn’t give. Everyone there is an idiot, and needs to learn how to run a fast food restaurant. I even asked if they had their food handlers card and they didn’t even know what is was! SOGROSS to have people not certified serve your food. Never going there, nor any other In-n-out ever. I can’t believe the nerve of that shit hole.

Fun place! The atmosphere is great — a mix of college students, families and other folks. The staff is very friendly. Prices are great. The hamburger was fantastic. Can do better on the fries. I did not get their shake, if I ever go back, I will :)

Great burger! Great location. Affordable price for the meal. It makes me feel better knowing that they treat their employees with dignity and respect. It’s the most magical burger place. It really does look like all the employees love to work there. I might be wrong of course but the food… oh lordyyyy the food. Itzzzz too gooood!

In-n-out is delicious, what can you say? I love that this location is a few blocks from our home, we probably eat here once a week at least, lol! Although it is a busy location at the corner of Chapman & n. Placentia, I have always had great service, which is consistent at in– n-out. You’d better come early if you’re trying to get lunch or dinner since this location does NOT have a drive through. The parking is limited & tough during those peak lunch/afterwork hours. The food is great as normal here, as long as you don’t mind the wait inside the restaurant. Love in-n-out!

Normally this place looks super packed. But I came here in the late afternoon recently and it wasn’t busy at all. Both the drive-thru and inside were moving right along. This time had a animal style, protein, double double and the hubbs got a animal style 4×4. Skipped the fries. Yummy stuff as usual and cheap eats for just the burgers. Been through the drive-thru here plenty of times and the wait can be long. First time dining in and it wasn’t bad. They have a few seats outside but not much. This is an alternate In-N-Out if we aren’t close to home or at the one off Orangethorpe & Harbor.

Excellent burgers, but we had to wait for someone to come open a new register when the other 3 employees were too busy talking to each other to be bothered with customers at the other register. Thank goodness that woman noticed her coworkers were ignoring us and stepped up to help. Thank you!

A hamburger here is only $ 2.15 plus tax. The fries well done are delicious, which are extra crispy kind of like all the fries at the bottom of the tray that are really good and crispy. I love to come here with friends or family. For four people you’ll only end up spending about $ 15, which is awesome :) Service is great and so are the prices. love the food!

As a Californian, In N Out is a constant staple in our diet. I’m so happy that this one is the same quality as the others. Same great service. Same great foods. Same secret menu(oh yeah, keto friendly, baby!). Never had any issues with ANYTHING from this In N Out. Just be warned: if people are hungry, DONOTGETINTHEIRWAY. Rawr. Tip: get animal style fries! If you’re lactose intolerant… sorry! Hubby is lactose intolerant, so I haven’t had animal style fries in years! Flying Dutchman is so awesome. Atkins would be proud.

It’s a burger. The end. I have no idea why this place is so hyped up. If I had my eyes closed, I would have had a hard time distinguishing between a Burger King burger and an In-N-Out burger. yeah, I said it! I am NOT afraid of all you folks that worship these burgers. It’s a burger. A hamburger. Point. Blank. Period. Actually, because of all the hype you have all put on this place, its a rather expensive burger for a fast food joint. And since we are being frank here, I actually like the french fries better than the actual burger. BOOM! I will now entertain your questions and comments…

YAAS! In-N-Out really is as good as everyone says. When I’m not home, I crave this place all the time. Why did I not give it 5 stars then? Because this location does NOT have a drive thru :( Their food is such a guilty pleasure. The food is consistently good. Fresh ingredients, buttered buns with melted cheese with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and their secret sauce. Fries are always hot, fresh, and lightly salted. Get to know their«secret menu» because some of those things might just hit the spot. Everything is pretty much customizable. Recommendations : — Animal Style Everything — Protein Style — lettuce instead of buns — grilled onions — so you don’t get that onion breath! — Doggie patties !

Customer service is good. No drive thru! Parking sucks, I recommend parking across the street or parking in the neighborhood but not for too long, at the rick of getting towed. But I’m a regular here and always park in the neighborhood and nothing eve happened. I’ve noticed that their lettuce is not always green. The burger can come out a little sloppy too. Ask them to change it out and they’ll be happy to do so. Wait time is a little slow but overall it’s still a good place. Restrooms always seem to have some sort of problem but whatever.

In-N-Out seems to have consistent awesome quality wherever I go. The double double never disappoints. Probably due to the fact that they’re a SoCal company only, so their products don’t have to travel far before they’re used. I really like In-N-Out because all of their menu items are made fresh to order. I went to this particular location for lunch today and thought it was odd that they don’t have a drive-thru. First time I’ve seen a drive-thru missing out of all the In-N-Out’s I’ve ever been to. Not a terrible thing, but if you’re looking for a quick stop without getting out of the car, this is not the place. The reason for my star deduction is because of the cleanliness of their restrooms. There is one large stall in a very unsanitary bathroom. Not to mention the stall door doesn’t actually lock so I was paranoid the entire time. The staff could give the restroom a little more attention.

It’s tough writing this review; just thinking about In-N-Out makes me homesick and hungry. I’ve been going to In-N-Out since I was a kid and long before it was cool. I grew up with an In-N-Out less than a mile away from my house. It’s still there today after all these years. In-N-Out burgers consistently make the list when magazines and websites hold their Top 20 burgers in America or similar contest. Maybe it’s the fresh ingredients? Maybe it’s the waxy melted cheese that always sticks to the paper? Maybe it’s those little grilled onion bits? Maybe it’s the thin little beef patty that still manage pack tons of flavor? I’m not sure what it is. Have I had better? Sure. I’ve had a burger in Chicago that could cure veganism. But it’s not about that. Those places are in a position to highly specialize in making their version of the perfect burger. They have an advantage because they aren’t a fast food chain. In-N-Out is a regional fast food chain that has been able to consistently put out an amazing burger and never cut corners or sacrifice the fresh ingredients. In-N-Out remains the same as it has always been; the best fast food burger in the world. If you have a spare minute Google the«Chadder’s infringement lawsuit(2007)» to see how big of an impact In-N-Out can have.
