La comida esta ok. Esta muy cara para lo que te dan. Los empleados son unos mal educados. Es lo peor de este lugar. Trabajo para una compañia donde comprabamos mucho y nunca nos trataron bien. No volveremos.
This place is ok. It’s nothing special. The worse thing about it is the employees there. They are very rude! There is no care for the customers. They treat you like, they are doing you a favor. I am a manager of a big company and we used to purchase there. (A few times) and every time we were treated rudely. Never going back

I created this Unilocal account just to rant on the horrible service this place has to offer. The food was okay, our server got our order wrong, which normally wouldn’t be a problem but she never came to check up on us once. Our beverages were never refilled and all our server did was sit down at another booth the whole time talking to her friends. When it was time to leave it took her forever to bring our bill and when she finally did she didn’t just drop it off she waited awkwardly until we were forced to sign the receipt. Not a pleasant dinning experience.

I am typically not one to give five stars, but this place has earned it and then some. My wife and I stopped by here for breakfast on Saturday morning and were instantly greeted with a smile. It was open seating, so after picking our favorite spot, we were given menus, tortilla chips, and the freshest salsa. The wife got eggs and ham (huevos con jamon) and I went with chorizo and eggs.
First thing to note is if your are a Coke drinker, prepare to be served a glass of ice with a litre of Coca Cola de Mexicana in a glass bottle. For me, Coke in this form is the best as it contains real sugar in lieu of the corn syrup alternative. However, I am an ice tea kinda guy, for which they did not disappoint by way of bringing me a giant glass of ice tea. Seriously, it must have been a half gallon of ice tea.
When the food arrived, both dishes were accompanied by Honduras style potatoes as well as refried beans topped with fresh goat cheese. I had asked for a side of tortillas for which they gave the option of corn or flour and I opted for flour. The tortillas were fresh, plentiful, and had just the right amount of char on them.
The service was extremely friendly, the prices were a bargain, and the food brought me back to my childhood eating authentic Mexican food close to the Texas/​Mexico border. I highly recommend this place and will return again and again!

I have been here a few times to sit down and take away. Each time the tacos have not disappointed. We have tried the caldo, papusas, and quesadillas for the kids. All of which were pretty good.

Driving from DFW airport to Garland looking for a late meal is not easy. Other popular places close their kitchens at 10 or 1130. We came across this restaurant by chance and left with full bellies and music in our hearts. It was just past midnight when we had our meals and were serenaded by karaōke singers. It was fun to witness others having fun.
