Awesome Service! I highly recommend this place. They don’t push unnecessary repairs and explain everything completely.

Went in 2 weeks ago for inspection and tire rotation and oil change. I usually just use these guys for my tires because they are close and i can go to country burger across the street for lunch while i wait. For my servicing i use City Garage and have for years. They have kept my truck goin on 200,000 miles. Now after firestone was through with all the inspection oil change and stuff, the manager tells me i need new tires and a new idler rod. What? I just wanted an inspection. So i go ahead and get 2 new tires just to pass inspection with oil change. He then tries to sell me on the idler rod by saying if i dont get it changed out it will just eat the treads up faster and it really needs changing. I guess i looked like a dummy because he kept reiterating that idler rod needs changing. And hey he may have been just looking out for me. Sure. But i go ahead and just get the tires and inspection. Well, well, well. I take my truck into City Garage today and they tell me the idler rod is ok. What? But they said it was worn out. What am i to think. Its things like this that give this industry a bad rap. This is why its just as important to find a place that u trust to fix your vehicles as it is to find the right doctor to treat you. I just cant recommend this place anymore. Its like everytime i go there i wind up having to get something unexpected. Lesson learned… always get a second opinion.

I am not sure why a few of you had a bad experience but things happen. We are human regardless of the delays and errors. Car repairs are expensive and you may not like it but you need to lean a little on mistake as long as they OWN their mistakes.
With that said my wife and I have been using them now for 3 years (sorry it took so long) and I have VERY pleased with the overall service from this TEAM. Cars break down and it is expensive but this TEAM makes the best out of it when they can.
Why? During our 3 years of using them they offer more than car repair service.
The managers look for the cheapest route to repair without deferring any safety rules or shortcuts.
Examples: «we called your dealership and they’ll repair this for free» Not interested in making a quick buck on a warrantied part.
«We can drive you home and come pick you up when its ready». Happens everytime I drop my vehicles off there. Yes I live behind their place but its the gesture.
«It was our fault, we not only repaired our mistake we flushed the entire engine, pressure tested it and we are sorry». Actually said when the forgot to put a radiator cap back on.
People this is WORLD CLASS customer service. Kind of «we got your back» culture.
I have bought a few sets of tires from them as well, and yes they back it up!

I believe one star is generous. My family lives right down the street and we have continually given this place chances. Mostly it’s been out of convenience but you also want to give people the benefit of doubt. We are continuously disappointed and are now huge idiots for going back as many times as we have. Every single time we have taken any of our four cars in there for repair they have come back in worse shape than when they went in. Most recently the car place I regularly go to for repairs had to source my tires from Firestone so I was forced to deal with them again. I purchased two brand new tires from them and within three weeks one of them was completely flat. Flat tires happen, I do not blame that on Firestone one bit (or at least I didn’t before the latest incident). So I took my car all the way in from Dallas so I could have the warranty honored and my tire repaired, but they said the problem was with my rim not the tire. Fair enough, there are pot holes all over Dallas and I hit them from time to time. So they told me to take my car (on the spare) back to Dallas and they would call me when they found a new rim. Three days passed and I didn’t hear anything from them, so I called and they then told me they couldn’t find it but they could get me another rim in the correct size. I chose to do my own searching online and told them not to worry about it. Less than an hour later I got a call that they had miraculously found the rim. Awesome! But it would take a few days to get in. I waited the few days, drove into Plano, and had them put on the new rim and have the tire (which they originally said was not the problem) put back on. Fast forward to the next day when I am hearing TERRIBLE noises driving to work and get out of my car to realize that all of the plastic under my front bumper is completely hanging down dragging the ground and my «new» tire has two HUGE bubbles in it so of course it is making my car jump with each turn of the wheel. I make it to my local Firestone here in Dallas where the manager says it is the worst shaped tire he has ever seen. He even told me not to touch it because it looked like it was about to pop. I then go back to compare the two new tires and see that one of them is completely different than the other and realize that once again this place has taken my car from bad to worse. At this point I am seriously considering all the options — I’m even trying to see what kind of legal action I can take against them. Fortunately my crazy (or brilliant) dad has documented all of these «mistakes» with receipts and pictures to back it up. Long story short if you look at my Unilocal review history you will see that I am not an online review ranter, but what they are doing to people’s cars is completely criminal.

I price shopped a new battery for my BMW throughout last week, and Billy the Store Manager bent over backwards to help me out and make sure I was taken care of. Konrad, Christopher and crew were super hospitable and had me in and out quicker than I would have ever imagined for a busy Sunday afternoon. A+ service, clean instore. I will be back with all my family’s needs.

Unless you want your car to additional problems don’t take it here!
We have Luxury Japanese Car. Brought it in because it was making strange noises. They claimed it was the radiator. It took 4 days of complete incompetence for them to get the radiator and install. In the process they broke the coolant hose which cause the car to over heat. Now they an additional 300.00 dollars for something they did to fix the issue + they don’t have the part. I think not!
