Einstein Brothers Bagels

It’s not a full-​service restaurant. It’s about the bagels, and they’re delicious. Also just tried the artichoke, spinach chicken sandwich and the french toast bagel for the first time. Loved both.

Abysmally slow and a little rude. Internet service is also inconsistent here. Food is fine tho.

I absolutely LOVE the team that works at this location! Just recently, I learned that they stopped making a sandwich that love, but instead of just saying they don’t have that sandwich anymore, Kash took it upon herself to make me the sandwich. I was so appreciative of that! They are always (and I do mean ALWAYS) super friendly and attentive. They’ve always greeted me by name upon entering the shop and from just waiting for my food, I see that I am not the only one. They all have personal relationships with their customers and being that I work in customer service myself, I am extremely impressed. Kash and Mina are sweethearts and the manager is always smiling! I love that! Keep up the great work you guys!

I love einsteins. They always offer fresh bagels. Love the location here. Right on my way to work.
Getting my bakers dozen was pretty quick and speedy.
Be sure to look out for coupons. I got my bakers dozen with a coupon for 12 bucks.

Disappointed with the customer service at this location. Waited up front for about 5 minutes before any of the 3 staff members that were playing around in the back came up front. The entire time they have been making my order, they have been playing around, trying to make each other make my order, teasing each other, and joking around with the manager that was leaving. It is just super unprofessional.
I’m sure the food will be good, as usual. It’s einsteins and I love their bagels!
Update: food was ok. My thintastic chicken was kinda thrown together. Still tasted good though. :)

First things first, I LOVE Einstein Brothers Bagels! It is an absolute treat when I go. This location, just does not cut it. I don’t know if all the regulars are reviewing it, and they are just used to the poor service so they think it’s great or what. This is by far the worst Einstein Brothers I have ever been to.
Unfortunately their horrible service isn’t going to stop me from going there, it’s the closest one to my house so if I’m not around Northwest Hwy to go to my favorite Einstein, or off of Preston to visit the one in Addison, I come here. Every person you see here, is not happy to be at work. They all must wake up on the wrong side of the bed.
I came here one morning when it was not busy at all, only four people total were inside and no one but myself was in line. I ordered my usual bagel and coffee and while I was waiting for my bagel, I went and got my coffee and found the Half & Half to be out. I walked over to the ladies who were chatting and ignoring me, calmly said, «excuse me» and asked if I could get some Half & Half for my coffee. One of the ladies walked over to me and pointed to the coffee bar, «it’s over there.» I replied, «you are out.» She went over to the fridge and got some out of the fridge, as the other lady working there walked over to me to hand me my bagel. I asked them if they wanted me to bring them the container, and the lady said, «yes.» I brought it over to her, with no thank you, and this is when I got bamboozled. She didn’t pour any half & half into my cup, as I stood there trying to hand it to her, she simply took the container from my hand filled it up and handed it back to me. I shouldn’t have asked if I could get a refund since I just did their job for them.
Side note: I hate getting cream out of these things — if you have ever worked at a café you know how hard these suckers are to clean. They are simply disgusting if not cleaned properly and I expect 80% of cafes do not clean them properly.
Then there’s other sanitary issues. The place where the workers are supposed to hand you your bagels is so gross! It looks like it is never wiped down and always has bits of left over food and sticky stuff on it. I always try to briskly walk over to them before they set my bagel down so as not to get the bag it is in dirty. I don’t know about you folks, but I eat my bagel with my hands, and if my bag is dirty, my hands are dirty, thus, making my bagel dirty.
That’s enough complaining for now. Since I have finally typed out what I think of this place, I probably am going to try and stay far away from this location. It’s just nasty and the workers have a nasty attitude as well.

Just OK. there was a really long line, and we got through fast. Bagels was supposed to be toasted, but it was barely warm, and the quality was poor. Worst Einstein I’ve been to

What can I say about Einstein Brothers? They have great Bagels. OK there is a but.
Cramped, crowded, line slow moving? Yes, if the person in front of you orders anything besides bagels there is always a slow down. If it gets backed up they send you to the other side of the counter to pile up with the other folks who are getting their coffee and other beverages. So you wait in a cluster until your name is called.
They are SERIOUSLY over-​priced! On everything! Even the offer of 25% off bagels after 4 is restriction filled.
They bagels are great, everything else is not. You can see how things are prepared, a lot of holding bins and microwaves. The meat on the sandwiches are sparse at best and don’t have that deli quality. The tubed up «Schmears» are a joke. No creaminess, only fake flavors and colors. They are whipped so you get much less.
So I go for the bagels, they freshly bake them daily and serve them hot when they can. That’s why I am the Duke!

The pumpkin latte is as good as Starbucks !

Service is great, bottomless coffee is awesome! Beware, on weekends, it gets pretty full. (which is a good sign, generally, but not for someone seeking study digs.)

Service is fast and the staff are friendly. Coffee and bagels are good. Not as much space, but clean. I mean it’s a chain so they are pretty much the same.

I love this place especially when Chad Paramore worked there haha. Great service and amazing food! Absolutely love whole wheat bagel with strawberry schmear.

Excellent food and excellent service… staff members quickly learn your name and your regular order.

This place is great. The service is usually quick and the bagels always taste good.
My only complaint is that occasionally the line gets long and they only have one person taking orders.
