Really like the different options here! I got a lychee storm with mango jellies and we also tried the mango mango with lychee jellies(we like mango and lychee if you couldn’t tell). Super good and they’re larger than most of the other places we’ve been!

The Red Galaxy is probably the best fruity tea I’ve ever had. It is their premium tea with strawberries, lychee jelly, and basil seeds. I also added their boba for an extra $ 0.39. I’m so glad I added the boba because it was just the right texture — not too chewy, but not too hard either. The boba also had a sweet taste to it — I couldn’t taste the honey, but it was clear that Bobaland took the time to make their boba excellent. The drink itself was also perfect. I love the combination of basil seeds and lychee jelly. It complemented the tea perfectly and I enjoyed having different textures of toppings in my tea. Overall, it was a very refreshing drink and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a cold fruity bubble tea. I can’t speak much about their other drinks but if I went back, I would get the Red Galaxy again. The place was very crowded on a Sunday afternoon, but don’t let the crowd deter you. They have really quick service and got my drink to me quickly.

Their jasmine milk tea is nice and light tasting. The hint of the jasmine aftertaste makes for a refreshing after-meal drink. The boba is soft and chewy, boiled to the right consistency. Will definitely be back to try the other menu items!

I have been to many bubble tea places, and this one is by far the best. They have the best variety of add ins: tapioca, jellies, popping boba, basil seeds, aloe vera, fresh fruit bits. They use real, fresh fruit in their smoothies and have a huge variety of choices for both smoothies and teas. Their coffee is great too. Very good atmosphere and great customer service.

I like I got diabetes… I came in to get a milk tea with boba on Saturday and this placed was PACKED. Despite the long line, it moved pretty fast and I got my tea at a reasonable time, my problem was that I had ordered half sweet but the moment I took a sip, I could feel my teeth rotting away! I ALWAYS order half sweet everywhere I go and I’ve never had a drink like this. I wanted to put water in it just to dilute it down and honestly idk how it taste because all I got was sugar. The bobas were good and chewy and not overcooked but the tea was like sugar water. Idk if they actually gave me half sweet or not but if this is what half sweet is, I can’t imagine what normal is.

Our favorite drink spot. Aside from the regular boba and fruit trees offerings, they have a few signature drinks/desserts like the Milky Way Galaxy which has flan in it. My wife’s favorite is the Sunkiss and I personally love the Mango Lassi. They have free wifi so there’s usually few people doing work/schoolwork in there. Conveniently located in the middle of many Asian restaurants, so makes a perfect after meal stop.

ahhhhh. 1. it is SOLOUD in here. seriously, with the people yelling, blenders going, music blaring. it is too much in here. i wish i had one of those decibel things to tell you. this is a terrible place to do quiet working. it’s monday afternoon, and it’s super loud. 2. it is kind of dirty. the walls are speckled with dirty drink leftovers and there’s trash everywhere on the floor. 3. it is SUPER warm in here. i run cold. like i wear fuzzy slippers when it’s 78 in my house. it’s HOT in here. 4. the drinks have no descriptions– very inefficient, and they dont have the largest assortment. i mean they dont’ even have my favorite– almond milk tea. 5. i got a thai iced tea… i only drank half, maybe less as the ice is quickly melting b/c of the heat. it is TOOSWEET. soooooo sweet. 6. internet here is good though– pretty fast. 7. credit cards only accepted after $ 8. ughhhhhhhhhhh.

Depends on what you’re looking for… This place does have unique drinks. This place is more of a dessert drink place and less of a tea place. It reminds me more of a version of the nearby Vietnamese place, Bambu. Their boba consistency is very good though. As for tea, not impressed. They are definitely on the sweet side. Don’t get their coffee drinks. Other places are far superior.

This is my first time coming to this boba shop, after management has changed for the umpteenth time in my years in the Plano/Allen area. Everything about this boba shop is average to me, from the interior design to the limited selection of the menu. I chose a staple Thai tea as my first drink here, to compare to other shops that I’ve been to, and I must say, the drink was quite underwhelming. There was way too much sugar for my tastes, and felt unbalanced and powdery. I couldn’t finish it. I would give this a two-star review if it weren’t for the nice service. I’m all for second chances, so I might try this place again in the future(and a different drink for sure), but for now, I have to say that I am unimpressed.

I wish bobaland had some descriptions of their drinks, I mean its hard to guess what is in a Red Galaxy, or a Milky Way. I guess the owner likes astronomy or something lol. I had no idea what was in half of them and spent some time at the counter asking what was in each one. I kind of felt bad because there was a line of maybe 3 or 4 people behind me. I can see why this place is popular, they have some colorful delicious drinks, very different from most bubble tea offerings. I ordered my drinks asking for«half sugar» but even then, they were still pretty sweet. I had a milk tea with flan pudding, and also ordered an Avocado Smoothie. Honestly I prefer the Avocado smoothie at Boba Latte, and the milk tea was good but the flan wasn’t a great consistency. Next time I will definitely try the Jasmine milk tea, I just don’t think the black tea mixture tasted great for me. I am glad that are finally a few choices for boba tea in Plano, there are already quite a few in Richardson and Carrollton so I am glad Plano is getting them now too. This place has a lot of reviews, and I don’t know that I like it enough to give it a solid 4 stars but it definitely isn’t bad enough to be 3 stars.

Bobaland has great boba! The boba texture has been consistently good every one of the 20+ times I’ve come here. My go to drink is the Jasmine tea with sea cream, half sweet. The Red Galaxy is also good, when I’m in the mood for a fruity drink. Definitely one of the better boba places in the area. I think the only reason why I’m not super crazy about this place is that their tea flavor combinations aren’t stellar. They have a lot of smoothie and fancy drinks, but their more simple tea + milk + flavor options are pretty standard.

