Cold Stone Creamery

I love me some cold stone! The service was great and super fast. Ever time I get the same thing which is sweet cream rainbow sprinkles and strawberries. You can never go wrong with that. My boyfriend tried the funnel cake one and I really enjoyed that one as well!

We really enjoyed our visit to Coldstone on Friday night. This shop is located in the shops of legacy. I ordered the birthday cake remix with extra cookie dough instead of sprinkles. That was the best decision I made that day. They definitely did not skimp on the toppings and I loved the large chunks of brownies and cookie dough.
The employees were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we felt valued as customers. While parking is a little difficult in this area, I would definitely come back again if we are ever in the area again.

The mango flavor was very good. Bright yellow and creamy. I just got a small cup. Simple, but delicious! The only thing I was not excited about was the long line. But once I got my turn, the server was very nice and courteous.

Terrible service we walked in and wasn’t greeted in fact all three employees decided that the conversation they were having amongst themselves was more important – we will not be returning! I would rather go eat gelato! There was no one else when we walked in just three employees behind the counter not even acknowledging us.

The slightly larger portions are not worth it! The employees are rude and the lady there looked like she just woke up and her hair was everywhere! They didn’t have any waffle cones or bowls and reading the prior reviews here I guess I’m glad they didn’t. The place is also EXTREMELY dirty!

I went for ice cream. I got I cream!!! The wait is due to the add ins people request.

The young gentleman who helped me was very polite and the ice cream was great! Ask for Sep when you go!

I used to go all the time, but the place is very dirty. Even some of the employees look like they haven’t washed their clothes in months. Health inspectors?

Personally, I feel that all of these reviews are a little too critical for an ice cream shop. I have been here many times, and I have never had a problem. The ice cream always tastes great, and the employees are friendly each time. Sometimes there are napkins on the floor, etc., but there are always big groups of kids in there that leave their trash lying around, even though there are multiple trash cans. Being constantly dirty is an issue, but I understand that they are too busy or understaffed to keep it completely clean 100% of the time. I will definitely keep going back for the great ice cream!

Have to say their their ice cream is great but the people who work behind the counters and the waffle cones have to go! Very stale cones and the older lady who attended me was very unprofessional. This place needs to go!

My wife has been craving Ice-​Cream a lot lately, and we have been visiting Cold Stone Creamery at this location for at least once a week now. First I was a little bit suspicious of this place due to all the bad reviews to be honest on Unilocal.But surprisingly it is not bad at all.
The only issue I would say we have is that the wait times are long because it takes forever to make one order of ice-​cream as there is significant prep-​time involved per order. But I do not thing that is the fault of this location per say, as I think it is their business model that delays the process.
I also think their portions are big. I ordered a small size, and it felt like I was eating a medium sized portion. This does vary though per the person behind the counter, but most of the times they are quite generous with their portions.
I would not brush off this place of your list of places to go, and we will definitely continue going there.

I went there for a date with my husband… We weren’t sure what to get so we asked the old lady could we please have a minute. She then gave us an attitude by rolled her eyes and sighed. 30 secs later, she stared us down with an attitude in her voice «are you ready.?» So my husband decided to get the sandwich ice cream with raspberry mix in it. I decided to play safe so I just got 2 scoop of mint chocolate ice cream. 5 mins later the old lady handed us our ice cream and we paid, she didn’t even say thank you or anything, broke her eyes contact and left to the back room. So we just hurry to get out of there be we can’t take it anymore. Come back outside then my husband realized there wasn’t any raspberry mix in his ice cream, it was just 2 cookies and half a scoop of plain vanilla ice cream. He was very disappointed but we couldn’t do anything so we just let it go.

Horrible! They are always out of flavor and never seem to care that they are. Been here a few times to give it a chance and I won’t make that mistake again. You get the feeling it is a small owner and not that many employees there. I would wait to see if they get bought out or get ice cream at Walmart and save you some trouble.

