Today, I went for lunch buffet with my wife. Service was good. Cannot believe it, owner’s wife informs Naans will be served on your table. It was Butter Nan. Fresh & soft. So many sweet deserts! Menu was good for Veg like us as well as for non-veg people. This is the first time I saw a usage of Copper Water Jug in restaurant. I heard that it is good for health). Small copper Outside & Steel inside containers were cute for deserts as well as all curries. Thanks. We both enjoyed. Looks like this new management is bringing many good changes. We will go again.

Never eaten in, but to-go is always perfect. 10 – 15 min wait for your order. Call ahead good idea. Get rice and buttered naan! Favorite Indian spot within a few miles of my home. New owners seem very nice.

We went for a dinner buffet. The food is stale and cold. Most of the items are not refilled on time. Our stomach was upset next day. You can imagine the quality of the food. For $ 12.99 you will get better and quality buffets in plano

This place is very good and the people are very friendly here. I am not an Indian food connoisseur and I just get chicken tiki masala but that’s a pretty popular dish so I think if you can get that right the rest of the food is probably just as good. I’ve tried the vegetable crispy things here too, don’t remember the name but they are an appetizer and they are good.

I had a great vegetable kebab with raita here the other day. I’m still drooling thinking about it. It looks like they have snacks and sweets available. I was recommended the mysore baji so I tried that as well. They had a buffet going on and it got packed towards the end. Giving the extra star for the kebab.

We ordered food from there. Food was barely enough. Naan ran out half way. One of the sabji was stale. It was not ready on time. Even with the late pickup not everything was provided in one trip. Will never go back to this place again.

I think this place was unjustly rated previously. They have a wide variety in their menu. Frankly, their masala rice is absolutely delicious and the restaurant is super clean. My son(who has autism) had a fantastic service. The food is really hot generally — so this is not a place for the weak. So warning before you order the(luscious) But oh so spicy tikka chicken kabob. It comes to the table cooking on a hot plate– unbelievably hot– and very good. I think this is much hotter than spice rack — which is also good — but cleaner and much hotter food. Service was fantastic the night I came — we enjoyed out visit! Thank you

Prepare to wait forever. we went today and waited for 20 mins for so. some dosas. When we checked with one of the waitresses, we were told that it is getting late as the kitchen is busy for the buffet. After 5 more minutes, when I went up to the counter to check, I was told that there was a printer problem in the kitchen(?) and it would take 10 more minutes. .wonder whose version was true. had to leave without lunch

Great place to eat, friendly staff, the food is great, good music, they have buffet also in evenings. Recommend to anyone who wants to eat really good Indian food. With great price and a big variety.

We had a horrible dinning experience and it was our first visit. The food was cold and served almost 30 minutes after we ordered and the restaurant was not even busy. People at the restaurant spend more time speaking to each other and organizing their stuff versus being attentive to their paying customers. No sense of customer service at all!!! Typical low quality South Indian Food and service sucked. We are very unhappy from our first visit. We will never go back again to this place.

Food is good, not sure what’s the deal with bad reviews but I have eaten twice here in last two weeks and have been happy with the taste. I had Buffett once and To go second time. Buffett comparatively have fewer items but quality when I eat there was far better than other places. Even to go was good, I do agree that one item was little on salty side not overly salty. They sell Indian sweets and have quite few options, prices cheaper than Royal sweets. They have snacks available through out the day.

I had their lunch buffet and thought everything was really well done. I see a lot of lousy reviews from this past summer and it seems like they’ve tried really hard to improve what they’re doing. For example, the Naan was fresh from the oven, perfectly soft & chewy and the butter chicken was great, too. I highly recommend the buffet(which they serve until 3p). It had a lot of options and the buffet is a great way to «get into» Indian food since you can see everything and try small portions to find out what you like.

**Horrible EAT24 Experience with this restaurant** This is a shame because the food is pretty good and the menu is very diverse. I want to try more dishes, but not with this kind of service. The first time I ordered delivery from this place, the delivery man asked if he could COMEINMYHOUSE to meet my dogs? I did not appreciate this as a young lady at home alone. The next time I ordered, I paid for delivery ahead of time via Eat24 and was suprised when the restaurant called me and told me to pick it up. I told them NO, I expect delivery because I paid for it to be delivered. I was on the phone three times with two different people who couldn’t understand English very well before our food finally showed up late and cold.

I did not enjoy the food from Annapurna on my visit. This place is located in the center with the Kroger. It appears to be brand new and as such, was clean. Similar in fashion to pretty much all Indian restaurants in the area, the ambiance leaves much to be desired but they’d at least taken a stab at it, which is more than I can say for some places. They had a few flat screen TVs playing some Indian TV or movie content. I always order butter chicken masala wherever I go. Unfortunately I found this dish to be near inedible at this place. Perhaps they’d forgotten to add salt and accidentally added sugar because it was terribly and uncharacteristically sweet. I was able to make the chicken edible by adding a little salt and pepper(condiments that I typically never use at an Indian restaurant) but I was quite unhappy with the flavor. The naan was standard. Another reviewer had mentioned that their naan was hard. Mine wasn’t hard but it wasn’t super soft either… the edges were soft but the middle was a little hard. Average quality, no complaints there. Didn’t really bother eating much of it since I had no sauce worth dipping it into. I’ll let them have 2 stars since it was clean and the naan was edible. Typically I’ll go with a single star if I don’t actually end up eating the food I got. Prices probably need to drop a buck or two each item, considering the overall quality. You’ll get better food at Masala Wok for less, with a better atmosphere. The place was completely empty when I came in, and I understand why.

I’m being honest in writing this review, we(a group) of 4 been to this restaurant for Dinner on July 04 weekend, staff were really user friendly, the food we ordered was such a bizarre. Appatizers were over spicy and entry food is utter tastless. I am from India, and I know how the food tastes. The butter NaaN, we ordered were really dry and are hard. The chapati we ordered were not burned properly,(we returned back) every feedback I gave to the staff, I get«sorry sir for the inconvenience». The fish we ordered has more salt. I personally think, a chef who can’t make chapati or Naan has no right to be in restaurants business. this is the basic food which most of indian crowd eat in common. Unfortunately, the time has come, they did charge me for everything(includung returned chapt) we ordered. WoW. But we paid for it too. What a night. I would never, ever refer any friends//family to this place. Good luck to the owner.

I had a chicken dish, believe it was butter chicken. I thought it was excellent and I can’t wait to try more food. Only thing holding back on more stars is their bread(non or however you spell it) and their Papa Don were both wrong. The bread was a rolled up tortilla and Papa Don was a potato chip not Papa Don which I’ve had many many times. I visited the restaurant after only being open four days and they were still working on the kitchen. I will try it again. I would recommend trying this restaurant and their food. It was well-balanced with the price. It is worth trying.
