My toddler LOVES this story. I like it too, lots of fun things at reasonable prices. Did you know they will refill deflated Mylar balloons for just a couple bucks? Seriously, that huge $ 20 princess Sofia balloon can be refilled, no need to buy a new one.

99 cent greeting cards are perfect for that one person who you are not sure if they keep, or throw away, cards. I buy a lot of birthday and wedding cards here. Especially weddings. I already gave you a chunk of money, and now you want a nice card too?
Party City has the party basics: plastic tablecloths and dinnerware, garlands and streamers, candy for goodie bags, and a lot of balloons — some are the size of Macy’s parade floats.
The ballons are awesome, but it’s a pain in the rear when you want to buy one card, and you’re waiting behind someone who’s purchasing enough balloons to stair in Disney’s «Up» sequel.
