I’ve been to make Jersey Mikes in the area, but what sets this one apart is the service. Really friendly and personable staff. Subs are of course always awesome. Their wraps are also really good– I think the wraps get lost among the subs, but I would highly recommend them, especially the buffalo wrap– very delicious.
Warning: do NOT get the giant thinking you can finish it– it is a massive behemoth of a sandwich.

This is the best darn sandwich shop in the area! Its a classic sandwich with FRESH SLICED MEAT AND CHEESE!!! I am a regular here because of the quality and the friendly faces! The workers are always upbeat and happy to make you an amazing sandwich. Ask them about their favorites and you will walk out with something not on the menu! I cant speak any higher of this place!
Additionally, they are strong supporters of the community!

This is my favorite sub restaurant. I always go Mike’s way and add Mayo and Jalapenos. The number 13 is my favorite but I think I have tried just about all of them. Actually lost some weight eating here 4 times a week for about a month. Even with the mayo.

I am so happy to have this location close to my work.
The staff is always friendly and they make great sandwiches just like every Jersey Mikes location I have visited.
It can get busy around lunch time so you may want to plan accordingly.

Service was bad, waited 20 minutes in line while they could have rang me up. They made me wait for the person in front of me until their sandwiches was finished (long wait). The staff seemed fresh and may have not worked there long.

Ok despite one single issue, I LOVE this place. Everyone is friendly. The manager now knows my fave sub and how I like it. I’ve had far too many subs from here for my one negative experience to overshadow all the good.
Update. About eight subs later I left with wrong sub (missing a certain meat) and stale bread on end and top. All other subs have been great. But this time not so much. Manager was nice and replaced, but a waste of my time and gas. Now I feel I need to worry about consistency and needing to make sure bread I get is the soft kind I got used to getting.
Thx for fixing. Usual tall fella who makes my subs with best quality wasn’t in today. I’m just disappointed. Oh, and I called back to get refund on sub. While they gave me a coupon for a free sub, that’s just assuming I will be back. Prob will but should have automatically given me a refund. I’m a good customer.

Yay for friendly service and good subs! I’m not a big sandwich person, but I heard good things about this place and figured I’d give it a shot. I got a mini turkey & provolone Mike’s way, and I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was! And it was just filling enough to where I wasn’t stuffed, but I wasn’t still hungry either.
The two workers there seemed a little bored because they were kind of forcing conversation, but I totally didn’t mind. Beats getting the cold shoulder! I’m glad to have a sandwich place I like out of the plethora of sub places in this area. I’m a fan!

I love Jersey Mikes. Tonight I went in on a stormy day and was treated so wonderfully by the staff there in Plano at the new Dallas Parkway location.
I ordered the number 12 sandwich, which is not on the menu, and it was so delicious. I just can’t get enough of these sandwiches, I ordered their chocolate chip cookies and a drink and spent less than $ 10. You can’t go wrong with ordering from Jersey Mike’s, its the same consistent sandwich and the same consistent flavor you can expect at every visit. Thank you so much for the wonderful staff that kept us company while we were stuck there hanging in the store from the storm that was going on.

Great sandwich, fresh meat, outstanding service. Just leave the cheesesteak go Fred’s downtown Philly. Go here for the italian, the meatball subs and everything else on the menu. I was thoroughly impressed with this sandwich shop.

You gotta love Jersey Mike’s Subs, especially the #12 Cancro Special! It’s not on the regular menu so be sure to jot this down. Roast Beef, Provolone and Pepperoni make for a delicious sub. I guarantee you will order this again and again after your first try! «Mike’s way» is the best way to go with the subs because the red wine vinegar & spices really elevate the flavors. They offer a variety of meats and cheese and they slice it right there for you to see how fresh the food is. The roast beef is especially delicious here! I like my subs with the fresh baked bread, but you can make it a wrap instead.
If you’re looking for a gluten-​free option, they have what’s called a Sub in a Tub. You get more lettuce (obviously), but I need to load up on the other veggies. It’s still the same great flavors, just without the bread!
