Went in today for acrylic removal and tech cracked off real nail; drew blood and didn’t really seem to care.
After my daughter yelled OUCH she kept going clipping away.
Go someplace else Buffed or Le’s Nails.

Wish I had Unilocaled first. Went in on a Tuesday when they supposedly had a special. Should have known better since they were empty. My cheap set is the most horrible experience I’ve ever had with a full set. And somehow not only did my hands wind up gouged but so did my pocket book. The tech cut my finger behind the nail and ignored my cry of pain and bleeding. 40 $ for a rush job that’s too thick. Uneven gel and lengths. I asked several times for basic issues to be fixed but it fell in deaf or uncaring ears. You’ve been warned. Stay away if you can. Enter at your own risk.

I told them the water was too hot. They had me put my feet in anyways and left me dripping in sweat and literally my shorts were soaked from sweat, for 45 min before giving me the pedicure. I said multiple times it was too hot and making me sweat. No joke, the lady at the desk looked at me and laughed
