Food here is quality. Great take out and a small clean eat in if you require it. Delivery is within 15 minutes really doesn’t matter what time or the size of the order, Standard Chinese take out items offered.

This has been my family’s go-​to Chinese restaurant for about 10 years now, we’ve even moved away and come back for it because it’s Better than anything where we are now. We all have different tastes in my house and they cover everyone, my brother gets their pork buns and chicken noodle soup, my mom gets the ribs and egg foo yung, and I usually either get general tso chicken, hunan chicken, shrimp lo mein; in fact I’ve probably tried half the menu at this point, and I have yet to find something that isn’t a quality dish!

This is a typical Chinese take out place. 2 tables, but he bulk of their business is take out an delivery.
Ordered the Kung Pao chicken. It came out in about 15 minutes. The Kung Pao chicken, rice and Egg Roll all appeared to be fresh cooked.

Someone on here mentioned that their sesame chicken was too die for, so I ordered from them for the first time the other day and gave that dish a try. THAT PERSON WAS SO RIGHT! I ordered that with pork fried rice and an egg roll — all of which was delicious! Delivery was quick. I will be sure to order from here again soon!

General Tso’s chicken was decent. Lo mein was pretty good. My friend enjoyed the egg rolls. The only problem was the oil was not hot enough when they friend the egg roll, so it was super greasy. Not the cleanest establishment.

I love King Wok. I’ve been going here for years. Everything is great! The owner and her workers are really nice. Although it is more of a take out, you can sit there (not a big sit down place).

Tried king wok based on prior Unilocal reviews. Sorry to say that I do not agree with the majority. Egg drop soup was not good & the vegetable tofu soup wasn’t either. We ordered to chicken in garlic sauce, four Seasons & steamed chicken & Chinese vegetables. All the food is extremely bland & tasteless. Big disappointment. Don’t think I’ll be going back.

Probably the best Chinese food I’ve ever had delivery from! I’ve lived in Queens, Manhattan, and now Nassau and this was the best I can remember. I ordered for a group of four and we got the egg fo yung (?), chicken w/​garlic, beef w/​peppers/​onions, chicken lo mein, and General Tao’s chicken. Food was plentiful and not greasy at all! Everything tasted fresh. I’ll definitely be ordering from here again.

Regular type of Chinese takeout spot. Inexpensive lunch combos. Sesame chicken, sautéed broccoli and wonton soup was good. A bit better than some of the others in the area. Only two tables to eat at but that’s why they call it takeout.

Hidden gem? Last night was my first order from here and first impression was very good. Interesting menu with some old time Chinese dishes and the more modern Chef’s specialties. Butterfly shrimp with bacon? Haven’t seen that locally for years. It was a tasty stroll down memory lane. Vegetarian choices were crisp and fresh. Service from phone call to pick up was smooth and friendly. I’ll be back.

I have been going to this place for years. Overall the food is very good and consistent time after time. They always have my food ready to go in less than 15 minutes. We typically order the chicken and broccoli, lo mein, egg drop and a shrimp dish. All very good and I always eat too much! My only negative is there beef dishes. For some reason the meat they get is not great. We also like their egg rolls and fried rice.

Solid Chinese takeout place. The portions here are very generous. King Wok is one of the better Chinese places around the Plainview/​Hicksville area. I ordered vegetable egg foo young combo with vegetable fried rice and it’s pretty darn good. The fried rice is the best I’ve had in awhile. As the other poster stated, the portions are pretty generous.

Mostly a take out place. They have the standard formica tables just in case you want to eat in, not too inviting. Been trying various dishes for take out– portions are HUGE, prices reasonable. They have a «diet menu» with steamed vegetables. I’ve tried the shrimp with mixed vegetables, very good. Got nine fairly large shrimp and a nice selection of vegetables. They include sauce of your choice on the side, I usually take the brown. Have also tried their General Tso’s white meat chicken. It is excellent! Usually we have enough for two very generous portions. Of all the chinese places in the area, this is my current favorite. I’d recommend giving it a try.
