I didn’t end up getting my phone repaired with Tony because of a last-minute change in plans, but I must say that he has great service. When I called him about my shattered phone, I told him that I was on campus, and he immediately sent an employee to go pick it up for repair(his friend called within ten minutes). I’m very impressed by the great customer service, and if I do need a repair, I will be sure to come here!

I recently went to this store on several occassions for assistance with my new phone set-up and to have my contacts transferred from my old phone. Mark was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He took care of me right away and did a great job! I was very happy with the service that received!

Place is terrible! Been there about 5 time from paying a bill to a new phone and always tell me I have to go to a corporate store. What do they do there anyway! Go to mercer mall store. Little but of a wait but extremely helpful there. Stay away from this store

Love this store! Tony Sethi is the owner and customer service is #1. Our family has 4 wireless phones and we have been customers for years. Personalized service, rarely a wait to get help, and the customer does come first. They are located in Plainsboro Town Center on Schalks Crossing Road, next to the Constitution Bank and near Its a Grind Coffee House. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Awful, sleazy place. Walked in there to try to get my phone, three people working behind the desk. One was busy with a customer. One was working repairing a cell phone and the other was on the computer. So, here we are, waiting and waiting. The owner walks in and advises the one repairing a phone to help the customer(me waiting), he replies«I’m almost done.» I was waiting for a good 15 minutes for him to be «almost done.» Long story short, they couldn’t help me, the employee was really awkward and was so desperate to make a sale, it was such a turn-off. While the salesmen was embarrassing himself trying to sell me a phone, the owner was being incredibly loud and obnoxious, bragging about his«success» to his employees. What an awful sleazy place. I went home and took a cold shower to feel like myself again. STAYAWAY!
