Chicken Express

I had to return food for the third time in two months. Overcooked, wrong food or old food… there will not be a fourth time. This place used to be pretty good now they just don’t give a crap it seems.

Pretty much addicted to this place.
If we get really fat this year, it’s probably because we get this at least once a week. It’s a bad habit to break.
Chicken is so good. I alway ask for dark meat because I don’t really like how some of the white meat is a not as juicy as the dark. But that’s just our family.
The cheese fries here are melting and kind of taste like chicken, interesting spin.
Fried pickles are good, the corn fritters are good. There is not to much on this menu my family does not love.
Don’t forget to get a gallon of sweet tea to take home.
My only complaint is not really Chicken Express’s fault. I really get tired of the people who order all the chicken right before I pull up and I have to wait a little bit while they make some more. But hey, I am sure Chicken Express does not mind you buying all their chicken. So, sometimes the wait can be longer than you expect if some greedy person before you pulls up and orders for like 3 families. Just not nice, but they have to eat too, I guess! (sarcasm people, just humor).

Ive always been a fan of CE. This particular location always has excellent service.
Chicken strips are crispy, the tea is a legend on its own, and I love their jalapeño poppers. Make sure to get the Serendipity seasoning. It makes the food spicy.

The first time in 5 years that I decided to eat here again, ate my food, and then discovered there was a dried booger on the back of the receipt that was taped to my food container.
Disgusting that someone working in food industry would pick their nose and then wipe it on a customer’s receipt. Never coming here, again. So gross. I feel disgusted that I ate the food! Makes me wonder if this was the same person who put my food together. Ugh

Great addition to the neighborhood. Service and quality are great. My really love Chicken Express because their employees seem to always be so friendly and so above and beyond. Which is not really something you expect or see often at a fast food joint, so it is much appreciated. I recommend! I usually only get the strips with a side of Mac and cheese. Their sweet tea is the best ever! Also, try the corn nuggets… soooo tasty!

Great Chicken Express! Their customer service is what keeps bringing me back! Always overly nice and give huge portions! The place is very clean and they have quick service! Doesn’t hurt that it is right around the corner… Definitely will be back!

Very friendly staff. Generous portions and they always give you an extra piece of chicken. There is one employee that works in the drive thru has a very nice voice and is always friendly whenever I go there. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this Chicken Express!

Awesome place and the service is incredible! Felix is amazing and always has a smile, makes eye contact, and makes you feel wanted as a customer. Kudos. y’all rock!

Second visit in 2 months again with a coupon. $ 4.99 for a combo #1 is a very good coupon bargain. Very generous and they added an extra piece of chicken or two but don’t tell anybody. And the corn nuggets taste very very good. Very popular with the dine in and drive through crowd on a Saturday December 2014. I posted a photo of the #1 combo. Nice touch when they deliver your food to the table for you. And they provide a very large drink cup.

Great customer service, generously priced portions and very accomodating «can do» attitude. Yes, you do get a little more food than you paid for.
I’m not big on fried chicken, but when I am, I’ll definitely consider rolling up here. It’s close to the crib anyway. :)

Fantastic experience just in the drive thru! Waited a few extra min for our wings and the guy (I think a mngr, wish I had his name) brought it out and had put several sauces in there w/​o me even asking. I had forgotten to order some so this was very helpful. Then he got me a refill on my drink and told me to try the honey mustard w/​the hot wings. Thanks for the tip!
I could tell he really cared about customers experience and people in general. He left with a ‘have a bless day’. I felt like I was in a small country town where people matter. :)

Have visited this establishment twice now since the recent Opening of this new location. My spouse spoke with the Manager on our first visit and by listening in I was able to gain an insight into his strong Servant spirit — simply meaning a desire to Under-​Promise and Over-​Achieve. Today I went through their drive-​through and used a coupon and saved a couple of bucks. Even though that was the case, they put in more chicken strips than my order promised. They were friendly and courteous. Last time two in our group wanted Chicken Livers (I like them about once a year and this was my time). They served us way more than we expected and our conversation with them revealed they enjoy frying those up for customers. Again, their attitude towards Serving the customer shone through. Reasonably priced and willing to go the step beyond.

Great service day and night, great food. I love the drumsticks and corn nuggets! Not too expensive either! So glad they built one so close to me! I’d eat here over kfc anyday!
