So thrilled I found this place. I’m eating healthy and losing weight. Prepared foods are great. Love the Cali-​Fried Rice. So glad they have samples out. That’s what gets me hooked on different products that I normally wouldn’t try.

Found this place while looking for some local shops that sells goods from «Vegan Divas». Was really hoping to score some vegan doughnuts. They carry a vegan chocolate mousse, from the vegan divas. A score but not a doughnut. :(
They stock a wide selection of gluten-​free goods. I was happy to see a number of dairy free items, only to have to turn away from buying them to see that they had egg in them. This place would be outstanding if I was going gluten free but wasn’t the hidden gem of vegan items I was hoping for.
Place is well stocked, staff very friendly. Of your going «paleo» or just looking to stay gluten free you might wanna check them out.

Great Store & Really friendly staff.
I shopped here today on recomendation of a friend. I am Gluten Free and when I walked in I was helped immediately and was shown all of the Gluten Free foods they had. She even had some samples out for tasting. The prices were pretty good too. I will absolutely be back.
They even have a frequent shopper card. Every time you shop they punch your card so you get discounts.
The shop is not that large but what they have enough essentials to make it a go to place.

Best gluten free and low calorie selection of items. They have a tasting table open daily. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. A must go to place.

If your on a diet you should come here. The have a perfect balance of delicious and healthy food. They also have great vegetarian meals and snacks. My personal favorite is the potato pancakes. And something I love is that the people who work there are very honest and kind, they will also let you try what ever you like.
