I used to live this store, but lately it’s going downhill. They never have a variety of sizes any more in clothes and NEVER in shoes! The lines are typically long as well. Not the same as it used to be!

I had to go through 7 carts to find a child strap that wasn’t broken. Pretty pathetic.

What an awesome store. Seems like I always buy something that does not fit or I just don’t like it when I get it home… well that is no problem for them. They simply take it back, no fuss and then I finally get it right. ¾ of my closet is full of kohl’s products, including shoes. They are great!

I favor Kohl’s stores that aren’t in a shopping mall, or in the vicinity of one.
I last visited Kohl’s for a new pair of walking shoes. As it turns out, buying walking shoes on Black Friday is a bad idea. There’s nowhere to walk around, and you’re tired, and you’re trying to assess if something fits if you even find your size. Anyway, there was a great selection, and any shoe I liked, they had my size. The shoe area was also clean and organized, making finding the size I needed quick.
The entire store is clean and organized. If you like a loud, bustling, shopping environment, then you might not like this location. I always get confused thinking it’s near closing time, because it’s never very busy.
