Great Service as always! Food was good and staff was friendly! What more could you ask for???

There are no free kids meals anymore. The prices have gone way up, but not the quality. My cheeseburger was disgusting! I will NOT go back. 20 dollars for a kids meal and a cheeseburger? I think not.

I’ve been to a lot of IHOPs but this is the best in Dallas! The food is consistently wonderful and the service and management are great! I had my usual sirloin tips and eggs and they were perfect. Mother had bacon and eggs which were great, and our guest had the Denver omelet which she said was superb! Be sure to ask for Luis he is the best waiter ever!

This was the last time I will eat breakfast at this ihop. The scrambled eggs were runny and tasteless. I ordered crispy bacon & was delivered barely cooked slices. The waitress saved that by bringing crisper bacon. They were, however, swimming in grease. Not up to expectations, ihop.

IHop is okay. Honestly the only reason I ever come here is, nobody serves breakfast fr dinner in the town. IHop beats Dennys and Cracker Barrel is out of the way.

We stopped by this morning and were seated in a couple of minutes, as the cashier/host was busy so he called a waiter. Was seated and placed our order for decaf coffee and water. The coffee showed up several minutes later and was only luke warm. Ordered the eggs, bacon and pancakes. After many minutes of waiting we finally got our meal. The orders were identical. The pancakes were about 5 inches round(two of them) and just barley warm. There was one small scoop of butter on top and the pancakes were not warm enough to met the butter. The eggs were cooked well done and that was a mistake on our part as the eggs were fried so long they had brown crispy places on the bottom. The bacon was hard from being cooked so long. I ask for additional butter and actually thought the waiter forgot us as it took a long time to get that better. By that time the pancakes were cold. The meal was $ 5.69 plus $ 2.59 a cup for coffee. Way to high for the quality of food we received and the wait serve —well they just wasn’t much of that either. Not a good breakfast experience and there are much better places for breakfast.

IHOP is my favorite restaurant. Yes, IHOP. If they were BYOB, I would probably have all my birthday dinners here. The Swedish crepes are my go-to. Ask for extra pink(lingonberry?) butter on the side. I order it with a side of hash browns for the perfect blend of sweet and salty. Hot chocolate is also a good choice while waiting for your food. In general, it seems like the pancakes/waffles/etc wow me a little more than the meaty/omelette stuff, but that could just be because I love carbs. Service is okay. one of the better locations for service(I have been to most locations in the area).

We stopped by here because it was in walking distance from the hotel. The staff was so helpful and friendly. J. R was our waiter and we can’t say enough on how helpful he was. Our food was fresh and hot and delicious. Thanks again for the great service and we will be back again before our trip is done!

I have been to this location many times but last week I went and my pancakes had a piece of cardboard in them. What made it worse is that our server said the manager made them! Safe to say I don’t think I will be returning after that.

Average IHOP experience at best. Pancakes were undercooked. Eggs were nothing special. Friendly service. Would probably go to Denny’s instead next time.

My friend ordered a cheeseburger with fries and a huge bug was crawling all over her food. Never coming back. That’s just too gross.

Sandra was a delight. The food, not so much. We’ve been coming to IHOP for years, but apparently the management and cooks don’t care about the product. Stale food and no ability to substitute means they’re just processing not cooking. Never coming here again.

This was the best I hop I have ever been to. My hubby is very picky regarding his eggs. His eggs were cooked perfect. My omelet was so yummy. Our server Luis was amazing. I never had to ask for anything. He even brought refills on our drinks without us asking. This was my first meal in Texas and I am so happy we chose to eat here.

I wish there was O stars… We arrived at 6.30 on a Sunday night, the restaurant was empty it took 8 minutes to get seated. We then waited 10 minutes for a server and then another 10 min for our coffee. We ordered our food and asked for our oatmeal to come out first well after 20 minutes after complaining the oatmeal arrived ice cold and raw. I went to find the manager he said he has bigger problems than that. We left after an hour of waiting !!!

I came directly from Baylor Plano at about 3:00 in the afternoon on a Friday. I’ve been to two other IHOPs before, but this was by far my best experience. I was surprised how wonderful it was; we received the best service I’ve gotten in a long time. Our waitress, Kaylee, was wonderful: friendly, attractive, efficient. I want her to come be my waitress at every restaurant I go to! I think we ended up tipping 50%. And we loved the food. We had French toast, quesadillas, and the BLT. Everyone devoured their dish. Even the French fries accompanying the BLT were perfection. Kudos to this IHOP location for being above and beyond expectations! I’ll definitely return any time I’m in the area.

Been here several times. Staff have always been polite and attentive. Only times to avoid this place is when all the snotty high schoolers show up after football games. They’re cheap and annoying. Their parents need to teach them some manners and tipping etiquette,

I sometimes wish we could rate places in separate«buckets». By that, I mean, if I give a high end steakhouse 4 stars, it sometimes feels strange giving 4 stars to IHOP, but these are the tools we have, so what am I to do? This was my first visit to this IHOP location, and it happened on a very late night/early morning after a local band gig featuring a great friend on guitar. He and his SO were in attendance, as was another friend of mine rounding out a foursome. We were seated quickly, and the table, seats and surrounding areas were all clean and ready to go. Throwing a wrench into the works was the fact that I was on call for work and actually had received a call on the way to the restaurant, so our fifth at the table ended up being my laptop, powered by purloined wifi from next door NTB tire and battery(thanks, guys! :)) Despite my on-call issues, we pressed on with ordering; I chose a fairly loaded omelette and a short stack of pumpkin pancakes along with coffee. The latter was provided along with cream and sweetener without even needing to ask, a nice touch. The omelette was very good, not too salty with eggs that were cooked well and not overdone. Requested Tabasco arrived quickly and spiced things up nicely. Overall, we had a good meal, good service and we managed to talk all about the band’s gig AND managed to get my work call-out fixed, all at our table at IHOP. When you need a meal this late at night, IHOP has been, in my experience, a good choice.

***this specific review is for their take-out service*** If you get hungry and its very late after 11pm on a weekday and you dont feel like eating out or driving to Dallas/Addison coz you live in West Plano this place should stand-out. Give them a buzz and ten minutes later your food is ready — man if only they deliver! Everything you order will be spot-on. All of our substitutions and pickiness were accomodated. Eggs scrambled hard, bacon light, hold the butter on this, put this on the side. EVERYTHING. What a novel idea! They give you what you ordered. Wow! Plus IHOP got rid of those old fashioned clam-shell styro foam containers. They have these molded plastic containers that keep your food perfectly warm and leak proof. If you’re in the area and don’t want wendy’s or taco bell and are too lazy to drive or cook — ring this place up.
