Don’t do it. This pharmacy is absolutely the WORST pharmacy I’ve ever been too. The staff are so rude and are disrespectful to their customers. I’ve witnessed an elderly couple that was spoken too like they are stupid and couldn’t understand English. (They spoke English very clearly) I couldn’t believe how they were treated, it blew my mind. I tried to give them another chance months later and then I was treated very poorly. I will not return to this pharmacy again. They treat people that keep them employed like shit. There are other places in the area that will treat you with respect. Don’t give these people the time of day. And DRIVE THROUGH IS always a 20 — 30 minutes wait even though they have 6 people running around purposely not looking at the window. Very disappointed we have places like this in our town.

Pharmacy randomly closes completely down for lunch on weekends, but failed to mention this to a brand new customer who just transferred an RX to them when I called to verify that my RX was ready and specifically told them that i was verifying because I was driving a long way into town to pick it up — you would think this would trigger the common sense to alert me to their closing for lunch where they literally lock up the pharmacy and don’t allow you to pick up RX’s that are ready. NOPE, wasted an hour and half of my time. Won’t be back — transferring my RX’s to a better pharmacy.
At least the store staff was nice

What a horrible pharmacy! I’ve never been treated so rudely before. The staff is rude, uncaring and sould not be allowed to serve the public. I’ll never come back to this rotten store!

I am in shock that this pharmacy is even still in business. I have never had as many problems at any other pharmacy as I have had at this one! The truth is that the Pharmacists are pretty great but, the Pharmacy Techs are not only incompetent but also incredibly rude. I have tried to give this pharmacy several chances because everybody has bad days but because my bad experiences seem to be the rule instead of the exception, I have changed pharmacies!

This review is for the pharmacy. I like the store and the clerks are nice and helpful.
However, THE PHARMACY SUCKS!!! I called my refill in on Monday. I received a call that it was ready on Wednesday. I arrive on Friday, completely out of medicine by now, and I’m told the Rx isn’t ready yet., wait about a half hour. After 45 min. I went to check on my Rx and was told they were out of my medicine! No apology, nothing! Then they said they would call around to see who else carried it. After another 15 min. they still hadn’t begun calling. I had to find my own pharmacy and move the prescription. When you live 45 min. from town, this is equally frustrating.
It seems to me, when a pharmacist doesn’t show integrity in the work you see, how can you trust him with something as important as your medicine.
PLEASE. Don’t give this pharmacy your business. They don’t care about you or your time.

I have to say that much has changed since my last review. Store staff is still great, yet the pharmacy has become pretty bad. Everyone is automatically told refills will be two hours. Come back the next day, & still not ready & told «two hours»! Obviously not enough staff to handle the load.

Pharmacy is terrible! Even if no one is in line inside or in the drive through window, the service is unbelievably slow. I waited in the drive up window line for TWENTY minutes, and noticed the cars in front of me were leaving without getting their prescriptions. I get to the window and when I am finally helped, my prescription, which should have been ready two hours prior, was still not ready. Twice they say they have not received prescriptions that my Dr. called in, and she had to call them in again, and she said she has never had that problem before. This Walgreens really needs to step up their game and get it together.

LOUSY store… LOUSY PHARMACY !!!
Why is it SO hard for pharmacy techs /​employees to do their job? This is the second time I’ve had a RX for medication that requires syringes. BOTH times now, they have failed to make sure I have the syringes. I know, they are a separate item, I get that— but WHY would you fill a brand new RX and not make sure the patient has the proper items needed… they tried to tell me that they did not get the RX for the syringes, which was a bold face lie. The medication AND the syringes were on the SAME RX pad. So done with them. Don’t waste your time going there.

I saw that Walgreens is FINALLY open. It’s like any other drugstore I’ve ever been in, but what is different is their fondness for «As Seen on TV» items. I didn’t really want to buy anything, but felt that I had to. My son and I were the only ones in there at 10:00 AM in the morning and all the clerks were watching us. My son grabbed a pedi egg (hes almost 3) and although I didn’t really ever want one, I bought it.
What I really liked about this trip to Walgreens was the sign across the street I saw while I was paying for my things. The sign said. «Panda Express Coming soon» P’ville, we are going to have more fast food options, besides Subway, McDonalds and Jack in the Box.
