Thank you charging me $ 4 for a cup of ice. Awesome. Literally finished my Trenta tea in 3 minutes. No wonder I finished it so fast… My drink was all ice.

I asked the girl at the drive thru want was in the omega 3 bistro box. She said she didn’t know. I ordered it anyways. Say at the window to pay for over 5 minutes watching them talk and laugh and look at me and go back to talking. She charged me $ 5.95 I asked isn’t it $ 4.00 she said where did you see that? I said on the sign through the drive thru. She goes I don’t know it is still $ 5.95 Worst service I have had in a while. I know they are trained and go over the different specials. I will be calling corporate next

Worst service I’ve ever encountered at a Starbucks! They had no white sugar or raw sugar, ONLY equal and Splenda. Did not mention this to me until I asked after ordering black coffee. Young lady couldn’t be bothered to stop sweeping to greet me, take my order, get my coffee or look for sugar. Three young ladies were not interested in customer service or a clean store front. Everything was grossly filthy. A new staff is required pronto. Get these idiot ingrates out or it will only hurt you business.

This location is hit and miss. I have met friends here over the years with mixed results. For example, on one of my last visits, my Green Tea Frap had chocolate bits in it. No, it isn’t supposed too. At least once a hot drink I bought was not hot. Oftentimes the staff were chatting among themselves while I had to wait.
The location is the main advantage as it is easy to find when meeting friends and has plenty of outdoor seating.

Very disappointing, they were out of napkins in the entire store around early afternoon, the coffee was boiling hot and you had to wait too long before taking a sip from your coffee. Overall, I do not recommend this place.

We can put a man on the moon, but can’t treat customers in a friendly manner? Amazing. This Starbucks has to be the WORST customer service I have ever seen. I ordered a plain bagel that I had to ask for three times before they actually decided to do something about it THEN, they toasted it which I did not ask for and had the wrong name so they wouldn’t give it to me. Colleen instead of Correen. To top it all off, they couldn’t give me the bagel the way I ordered it, they ran out. All of the staff that were behind the counter were rude, and were not friendly to anyone that walked in the door! Pathetic

Every time I come here, no matter what time of day, I can not get a decaf coffee. It’s even worse in the afternoon when I come for an iced decaf coffee. They look at me like I have a third eye. I just ask them to please give me a cup of decaf and pour it over ice, I don’t know why I keep trying at this location, it’s the only place I have this problem. Today, there was a woman in front if me, wanting the same thing and it took her two minutes to get across to the cashier what she wanted, the cashier fighting her all the way, and then their mind blown when I was next in line wanting the same… Come on people… Isn’t coffee your business???

I frequent this place at least once a week I’m a gold card member and will be here all week since the are having their ½ off fraps !! They are friendly baristas. I think they are fast for being such a busy store I prefer my order be right than rushed!

Don’t let some of the reviews fool you: the baristas here are a delight. I drive here, although Broadway is closer, specifically for the service. Chelsea is a delight.

As far as Starbucks go, this one needs some improving. We stop here occasionally on the way to and from Tahoe, but today was the last time. The service was very cheerful but my skinny mocha was watery and burnt. I get one everyday at Starbucks in Sacramento and/​or Tahoe and this was the worst ever. I also saw the server drop someone’s scone on the counter and I thought she was picking it up to throw away, but instead she put it in a bag and walked back to the register and handed it to the customer. There appears to be a huge lack of training at this location.

It’s open much later than the other Starbucks around me. They have a drive-​thru! Awesome! The service is pretty fast and the beverages are consistent. The staff are always friendly and cheerful (they actually enjoy working!). I often take the dog for a car ride and we grab a frap. He gets the whipped cream. Win-​win!

Horrible service. It was 95 degrees and it took 8 minutes after I ordered and the order was wrong! Took a few minutes to get someone’s attention. Then he said it was coming but it was the guy behind me order. Then I asked how much longer they responded another 5 minutes or a refund. So I take one of the drinks (the one they got right) and waited in line for a refund, after five minutes I just walked out without a drink or refund. Bad, really bad! Go to the Safeway, they are better!

If only the service at every Starbucks were as cookie cutter as the menu. I stopped in here on the way to Tahoe and it was a weekday morning. There was no line and your usual spattering of folks sitting around casually surfing the internet or reading the paper. So it came as a surprise to me that the «barista» at the counter a full five minutes to finish whatever it was she went in back to do before taking my order. It came as another surprise that she had to step away to take care of some baked goods and get a lid for some lady who had been sitting since before I got there — all before I was able to pay. In all, it took a good ten+ minutes between walking up to the counter and getting my drink — and that’s with no customers ahead of me.
The wait was partially balanced out by the super cheerful employees. Nevertheless, part of the appeal of Starbucks is speed and that’s the opposite of what I found here.

Never been inside but have been here a lot. Two words: Drive Thru. Service is good and relatively quick. The baristas and cashiers at the drive thru are friendly. It is located close to fwy and shopping. Worth a drive thru.