They doesn’t even deserve a star. This place just sucks all around. The people that work here are so rude. There were two EMPLOYEES all over each other making out while the should’ve been working. The owner an Indian man is so rude and they have NO manager at all, just the owner and his helper the (older woman) who by the way is also rude and extremely unprofessional. The employees are always giving out free ice cream to whoever they feel like it. I will never step foot in this place again. Disgusting!

To contradict the other people who are putting this place down the new staff is well trained and attentive. The staff is funny and polite some of the nicest boys I have ever meet. No only were they kind, they were fast with a sense of urgency but not to lack in quality. The store is extremely busy at all times of the day making is hard to keep clean. I can only imagine! Sometimes the huge quantity if people that come through the store make it impossible to keep clean. Hence all the comments about it being dirty. The new staff does a good job a keeping the store clean even after serving some of the sloppiest kids and adults.
You can’t expect a store that is busy at all hours that serves hundreds of sloppy kids and parents who could care less about cleaning up to look immaculate.
For paying the employes minimum wage the store is run very efficiently and kept clean.
Besides the fact the ice cream is amazing as always. Made in the store fresh often. The best thing about the store is you will always revive fresh ice cream. They have to replace it so often because they sell so much.
To sum up the review… THE STORE IS NOT THAT DIRTY!!! it’s absurd to slander this store online because the customers are terrible people with terrible kids. Next the staff is NICE. Amazing actually!!!
Maybe if you were not so mean and demanding you would get respect and good service. These kids are working extremely hard to serve demanding customers with a smile. They are the nicest people you will ever meet who will go out of their way to make your experience amazing IF you give them some respect too.
Last the ice cream is amazing. Stop making this store out to be some terrible place.

If you care about your health & well-​being DO NOT EAT HERE! This place doesn’t even deserve one star it’s so DISGUSTING! Just plain old filthy! The bathroom was so sickening that I didn’t feel comfortable ordering ice cream. If they don’t care for the bathroom, I can’t trust that they clean, sanitize the prep area.
BTW…I went the night before & the bathroom was a wreck (I left w/​o ordering) so I decided to go back today just to see if it was the time of day & the same exact filth was in the sink & on the floor. So this means they didn’t bother to clean after they closed last night. I took pics this time.
I just read a review from 22 days ago saying how gross this place is & that they saw ROACHES! This place should be shut down! If you like the crunch of cockroaches & a little unhealthy bacteria that probably growing on the counter… Enjoy!

The Unilocal program makes you use stars, but truly this deserves NO STARS. Filthy. The woman (owner/​manager) behind the counter had her work papers spread all over the ice cream mixing surface, including personal items like her purse and keys. The two young guys working there looked overwhelmed, disoriented, and were barely keeping up with the 3 – 4 customers in line. While I was waiting my turn, I saw something on the floor and realized it was a Texas-​sized cockroach. I quickly changed my mind and left.
It is a shame; this is an upscale shopping and dining area. If they would clean up, they could have a good business.

Nothing too new. The floors, tables, chairs, and bathroom were filthy. The service was decent. The ice cream great! The waffle cones, good until you got to the end where they became chewy? Weird.

I love Cold Stone, but sadly… this one is waaaaay different than any I’ve been to. The staff is rude, they haven’t a clue on how to mix the ice cream, the selection of cakes, cones, etc are always depleted. The parking sucks. It’s worth the drive to a farther location.

This location is 2 minutes from my house, I go often. Recently the service has gotten WAY better. I was so close to not going there any more.
Finally the management fired the ENTIRE STAFF: there were a bunch of HS girls who could care less about customer service. There were NEVER any waffle cones, ice cream flavors and toppings by 3pm sometimes at a store that doesn’t close until 9pm!
There are 3 guys that have been there both times I have been in the last week. They do a great job! I just left, it’s 9:30p and there were plenty of waffle cones, though they seem smaller than in the past, ALL the ice cream flavors were well stocked and looked FRESH! Great job management on the very necessary changes! (3 stars for now until the consistency is proven!)
Oh, parking is AWFUL it’s in Legacy Shops and parking for the entire place is bad!
