Great alternative to the froyo disco joints in the area. Lots of flavors to go around, but I always come back to good ol’ cookie dough. The only reason I ever skip Ralph’s is because the parking is tough and the line is insane, but on a hot summer night, it’s worth the wait.

I like ralph’s but the last two times ive been here the ices don’t taste… as good as they should. it may be because it just got to be warmer out but the ices kind of tasted… well old-​ish. They weren’t BAD but they weren’t as good as during mid summer. The location is convenient. The parking lot gets really busy during the summer. There soft serve has a really good texture! The ralphaccinos are good if they dont over do the milk. My favorite flavor is the spumoni or the rocky road!

I really love this location. The staff is always quick and very helpful. There ices are amazing and they have really nice shakes as well. My favorite is the campfire shake. The parking lot is small but I haven’t really had any trouble finding a spot. Great service and great products.

Ralph’s has surprisingly good soft serve ice cream in addition to their tasty Italian Ices. The main reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is that their parking lot is SO SMALL and ridiculously tight. The CAP center shares the parking lot and makes it even harder to find a spot on a show night.

Best ice in the world. I live Ralph’s it’s So good. There are so many flavors it’s hard for me to Choose sometimes. Love this place good staff and great ices.

I waited and waited on line while one of the two girls on duty sat and texted on her phone. Only when she was done texting, did she decide to come over and serve me. I said, «Are you sure you’re done texting?». No response. Where are the adults and the managers for this location? This incident took place on Saturday, July 7, 2012 at 11:00 p.m.

Although Ralph’s product is really amazing as far as taste goes, it should be known that they (the Plainview location) do not accept coupons, even when it clearly says that the Plainview location accepts them.

Ralph’s in plainview! It feels just like yesterday they opened this up, but I realize it’s been quite a few years now. Because they’re still fairly new, their prices are a bit higher. Their small is a 2.99 (in Syosset it is $ 2.75) But it’s closeby and the people are amiable.
FYI — Parking lot is small and tight