I dont come to Bobaland a lot because I’m trying to avoid sugary drinks for my diet. However, this place always amazed me every time I visit. My favorites are the Jasmine Tea with Salt Cream and Jasmine Milk Tea. The Jasmine Tea with Salt Cream is phenomenal and cant be found in any other boba shops in Dallas. I personally really like salty flavor drinks so this is perfect for my taste. The cream is freshly made so the drink takes a little longer to make but its worth the wait! Jasmine milk tea is always my go-to in any boba place and bobaland’s milk tea is very consistent. I also really like their mango smoothie but I found out that I’m allergic to mango so I stop getting it. My boyfriend loves their smoothies and especially the mango one. Loving coming here to get my tea and milk tea fix.

This is my favorite boba place hands down and I wish it was closer to UTD(take all ma money!!) They have unique drinks like the red galaxy and rising phoenix which I tend to get more often. They’re pretty and delicious! Their boba itself is also pretty decent. Its sweet and is not over cooked.

After cramming a metric fuck ton of Sichuan food down my gullet, my friends and I decided to walk the half block or so inside the parking lot and get us some boba. Though I like to consider myself well traveled, I have never had boba tea before, because I guess I’m some sort of boorish American or something. The guy working the cash register was very helpful with all of us. The pictures of the specialty drinks on the wall were very convenient for a boba n00b like myself as well. He then took our orders of 3 separate boba teas, we took our seats in this surprisingly quaint, calm, and comfortable storefront, and then got our drinks in maybe 5 minutes, if that. The drinks were great, the surroundings were comfortable, and everything was pretty cheap. All in all, a pretty good first dip into the world of boba.

Not a bad location! This is right next to the Asian Super World Market, so there will always be a lot of cars. I liked everything about this place except that it was freezing outside and whenever someone opened the door, you would feel a breeze. The boba however, was good. I would rate this as one of the higher boba places because of the location and also they didn’t make the drinks too sweet. It was just the right amount of flavor. Of course, I got the jasmine milk tea with pearls and that is the stable to all of the boba shops. If they can’t do the basics right, they won’t do the rest right. I’ll definitely be back. They take cash and card, so we’re set on that!

This is a great boba place. I went here after dimsum next door. I love how they offer their own creations on the boba drinks, its not just your average boba place. I ordered the Milky Way Galaxy. Its a milk tea drink with caramel, flan, and boba, topped with whipped cream. I asked them not to make it too sweet and it turned out perfect. Each sip I got great flavors of chunks of flan and boba. The milk tea base was perfect because it does not overpower the caramel and flan flavors. They also sell popcorn chicken. Not just your regular popcorn chicken but it is flavored with fried basil and asian spices. They also give you an option on the spicy level at 0 – 10. 0 being not spicy and 10 extremely spicy. I asked for the 1 level and it was pretty spicy for me. It was about a little spicier than mild, so I can’t imagine what a 10 level would be! This is a great snack reminds me of the boba places in California. Most boba places around here don’t offer too many snacks. I would definitely order this again and it was only $ 4.

Bobaland is probably my favorite boba place. Their drinks are just absolutely phenomenal. The long lines clearly show that. I went around 2 on New Years, and there 10+ people in line Favorite drinks 1. Thai tea — this is my absolute favorite Thai tea ever. I love that they make theirs super rich and thick. No other boba place makes it like this. 2. Green tea frappé — I’ve been to bobaland numerous times and I finally decided to try a new drink. I was worried I wouldn’t like it as much as the Thai tea, but it was still phenomenal. 3. Taro taro smoothie — this actually tasted like real taro and not powder. 4. House special coffee — this is my boyfriends favorite. It tastes like café sua da(Vietnamese coffee) Every time I come home, I always look forward to coming here. My boyfriend stumbled upon this place a year or two ago, and I’ve since introduced my brother and cousins here. We’re all regulars now. This is how great their drinks are.

Hey bobaland, it’s been a while! I came here on a stop to meet someone and of course needed to fulfil my boba fix. I got the their Thai tea with boba and requested it to be semi sweet. The cashier clearly knew what was going on because he right away told me he would put less tea and more milk, because the tea was what sweetened the drink so much. Nevertheless it was still quite sweet, but I guess it could’ve been sweeter! The boba was alright this time. It varies I suppose! Tip: $ 8 minimum on the credit card so prepare your cash or its drinks on you! They’ve got hot boba milk tea here… Hop on it!

Ambiance: very nicely decorated chill coffee shop vibe. I could see myself getting work done here. Menu: interesting but not extensive Order: milk tea no sweet with flan(which I don’t think is real flan but I could be wrong) and boba Verdict: May it was ok. My sister got the light sweet I tried it and thought it was too sweet. She liked it. Will go here if I’m tagging along with people but not good enough for me to crave it or anything.

Bobaland is not your typical boba place. They don’t have a list of different flavors for slushes, milk tea, smoothies, etc. Of course they have the staples of a boba place — milk tea, jasmine milk tea, Thai tea… but they have their own concoctions of different drinks and even if it sounds weird — don’t worry, it works. At first, their menu seems relatively small when compared to other boba places but trust me, it’s enough. For all their peculiar sounding drinks — they have a wall with the pictures of the drinks with a description underneath. I’m a huge fan of the rising Phoenix which is coconut milk with fruits, little tapioca balls of heaven and… some other stuff I can’t remember(probably crack because it’s so addicting). The Milky Way galaxy is also delicious although I’m sure it’s loaded with calories. Milk tea, caramel, flan, and boba? Yum!!!
